I set up "Find My Iphone App" using the same apple id and password on two iphones. Now the app only finds the phone that I did the setup on first. Do I need a different apple id and password on each phone for the app to run correctly?

As TJBUSMC1973 states, and as I said earlier, the Find My iPhone app has nothing to do with your use of Find My iPhone. The app is just used if necessary to locate another iOS device from that particular iOS device. To see if both of your devices are being located in Find My iPhone, log into www.icloud.com and select Find My iPhone. Both of the devices should appear. If they do not, then go into whichever of the devices does not appear and make sure that Find My iPhone is activated. It has to be activated through iCloud, and for both to show on the same map, they both have to have the same iCloud ID.

Yes you can do it. I do it with 4 different devices all using the same Apple ID.
You need to associate different email addresses for each device in order to use those email addresses as the "contact at" email address. The reason the calls are dropping on you now is that what you are trying to do is like calling yourself on your own phone.
You can also create new iCloud accounts on each device simply to use for FaceTime, but I'm guessing that the users of the other two devices have their own email addresses which will make this work for you quite easily.

It tells me the security questions are wrong but I know they are not because I wrote them down. I have also reset them and my password once. Please help if you can
You can not login into iTunes or the App Store using VPP credentials. You must purchase all apps/book/etc. from the VPP website. Then you can redeem the codes thru itunes/app store or import the codes thru apple configurator. (It will not affect any of the apps you already have but the id can only be used for VPP.)

If all of those Macs are for your use, you have to use the same Apple ID on all of them, so you will be able to use all the applications and songs purchased with your Apple ID on them, apart from your iCloud information, in case you have an iCloud account -

Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears? If that doesn't work, try resetting the network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
If that fails, you may possibly have damaged the SIM. Verizon will need to give you a new one.

I am running Lightroom 6 in conjunction with 64 bit Photoshop CS6. I need to install Camera Raw 9 plus other relevan updates for the Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 package. Running Adobe Application manager finds the relevant updates but won't download / install them. Clicking the update button results in an error message "Application Manager has stopped working". I am using PS cs6 and lightroom and I am having a hard time know what color space to choose. The lab that I am using told me that their color space is sRGB. Do I need to have both PS and Lightroom set at sRGB or should I have PS set at adobe RGB and just set my export from lightroom as sRGB?

You got it with that same apple id thing. You can use different apple id's, but then they will not sync. Apple does allow as many free apple id's as you want, but they are in the business to make money.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, because it appears that it was not officially unlocked. -

I cannot send or forward email but I do receive mail OK. All of the same settings work on my wife's IPhone and our Ipad. All are running on IOS 5.0.1. I get a message of your email has been put in your outbox because the receipent "%@" does not allow relaying.
Try deleting the mail account and setting it back up again.
