I want to scan TO my iPad with HP D110 all-in-one wireless . Nothing I have tried works. I can print from my iPad to paper but that is all. I have download hp service, HP support, HP control, and ePrint share. PLEASE help.

It does have 2 SATA connectors. Here is a picture of the motherboard.

This is primitive SATA. It is a SATA connection to an IDE bus. However, the fact that you have a 160 gig drive already installed tells me the motherboard will accept Large Block Addressing 48 bit (LBA48) which means you are not really constrained by size. I am sure a 500 gig drive will work and will bet a 1 TB would also work. I will also bet you would have problems with a high density drive of 2 TB or higher. The existing drive is a IDE, which means it is connected to the motherboard with a flat ribbon cable. You will have a hard time finding an IDE drive on the market these days. It will have to be SATA. Just attach a SATA data cable between the hard drive and the motherboard. You will likely need to get a molex (white 4-pin) to SATA power adapter, too, but those often come with the hard drive or are available for a couple bucks at the store where hard drives are sold.
You should be able to clone the old drive to the new using cloning software. I like and recommend Acronis True Image Home. If I were doing this I would connect the new SATA drive to the motherboard port with the side cover off and also bring power to the SATA drive. I would leave the original drive in and boot from the cloning software disk doing a proportional resize so all partitions are expanded the same percentage. After the clone is complete remove the original drive and bolt the SATA drive in its place. I would just tell you to add a second hard drive but the computer only has space for one unless you want to remove the card reader.
You may need to enable the SATA ports in the BIOS if they are not currently in use. The motherboard picture page linked above tells how to enter the BIOS. Post back if you need more help.

Older generation ipod touch and want to move it's acct from one computer to new computer and can't figure out how?

We are transferring all our iTunes songs to a new computer do to space issues on old one. My daughter's ipod touch is an older generation and she cannot connect to the new computer without wiping out her current itunes songs and rebuilding them on her ipod. She doesn't want to do that do to time constraints. Does anyone know how to get around this ? Thank you.

This is true. Ipod touch will sync with one and only one computer at a time. If you sync to another it will indeed erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer.

Connect the iPhone to your PC/Mac with iTunes open.
On iTunes do this:
- go to summary (left hand side)
- select the option photos to the right
Here you need to decide how you would like to set how your iPhone syncs photos from your PC/Mac. Its is up to you wether you only want to sync selected or all photos. Once you have made the changes select "Apply" to the bottom right.

Your CS4 stays where it is unless you uninstall it.
Not sure what you are asking about the download being ok.
There is a minimum operating system requirement so check that, and maybe run PS and LR in trial mode to make sure they both work before you sign up and pay anything.

Copying error from device to SD card, duplicating till memory runs out

Hi,
I'm constantly getting 'device memory is low' messages on my Z10 and I've uninstalled many apps and I have no idea where the problem is. So I started looking at the files on the phone - says there's 13Gb used but I can only find 50Mb of actual data!
In any case, I tried to copy the 'Misc' folder onto my SD card (in the phone) and it said there was 3Gb... but it took ages to complete and when I actually looked at the phone, it read '24Gb of 3Gb" and I started getting 'memory card almost full' warnings now! So I cancelled the copy and plugged my phone into my pc and browse through the folder.
What I found was that in the 'Misc' folder that was being copied over, there was a sub folder called 'external_SD' which contained a copy of all my SD card files (pictures, videos etc) and in that was another folder called 'Misc' which had the same subfolder and again within that was a subfolder called 'external_SD' and so on ... so it was in some sort of copy circle duplicating something I never requested

as far formatting the SD card goes, it formats fine to FAT 16, and reports that it has about 1.9 GB free space after the operation
per Limnos's suggestion, I put about 1GB of files onto the SD card (in Windows), then mounted it on my Mac. All 844 files copied successfully FROM the card to my Mac HDD
I then formatted the SD card (FAT 16) to make sure I had as much free space as possible, and then copied the same 844 BACK to the SD card successfully
So the card is capable of holding more than 20GB of data - it's just that it's just not the 20GB I want!
I haven't tried formatting the card to HFS yet, because I think I'm on to something else...
I just grabbed a DIFFERENT set of JPGs; about 44 files, but bigger (totalling 70MB). All files copied over OK, which is about 50MB more than original set of files causing trouble.
I'm gonna try something else; stay tuned...

I want to make sure you're using the auto-update system, because that's the safest most reliable way to go, and it shouldn't appear in the download manager, so I lets make sure you're doing it right. <br/>

Running out of ideas - how to stop iPhoto from constantly spinning!

Help! I've got iPhoto 5.0.4 and it consistently appears to get stuck in a spin during normal use - usually when unmounting a camera, but also when switching between applications and sometimes when it's simply left by itself. I've tried a number of things to resolve this including resetting the preferences, rebuilding the library, running it as a different user, yet nothing seems to work.
The only clue that I have is that if I sample iPhoto when stuck in a spin I see another thread that is not normally visible stuck on a semaphore when trying to perform a selector on the main thread, and the main thread is also stuck waiting for a semaphore. Presumably it's somehow managed to deadlock itself but I've no idea how to go any further...
Any ideas on how to go about finding a solution for this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Steve - I'm just another user like you - not a "pro" - but I think especially if your photos are all hi-res, i.e. over 1mb each in size, iPhoto may be choking on your library size. Just my 2c.
You may want to break up your library into smaller pieces.
Do this carefully - and be sure you have your library backed up before starting. There have been other posts in the past about a product called iPhoto Library Manager. It's a relatively inexpensive and very good product that facilitates this process. That's what I used when my library got too big.

Trying to transfer my ipad imovie to itunes on my pc, running out of ideas

I've done a bit of research and tried 2 things;
1) to click on the 'itunes' transfer button within imovie, which I've done twice and it says has been done but I can't find the movie anywhere on my PC itunes
2) I've gone to 'apps' & looked under file share, have saved the imovie onto my PC but when I then go to open it the extension is .imoviemobile and the PC says Windows can't open it
I'm sure there's a way of getting it onto itunes?

There are a couple of things that you can try.
1. Quit iTunes, restart or reboot your iPad, restart your computer and then try again.
2. Delete any old backups that you have in iTunes and then try again.
Try no. 1 and see what happens.

No, the camera connection kit only supports the copying of photos and videos to the Photos app, it doesn't support copying content off the iPad. For your second camera instead of the SD reader part of the kit, does the iPad to camera cable not work with it for direct transfer to the iPad ?
For Lightroom and Nikon software again no - you can only install apps that are available in the iTunes app store on your computer and the App Store app on the iPad, 'normal' PC and Mac (OS X) software are not compatible with the iPad (iOS). There are some apps that perform fairly basic editing functions that are available in the store, but nothing as sophisticated as, for example, Lightroom.

The app is called Keynote Remote and is available for both iPhone and iPad from the App Store. This app can also run Keynote presentations from your Mac from either your iPad or iPhone.
Both your iPad and iPhone need to be on the same WiFi Network. With your iPad Keynote file loaded, go to:
iPad > Keynote > Tool Menu (wrench) > Advanced > Remote and turnon "Enable Remotes"
on your iPhone set up the link:
Keynote Remote > Settings > New Keynote Link and follow instructions - you will be given a set of numbers, enter those numbers on the iPad and you are all set.
