I've tried to enable cookies for my coupon site and my points and nothing is going through and I can't get to my coupons. Can you help please?
I've tried to access coupons from a site I visit often and it keeps telling me to enable cookies. From what I can tell I've done that and I've checked the history and it's on my computer, but nothing happens. Firefox is new to me and I'm not sure what to do. I don't know what to add-on, etc. I've come to Firefox because I was getting very discouraged with IE. Now, I'm beginning to wonder if I did the right thing. I really would like some help and understand your system.

If you have Cookies enabled in Settings>Safari that message means that Safari will not work. You can try another browser like Chrome and see if that works. However, the the game may require something like Java or Flash that the iPod does not support.

Problem with firefox enabling cookies for netflix
I have followed your instructions for firefox pc to enable cookies for netflix, but after clicking on "privacy" there is no further support to complete the task. Please advise.
Perhaps there is an easier way. While viewing a page on Netflix, right-click and choose View Page Info. Click the Permissions tab and look at your Cookies setting.
If Use Default is checked, then the bubble to the right is grayed, but shows your default. If your default is not "Allow" then you can uncheck Use Default and select Allow.
After closing the dialog, reload the page and see whether Netflix works correctly. -
So the left side of my iPhone isn't working at all and I even tried turning it off for 5 minutes about 10 million times but nothing is working. Any suggestions on what to do I need help like ASAP!?
Have you performed a reset? Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons and await restart.

For some reason I cannot download and install the latest version of iTunes. 11.0.2. Could you help please? Each time I try, I get a command box saying 'The feature you are trying to download is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click Ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package iTunes.ms in the box below.

UK(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
Trying to block cookies from a certain site?
I am trying to block cookies from a certain site, in this case criteo.com, which seems to be causing banner ads that mess with the visual of my netflix and facebook accounts because of their size. I tried following directions on the criteo site, but the blocking is not working!

No. If it states designed for both iPad and iPhone, then it won't run on an iPod touch.

If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

Trying to update iphone to 5.0 and after going through the entire download, I get the message that "the Network Connection timed out". Check my network settings. Help!

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID.
