Idoc reprocess status 03

hello
i need to reprocess idocs in status 03 through bd87
but it is not allowing
please help

Hi Manu,
Looks like you are trying to reprocess the IDOC which is already processed correctly.
Unfortunately there is no way by which you can do it.
I can give you a work around though:
1) Go to WE19 enter your IDOC number which already has status 03 and execute.
2) On next screen it will display the IDOC, choose approporate button on toolbar (standard Function Module) to process it.
3) This will generate the new IDOC similar to the one which was posted completely.
4) Now the new IDOC should have status ready (Unless you have clicked Process Immediately in WE21 for this message type, it shud be execute by Background Job).
This approch is applicable for testing.
Let me know if it solves your query.
Regards
Shital

  • Performance issues in using RBDAPP01 for reprocessing iDocs with Status 64

    Hi All,
I am using the Standard ABAP Program 'RBDAPP01' for reprocessing Inbound iDocs with Status 64 (Ready to be posted).
When this is scheduled as a job in background, I find that it opens multiple sessions and occupies all available dialog sessions.
This in turn slows down the entire system.
Also, I find the addition 'Packet Size' on the selection screen for the program.
Is it related in any way to the number of sessions the program creates?
Any pointers in resolving this issue will be extremely helpful.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Keerthi

    Hi,
When you mention Parallel Processing, it becomes active only if I choose that particular option on the selection screen right?
In my case, I haven't chosen parallel processing, but still the overall system performance seems to have fallen very badly.
Now please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
If I increase my Packet Size, it should improve the system performance, but will increase my runtime for the selected iDocs.
But as I have not selected parallel processing in this current situatuon, it should not have any impact here.
    Have I summarized it rightly?
    Thanks in advance.

    Keerthi

    Hi,
In Inbound IDOC, the status code is 52 ---> Application document is not fully posted(satus of the inbound idoc is in yello colour). I want to reprocess this idoc in BD87 t.code in order to convert the yellow colour to green colour. Before reprocessing the IDOC, i need to rectify the problem and then reprocess the idoc in bd87. am i correct? if yes, what i need to do to solve the error --->application document not fully posted. Please guide me friends.
    Thanks in advance.

    HI
If you are FM to process the inbound  IDOC,
    possibilities are like below .
    Reason 1 :
In partner profiles, check is it trigger immediately or not ? for particular partner profile which u r using .
    reason 2 :
If you are using BDC code to update the data .if any screen contains error then also you will get the status in yellow .
    reason 3 :
Have you tried with  TCODE  BD87 ,  might be it is processing error also .
i have worked on same probelm so  if u r not solved with the issue after trying above 3 reasons .
    reply me back .

  • Idoc with status 32

    Hi
In we05 transaction  i see one idoc with status 32.
Status text was: idoc was edited
T100 text was: change data record was saved..
how to overcome this staus to post the idoc in target system??

    Hi,
RBDAGAIE - Reprocessing of Edited IDocs .
The above Standard program is for  Reprocessing Idoc's.Go through this program. So that u will rectify that error.
    Note: -
Description: This report reprocesses an edited IDoc in inbound or outbound processing. The edited IDoc has one of the following statuses:
    32: IDoc edited (outbound)
    69: IDoc edited (inbound).

  • Aggregated IDOC partly Status 51

When dealing with aggregated inbound IDOCS the Status 51 can be seen about 10% of all Status- Sets for different reasons. The worst is: The Switchdoc is currently block by <TheRCFUser> (here having EDIFACT/UTILMD/E03)
After that the complete Message won't be processed any further.
Is there a way to easily restart this IDOC for those segments with Status 51 (or better: for all segments not having 53 so far).
Maybe with the option to change the IDOC- Data before reprocessing (in case there is some stupid mistake like , instead of .)
Anybody facing the some problem and having a solution?
    Regards, Daniel

    Dear Math,
Have you got the solution for the above. If you get can you tell me please because even i got the same error message while processing the IDOC
status 51 after status 53. Outbound delivery is updated but not the sales order.
    can you please help me

  • Tracking IDOC reprocessing

I have developed a File to IDOC interface in PI/XI. The file I pick up will contain a list of invoices from a vendor system ,
that I convert into ACLPAY IDOCs and post invoices.
When the IDOCs are posted into our SAP  system some of the IDOCs fail and some of them are successful.
At the end of a business day the user will execute txn we05 to see the status of the IDOCs that came in for that day.
If any of the IDOCs failed the user would use WE19 to correct the data and reprocess the IDOC again.
The problem is the old IDOC that came in still has a error status and the new IDOC created by modifying the old IDOC doesnu2019t have any reference to the older IDOC.
Is there a way to see if and IDOC was created by reprocessing an already existing IDOC?
Or is there a better method to handle my scenario?
    Thanks

  • IDOC ERROR Status 02

    Hi,
I am getting IDOC Error status 02.
"Error passing data to the port".
I am using a file port and passing the data from IDOC to the file.
Idoc is getting created successfully but the file is not created.
    Any idea?

    hi
use tcode BD83 for reprocessing error idocs in outbound
    in program
If you want to use a type T connection to start an external RFC server program, enter the name of this program here. Enter the complete path name if possible. You cannot use the command line to specify any parameters for the program.
Type T destinations are connections to external programs that use the RFC API to receive 'Remote Function Calls'. You must specify the host name and the pathname of the program to be started. The communication method depends on how you select the program location:
    'Explicit' selection
In this case, the program is started either by the standard gateway program for the system or by the explicitly specified gateway (gwrd) via 'remote shell'.
Ensure that the computer with the gateway process can access the specified computer by entering '/etc/ping <host name>'.
In order to be able to start a program on another computer using 'remote shell', the target system must fulfil certain conditions. The user ID of the gateway process must exist and a file called .rhosts must also be present in the user's home diretory. The file .rhosts must contain the name of the calling computer. To check this, logon to the computer containing the gateway process with the appropriate user ID and enter the command 'remsh <host name> <program name>'. The <host name> and <program name> must be the same as in SM59. (If you call an RFC server program without any parameters, the RfcAccept call always returns an error code (RFC_HANDLE_NULL) and the program terminates at once.)
    'Server'
By entering the 'server', you start the program from the SAP application server.
First, ensure that the program can be accessed from the SAP application server and that the SAP application server has the authorization to start the program.
To check this, logon with the user ID of the SAP application server (e.g. c11adm). If possible, go into the 'work' directory of the SAP application server ('/usr/sap/.../D.../work') and try to start the RFC server program manually from there. (As in the above case, if you call an RFC server program without parameters, the RfcAccept call always returns an error code (RFC_HANDLE_NULL) and the program terminates at once.)
    'User'
By entering the 'user', the program is started by 'SAPGUI', i.e. under the user's ID and environment.
Ensure that you can access the program with 'SAPGUI'/'SAPTEMU'.
Ensure that 'SAPGUI' has the authorization to start the program.
To check this, simply call the RFC server program in your environment.
The function call can also be asynchronous (CALL FUNCTION ... IN BACKGROUND TASK DESTINATION ...).

    Hi Manju,
If you have table updation access then
Go to SE16 --> Table EDIDC --> Give your "IDoc number" -->  change the status from 64 to "73 IDoc archived".
Or you can ask to your ABAPer to do that.
