    You need to talk to Office 365, whoemever you bought that sub from.
    This is a user to user forum, so no one here can really help you.
    Did you get the sub through an app? If so, that app should have a support page or a way to contact them. Their support page should also have a FAQ that would cover cancelling your sub.

    You need to cancel the present CC (in case of repurchase the cancellation fee can be waived off) & repurchase the plan that you want.
    Please let me know if you would like to go for cancellation of the present CC via personal messaging.

    How on earth do you contact someone to cancel Skype and a subscription.  I did manage to cancel the payment for the account I hope.  But I can not find where to send an email to cancel my subscription and account.  This is the hardest site I have encountered to find information.My account is betty.chappell2 and I have not used any minutes on it at all.

    Does anyone else have access to your account and/or devices that might be making them ?
    If you can't work out where they are coming from then you could contact iTunes support and ask them for help (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    If they aren't showing on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

         Is there a phone number to the 'payments and billing' department?  Please list it.  
         There seems to be no way to cancell Skype once you suscribe to it. Is there a way? 
         I do not want skype anymore.  Why can't you cancell my subscription when I have asked you several times to do this?  
         I want skype to quit billing my credit card for payments.  
         This is beginning to seem criminal.
