If this is a sign of their customer service, perhaps I might want to reconsider joining this adobe community. Maybe I should just give the 30 day trial a chance and rescind my paid membership.

Force Quit .
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time.
Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select Safari, if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window.
Wait.
Application will quit.
If this does not help, press the power button for 7 or more seconds.
Computer will shut down.
Restart.
Hold the shift key down and launch Safari.

Hi, I just bought a new iphone 5c. I 'had' the safari, app store and itunes available, they dissappeared from the phone and now i cannot download any cool games or even browse the internet. How can I get them back?

I would really like to download apps however this isn't possible as safari, app store and itunes are deleted from my homescreen? Where can I go about installing them to the phone again a.s.a.p??

Check Settings > General > Restrictions on Safari, iTunes, etc.

My 4S died and I was given a new one. Now I can't get it to sync with my old info. I think I put the wrong email address for my apple ID, how can I change it?

My 4S died this week and I was told it could not be repaired, so I was issued a new one. During set up I could not remember my password, so set up a new one. I think I used the wrong email address, not sure. At any rate, now my phone and pad don't sync. How can I get this corrected? Thanks!

It looks like your printer isn't on the list of air print enabled printers. It'll still work, you just need to do some tweaking.
You can see if samsung has any apps to enable printing.
or
You can look into a third party app like Print n Share or Print Central.
Then you can print from your iPad.

My iPod was stolen and I cannot locate it as it is not connected to the internet. How can I get it back?

Yesterday someone stole my iPod touch. I did not realize. Today I read that it can be located from iCloud web page. It said that the iPod has to be connected to the Internet so as to find the exact location, but my iPod isn't. I don't know if by accident it fell from my bag and its in the street or if someone stole it but I cannot locate it and I had 5k photos and videos, music and lots of stuff. I didn't have iOS 8 installed nor "registered" (if the word is correct) my iPod in Find My Phone app, lets say. I'm extremely worried and I want to know if there is any way to get it back. My parents made such an effort to buy it and I'm really sad. Please help me!

Contact the Police and perhaps run a Lost & Found Ad in your local paper and offer a reward. In the meantime concentrate on chaging your passwords.

I put the ARDAgent in the trash, now i can't get rid of it.

To solve another problem, I put the ARDAgent in the trash. Now I can't move it out of the trash, or delete the trash with ARDAgent in it.
If I try to move ARDAgent out of the trash nothing happens. If I try to copy it out of the trash it just says "preparing to copy" forever. If I try to empty the trash it just says "preparing to empty trash" forever. If I try to put it back from where it came from in the CoreServices folder, it says that I need to authenticate and after I hit the authenticate button nothing happens.
Any suggestions?

I've rebooted, repaired/verified disks and permissions with the SL install DVD and Disk Warrior. Have to force restart Finder to shut the computer down if I try to copy the ARDAgent or empty the trash with it in it, because the status window perpetually says "preparing to empty trash or copy files" and won't let me shutdown without a force restart of Finder.

You might try the following:
Delete your mail account from Mail preferences and set it up again using the Mail Server Information.
Some users have apparently encountered issues using this information in pre-Lion set ups (I haven't), Roger Wilmut has kindly provided instructions for those who find themselves with this problem.

I was cut off from the support chat and can't get back on re: re-installing PS after uninstalling

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) and CS 6 from a dvd
Keyboard shortcuts suddenly disappeared and I was unable to reset them.
I held down cmd-opt-shift and started Photoshop. Saw "Delete Photoshop Settings file", released the keys, clicked Yes, and let Photoshop finish loading. Rebooted computer. Still nothing.
I uninstalled PS, tried to to install from dvd and gave me "The serial number you entered is invalid."
Contacted Adobe support chat and Naveen gave me a download link. Still gave me: "The serial number you entered is invalid."
Then firefox crashed. Tried to get back on chat and could not and now my only "recommended option" is Forums. So here I am. Don't think that there's much anyone can do to help as I have uninstalled PS, but hoping to hear from Adobe support...

Got back onto chat but have to contact tech support during their PST hours
to deal with keyboard shortcuts problem.

Well I'll guess you're using iPhoto 11:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

I have been reluctant to install iTunes on the new hard drive out of fear that I will lose all the contents on the ipod if I try to synch to the new hard drive.

Typing in additional text seems to get the job done. This seems to be a feature of the latest IOS update, I have never had the problem before the last update.
I use the box with the arrow just to the left of the URL block at the top of the page to send myself links to pages of interest. Adding the extra text seems like a pointless step, but it does work.
