It is not necessary to re-enter your card code for every purchase. Each time you make a purchase, funds will be automatically deducted from the store credit balance on your account until the credit is used up.
To refresh your visible credit balance, sign in to your account in the iTunes Store. Your updated credit amount appears next to your account name.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note: Data will be lost

I got some more info that may help.
I put a cd on my laptop, and was able to share it to my computer... So the problem is only from my computer to my laptop. I tried the firewall thing and it did not help. I read the rest of the trouble shooting page, and nothing else applies. iTunes is an execption and already was. I can not think of anything else being my problem. Do you think I should re-install iTunes or would that be a waste of time? At this point I am about to just call Apple for some help because I am getting to stressed over this.

Lion should still be available if you call the online Apple Store. If the Apple Store still has it, they will ask for your Apple ID and credit card number and will then send you a code which you can redeem in the Mac App Store. The Lion installer will download and run automatically.
Confirm compatibility with your current applications and Lion before you upgrade; in particular you will not be able to run any appications that were written only for PowerPC Macs.

Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!!! I have been arguing with Comcast for 6 months on this. They told me to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. Then I found this website and there was my solution. It worked. It was annoying that they told me to use internet explorer. The worst part is I pay them monthly. Well, as soon as my contract is up, I am done with Comcast. They still haven't figured out why my favorite stations aren't coming in. Funny thing is my roommate has Direct t.v. with no problems. At half the price. See ya Comcast. Iphone will sync with one computer at a time.
When you sync to another it will delete the current content.
Make sure you have copied everything from your old computer to your new one first.

Download them to iTunes abd then sync the apps. Make an appointment with Apple and see what the problem is.

You'll need to change/remove your rescue email address first :
   1.    Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
    2.    Click "Manage your account"
    3.    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    4.    Click Password & Security
    5.    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
    6.    After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
    7.    Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.

I was receiving the same error message yesterday, which said There was a problem downloading "The Song Name / Album / Artist". The file seems to be corrupted. To redownload the file, choose "Check for Available Downloads" from the Store menu. The file tries to download five times before this error message appears.
I too, tried to find the file and delete it, but it was no where to be found.
So I gave up for that moment and tried again today and I was able to successfully download the file. Amazing how that works!!!
