We have rolled out a fix for this issue.
Please log off and log back in to your machine and the issue should be resolved automatically. In case that does not work, please manually run the msi installer posted here (may require reboot).

After the last IOS upgrade, a freind sent me an email from her Suddenlink account. Now I get a duplicate of everuy email she receives. This is driving me crazy plus it is an invasion of her privacy for me to be receiving all her facebook responses, banking info, medical info, catalogs, etc. I don't want the onslaught of all this email. have a question I do not use mail in my computer I use yahoo and I have all these emails and selected all and then delete then delete trash and they always come back how do I stop these old email in apple mail? 1 - Post in Yahoo's Mail forums and/or contact their tech support.
2 - Post in Gmails forums and/or contact their tech support.
Neither of the above are Apple's products. -
I am getting 144+ emails a day from mail administrator. I do not recognize these names nor did I send them an email. How can I stop these???

These message yoy are receiving are probably just a particular type of spam. However it is also possible (unlikely) that your email account is being used to send spam, and that these are the bounce messages.
To tell the difference, you need to look at the email headers. Open the message, then go to the View menu and select Message -> All Headers.
Select the text and post it back here (remembering to obscure your own email address first).

This is part of Lion's Resume feature (I assume you are on Lion).
A couple of things you can do: System Preferences>General and deselect 'Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps'.

However, you can filter these messages using a spam filter. Check with your email provider to see what options they offer to deal with spam. How can I stop these weird inert file images from appearing on my desktop?
Inert file images keep appearing and cluttering up my desktop with names such as: 3FV2JEQy.JPG.part; 9wA_fwAk.JPG.part; MpxSEQgY.jpg.part etc.
It seems to me that they are related to viewing photos from emails with "Preview". (They could be photos from iPhoto also. I cannot be certain).
My desktop fills up with these weird inert file images and I have to go thru and delete them to clear the mess on my desktop. How can I stop this from occurring??

If what you want to do is share your purchases with one Apple ID and have other stuff separate, that's pretty easy.
Check out the section "Use one Apple ID for iCloud and a different Apple ID for Store purchases" in this article.
Set up your Apple ID for iCloud and iTunes - Apple Support
Basically he would use your Apple ID for the Stores (iTunes, Apps, iBooks) and his Apple ID for everything else (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, FaceTime, Messages etc).
Now if he has been purchasing stuff on his own account then you would have to make some choices on the purchase accounts.
You may also want to check out Family Sharing, which allows people to share purchases within a familly, each having their own IDs.
