I wiped my computer and reinstalled firefox on it, my tablet still has all my bookmarks on it, am i able to sync my tablet to my computer and get all my information back onto the computer? everytime i try it says it can not connect to device???????

You should be fine. How are you, exactly, trying to pair both devices?
If the pairing code (3 lines with 4 characters each) doesn't work for any reason (you should get the code from the computer and add it to your tablet) you can get the Recovery key from your tablet and use it to connect the computer to that account.
In order to get the Recovery Key, you need this add-on in your mobile device: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/addon/aboutsynckey/
Once you get the recovery key, follow the steps described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-up-firefox-sync#w_connect-another-computer
