We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Have you checked the purchase history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
You can check if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions (and stop them if you do) by following the instructions on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

Inside the viewing screen on the broswer, Scarpbook created and opened a window, it occupies space permentantly. I can find any help on how to turn this off.

Within Firefox inside the viewing pane, Scrap book has taken up space on the left side of the browser. Now, that loads everytime even when I am not using it.
I have looked under options, and advanced tabs etc... there is no help or option that I can figure out to turn it off, or minimize it.

You can't. Why on earth would you attempt to manage 2500 emails with setting up a folder structure or some means of doing so? Simply keeping them in an single inbox is not realistic, no matter what email client you use.

How many eMail addies do they give you, most here in the states allow 5 I think.
He shouldn't have to login to your acciunt to see them, just set it up in his account in Mail.
alias wouldn't be the best idea, but not sure what they have.

Playlists only exist as part of the larger iTunes library listing so if you are not seeing it there it doesn't exist anywhere else. I know with my older version of iTunes it is very easy to accidentally delete a playlist. With newer versions it may be possible to recover it with the undo feature in the menu but this likely will only work immediately after the deletion.

I am facing issue with create and send email option with script. In my call flow there is an option to offer call to key in their phone number and script need to pass that phone number to supervisor as an email. I have created the script but every time when I key in the phone number is pass through the unsuccessful node. Please find the script as attachment.

Which version of UCCX/IPIVR you are using and what is the type of license? Because this feature is only supported with Premium License. Please check the UCCX data sheet from the below link.

You can add up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account. (In fact it's a good idea to give out alias addresses, rather than the main address, because if they attract spam you can easily change them.) (New aliases can only be @icloud.com ones; @me.com addresses cannot now be created.)
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account or move it to another account.

Once a wipe is sent, it cannot be stopped. You will not be able to track your iPad after that.

Use File >> Save As
Choose a different file name so as not to overwrite the original and don't save any changes when closing the original.

Apps for OSX aren't in iTunes: they are in the App Store in your Applications folder. The payment method is the one registered in iTunes. There's no app actually called Yoga Studio, though there are several Yoga apps. There is an iOS app called Yoga Studio but it appears to have no OSX equivalent, though I haven't done a detailed search.
