I want to put music on my iPhone 4, but am not able to because I can not download the version of iTunes required because my mac computer is too old.
Am just having troubles in adding music to my new phone in that when I connect it to my computer it says that the phone requires the new version of iTunes being 10.5, but when I go to download this for my mac computer it says that this version of iTunes requires a different mac, meaning that my computer is too old. So I am just wondering how I can get music onto my phone?!

Please help!Your friend can get a new Apple Id for themselves, and create a different account on one of the laptops. Then put all their music in a separate iTunes library, and sync the phone to that particular library.
This will keep there music separate from your library and their brother's library.
Just make another User on your computer for your friend to store their music in. -

After copying a movie to the harddisk of my MacBook I wanted to also copy it to my iPad, but for this you first have to copy it to the library in iTunes, but this doesn't seem to be working. So how can I get this movie to the library ? And to the iPad ?

These are thousands of songs that I purchased using my Mac Pro. I sync my iPod Classic with a USB cable to move the songs to the iPod.
Now, my purchased songs (not the ones imported into my Mac Pro using a CD), are in my iPhone. I do not use the cloud. I have been very careful not to sign up for anything related to the cloud.

trying to do a hard reset on my iphone 4s. never had a lock code on the device. I am using an iphone 5 and after update i add a security code.
I am using the same one but it does not accep the code.

What a joke Apple is. So many problems with restoring and updating phones. Definitely NOT users friendly anymore. A simple update to iOS7 causes MASSIVE mayhem and bricks 10's of thousands of phones WTG Apple. Hope Samsung smashes you out of the phone market. I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. I book G4 will not boot up/want to re install but do not know the version??

(mid-2005) those shipped with a machine series-specific restore/install
DVD and an early retail version of Tiger 10.4 probably won't work.
The 'mid-2005' iBook G4 12/14" 1.33/1.42GHz
computers included Tiger, one of these:

A last-version retail install DVD Tiger 10.4.6 could work, but it would
not include the other software as-shipped with the iBook when new.
If your computer is a late-2004, it shipped with Panther 10.3.x
and any Tiger retail install DVD (not for a specific model) can
work so long as the computer build supports the OS X version.
And, an even older iBook (G3) may have shipped with a boot OS
X version on CD media, and not even have a Combo optical drive.

You are in Recovery Mode.
You need to connect to iTunes and restore.

My computer with my iTunes with my music has been really trashed. My iPhone 5 has some of the music but I now have an iPad and want my music to be put onto that to play. How can I do this?

I downloaded a song onto my iPhone5 & iPad3 with NO PROBLEM. The problem comes when it will NOT download onto my iMac!! Errors 1003 & 8003 keep showing up. It's connected to the net if not I would NOT be writing this.

Paid for iPhone 4 but was not sent the phone from apple
I have had the worst service in my life with apple reps and upper level managers at many different apple numbers and e mail letters in the past month I will never advise anyone to deal with apple ever .I have spent the past month waisting my time trying to get my I phone 4 I had sent a postal money order in to apple for. And no word of a lie I have spent a obout 50 hrs trying to simply get my phone I was told was on it's way over 2 months ago and that they had gotten my money order and I should receive the phone in with 2 weeks . I even ended up sending in my copy of the postal money order to apple for the last time I called in they had no record of anything to do with my order. And now 2 months later I have no phone and sent everything I have to do with this order into the Austin Texas apple office I was given and now after waisting so much time and money i still don't have my phone. This is the most awful service I have ever had in my life and I am so angry from beeing treated like this I am going to make it my duty to let everyone I know and post this everywhere on the Internet about this . I have never gotten this sinister about anything in my life mainly because I have never been treated as the customer comes last anywhere but with apple.
