Just bought one, works fine, even entered the hardware serial number to find out what coverage is available for it and its covered until September 2008, and thinking to apply for AppleCare Protection Plan. I don't claim that everything on ebay is fine, there are a lot of fakes and such a puchase is for experiensed ebay users ONLY.
But it can be unlocked and until they set it free, there will be thousants sold like mine. I wouldn't wait for some months to buy it from the well known phone resailer in Greece, who could give me no support at all, with a closed contract with a provider for I don't know how many years and pay double as much as it really costs.

First, you're not talking to Apple here -- we're users just like you who try to help others, Apple employees rarely participate.
If you bought an iPhone from Best Buy 6 months ago it was locked to a particular carrier. You cannot unlock such a phone -- the only way to get an unlocked iPhone is to buy an officially unlocked one, but that's not what you have.

Accidently installed NoScript, can't get rid of it and JavaScript has been disabled even though it says it's enabled - help!

I accidently installed NoScript when trying to remove adverts/pop-ups. Now it's causing problems on various sites I regularly use and I can't get rid of it. It doesn't show up on Tools/Add- ons so I can disable and JavaScript has been disabled, even though it shows as 'Enabled'.

The usual method for uninstalling extensions and themes is by using the Add-ons manager for your Mozilla application, as follows.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

I guess that except for the settings icon he is probably seeing everything in chinese.
If that is the case, press home button to be sure you are on the home screen, look for this icon
and tap onto it. You should hopefully see this same icon in the list again.
tap onto that. then swipe up so that you are at the bottom of that screen, it should be this screen but in chinese
The last 'bubble' is the Reset, right above it should be Accessibility in chinese and then 'International' in chinese.
Tap onto the 'international'
The next screen, again in chinese will have 'Language' as the top most button.
tap that and if you see a list of languages, you are home free....

I don't have a question so much as a comment for APPLE. I am a new iPhone 5s user and it has many things I like but It is too small and I can only talk on the phone and use the internet if i am in a position to use a wifi connection and that is not good

I am a new iPhone 5s user. I like many of the features it offers. I don't like that I cannot talk and use the internet (if I am away from WI-FI) and this phone is too small. I am actually thinking of returning it and going back to an Android. After all the hassle it took to get all my stuff working on this phone , it may be worth the switch. This phone needs to be able to multitask freely in this day and age. Also Safari is not the best search engine but I could work with it if I could talk and use it at the same time. I use my phone for business and this is a feature that is needed in my line of work.

You can buy unlocked GSM phones from the Apple store, but you will pay full retail price (no subsidy since they do not come with a plan and contract). The prices are listed at $649/$749/$849 for the 16Gb/32Gb/64Gb models and they will be available in November sometime.
Just be sure to buy it from an Apple store (ie. NOT a cell service provider store - those will be carrier locked) and be sure to get the unlocked version.

If it's iCloud that is asking for these details:
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

If it's iTunes asking for these details:
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.
