I updated my browser to the last versoin of firefox (31). But I have a problem with mozilla. why tha toolbar of alexa does not work on it?
After a quick search in the addon.mozilla.org page, it looks like that add on is still compatible with version 31. Please try to [[Re-enable add-ons that were disabled when updating Firefox]] or make a back up of the add on folder in the profile folder and reinstall the add on. You must get 10.6 if they still have it, install it & update to 10.6.8 so you have the App Store to buy & download the huge 10.8 Installer.(10.9/Mavericks is the only download avaiable now without specially calling Apple).

I have a disc of Creative Cloud 6. Acrobat Pro does not work. I have used the other programs and they are fine, but when I try to open Acrobat Pro nothing happens. I am using Microsoft System 7.

There is no "world apple warranty" on iPhones. As paulcb points out, the warranty is only valid in the country of origin. You will have to bring it to the U.S. or send it to someone you know there to get it serviced.

Trouble connecting to itunes store with my password on my ipod touch (2nd generation) but using the same apple id and password on my ipad2 I don't have a problem connecting to the store.
Need troubleshootingI have the same thing, same issues. Just came from Colorado using my iPad extensively with no problems.
Get back home, there is an update on my home computer for Airport Extreme to 7.5.2 which I updated. Also updates for iPad for 4.3.4 and now last night 4.3.5.
Still does not work. I have not taken the iPad to another network locally, but my understanding is that it is not a problem with the iPad but with Airport Extreme's update. I have done all the resets, restarts, and turning on and off Wifi on the iPad and that does not work.
I would have to assume Apple is working on it. Very frustrating since I am on my Mac Pro, iPhone 4, and other things and no problem. -
I updated to 5.7 a few days ago and I just now encountered this problem while importing some photos. Is this a common problem?
Hey Guy's, Thank you for the recommendations to fix his problem and I did restart my browser, etc.. and all was corrected. But, I have been with Lightroom for a while, starting with LR3. I can not remember having one problem, except for my errors, until I started with LR5 and I have some kind of problem hourly! I do not have many presets or plug-ins so I don't think that was really a problem. It crashes constantly, I can edit 4-6 photos and then it starts slowing down and I have to do a restart. It does, on occasion, jump around from the develop controls and even changes modes, crashes and sometimes I just wait it out and it will open in the print mode or slideshow! I find photos all over my computer that it sent on its own. I did download and check for malware and other viruses and none were found so I am still troubleshooting everything from my fairly new computer and everything else but I always think when they come out with a newer version to download, it will correct my problems but they only get worse.

Hi - while attempting to update apps from the "App Store" the message "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store" but am not asked for a password or user id BUT I have no problem connecting to the iTunes store directly.

The only thing you can do is place the iPod in Recovery mode and restore via iTunes on a computer. It is a good security feature.

The mail application on my I-Mac dates all emails, in or out, as 5th (of whatever month it is). It seems to get the time right.

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item, then either check the Password under that item, change it, or delete it and start over. See if there are duplicates, should be one for Incoming & one for Outgoing.

Previously, there was someone else who has this problem with exactly the product which i have.
I have this <EM>MuVo Slim</EM> which was bought nearly a year ago. A few months back, my MuVo Slim acted like it needed to be handled gently. Whenever it is given a slight knock or a soft tap, it loses power and shuts down. It isn't like it automatically and properly off itself, coz the last setting was not stored in the player when i on it again. It just loses power, even when i've charged the battery full. It is kind of irritating, especially when i put it inside my bag, and It somehow got hit by something, and then ka-pish. Is it bcoz of the mp3 player itself? or is it a sign that i need to change my battery?kRevErK,
It does sounds more of a hardware problem. Perhaps you can try updating the firmware and if that fails, it's best to contact support to arrange repair for you.

How do I report an App that is not working and the seller has not fixed the problem yet is continuing to sell it? People are being ripped off and Apple does not seem to care.
