I was messing with the computer, not sure what i hit but now all my toolbars at the top of the screen are gone? (file, edit, history, tools and my forward and back button). Please help me get these settings back to the way they were?
My file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, and help buttons at the top of the screen are gone, along with my forward and back button.

Once the menu bar is restored, you can use the Toolbars entry in the View menu to restore other toolbars such as the navigation toolbar.

I have sownloaded an HD movie from iTunes store and when I attempted to play it on my Windows 7 PC a error message popped up saying something about the display not being compatible for HD movies. I have tried changing the display resolution several times but it didn't help. Now it just comes up with a blank screen when I attempt to play it. SD movies work fine. I have the latest version of iTunes installed.
Can anyone help me resolve this problem?Apparently the display is required to be HDCP compatible to view HD movies in iTunes. My display isn't so this is my problem. I contacted Apple support and they have agreed to credit me for the HD movie and I have now downloaded the SD version.

Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when downloading them ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Not sure what I did but projects are not showing up in the video window as i skim... Event footage does but project footage has sound but the video screen is gray... How do I get the vido to show in the viewer?
So you can ping and nslookup from your ms to these agents and vice versa right? I wouldn't do a manual install, I would push the agent from the management server. You can uninstall the agent manually, or use cleanmom to get rid of them. Then
do an install from the console. When you initiate the install from the console (management server), should it run into any issues it will dump out an error which will give you an idea of where the problem may be.

Not sure what I did but all of a sudden everything I touch has a voice attached to it. For instance, if I touch an icon it tells me out loud what the icon is and tells me to double click it. ***??? Help!

Slow Preformance on HyperV VM's with IIS. Not sure what to change. Doesnt apear to be a Disc I/O issue. Seams to really on happen on VM's that are hosting a mostly static Intranet page. Also same thing happens on another VM that hosts an Apache site. both
are not very large and VM's run on a Local storage space seperate from the OS and good I/O speed. Host Server gets good network speeds. I have the Host and the VM fully updated.
Host Server is Windows 2012 and Hosts are Windows 2008r2
I've gone thur the Hyper V Preformace Blogs and tried to apply all the hot fixes. but most I downloaded said it did not apply to our machine. So Not sure what the issue is.

i just upgraded my iphone 3gs to ios 6 not sure if it updated but now when i turn on my phone it says automatically that i need to connect it to itunes using the USB port but when i connect it it comes up as new hardware and cannot find a program/software for my device even though i have the latest itunes on my computer. i have tried reinstalling itunes but it still cannot find my phone and now i cannot use my phone as it is stuck on the sync to itunes screen

I just wanted to back up my photos since I haven't done so since October 5th. I plugged in my iPhone and let Image Capture transfer the selected photos to the designated folder. Accidently I hit 'Import All but that's not the biggest problem. Apparently I had "Delete all after transfer" on AND 427 photos apparently "failed to transfer" as it said. I didn't think it was such a big problem, but then I noticed : what the ****.The delete all option was ON and now ALL my photos are gone, from the iPhone and NOT on the computer. Except a list of some old pictures I already have three backups and from the new ones between Oct 5 and this day I have a random selection >><!!!

Camera Roll photos are included in those backups. My computer asked to what I want the ipod to do. Now it only looks for videos and photos, which it does not find. I can't sync my podcasts or music to the device. Not sure how to fix it. It is an ipod touch.
Connect your iPod to the computer (and iTunes) and look on the Device/Music pane, as below:
You need to have Sync Music ticked, as shown.
If you have Entire Music Library checked, then all your music should go back onto yuor iPod.
If you have chosen Selected playlists, artists, albums and genres, you will see additional options for choosing which of those choices you want.
If you make any changes here, you may need to click on the Sync, or Apply, button to make the changes happen. -

Our Windows Vista computer crashed (blue screen of death) but we were able to copy everything from to an external hard drive including my itunes folder. On our new computer (Windows 7) I downloaded itunes. Imported the music library into iTunes and now I can't play any of the music that I previously purchased from the itunes store. No music, movies, videos, anything I previously purchased. I have authorized the computer with my apple-id and still I can't play anything. I don't want to re-purchase 1,000+ songs. I downloaded Firefox 18.0.1, had a problem with a file that wouldn't close ("something".ini), rebooted the Mac, tried to open Firefox, couldn't and had to download it again. Now, no profile. Use all of your support workarounds, no dice. I need my profile, a lot of the work I do involves research and some of the stuff isn't replaceable. Please help! I promise to be better in the future.
Sounds like a problem with the profiles.ini file.
