IDOCs from XI into R/3 waiting in queues

all,
I have a file to IDOC scenario. Based on filters, the file can create 2 types of IDOCs "A" and "B" and then sent via BPM (due to another filter) to R/3 using 2 IDOC channels
The challenge is, somehow the IDOCs alternate as "A" , "B" in SAP_ALE_XI_nnnnn queues on R/3 visible in the WEINBQUEUE tcode and when an IDOC "A" is in error, it holds up the whole queue.
This transaction was not meant to be EOIO nor is it set anywhere?
How can I get them to process in parallel without acting serial ?

I have worked on scenarios where IDocs are sent from XI in tRFC mode...
I assume in your case it is qRFC..right?
My earlier answer pertains to tRFC...
How are you sending it usinf qRFC ? logically if the partner profile setting is process later , then the idoc from the qRFC inbound queue should keep this in 64. Then the RBDAPP01 just reprocesses it later. It is a disconnected process and does not affect the inbound idoc queue.

I send the following IDocs from SAP-ERP over SAP-XI to Non-SAP for an initialload: Artmas, Bommat, Infrec, Cond_a, Mmaddi, Cremas
Example: Artmas with TA: BD10.
Problem: SAP-ERP send all 25'000 IDoc to SAP-XI. The effect is that the qRFC and tRFC in SAP-XI is full, because the Non-SAP is not fast enough to takeover the Idocs. From then other systems can't send out or get in Idocs.
I tried to limit in WE20, but it didnt work. TA: RSEOUT00 ist not so useful, because of the quantity of the IDocs.
Is in SAP-ERP a possibility to limit the sending of IDocs to SAP-XI or Non-SAP?
Example: Automatic sending of 200 Idocs every 2 Minute.

IDoc from XI to ERP

Hi, we need to send IDoc from XI to ERP
1. The record is broken down into DEBMAS and ADRMAS. I am aware that ADRMAS needs to be sent first before DEBMAS. Just wonder how these 2 IDocs are linked with each other to create a single record when they reach ERP? What are the identifier fields to link them?
2. What I need to do to create records in ERP from these IDocs (FM ?)

Idocs from XI to a flat file

Dear All,
I having a scenario in which whenever a Delivery is created in R/3 an idoc is posted into XI. I am able to see the idocs in transaction IDX5. Now I want to download this Idoc into a flat file thru XI.
Kindly guide me how this can be done oe tell me the suitable links to do the same.

Error when exporting IDOC from one XI system to another

Hi all,
When I do an export for an IDOC from my one XI server to be able to import it into another I get the error below. The funny thing is that it works perfectly for my COND_A idoc but not at all for DEBMAS and MATMAS idoc.
Any ideas?
Error during export. Internal error during pvc call: SAP DBTech JDBC: Result set is positioned after last row.

Error while pushing idocs from SAP to XI

Dear All,
For doing ALE configurations for pushing IDOC's from SAP to XI, I am following the following blog posted on SDN:

i hve created one RFC in my R/3 system which is pointing to Xi-DEV. So, in the RFC I have used my XI user id & password for loging and the RFC is wrking fine when I am testing tht. I have used my id "XISUPER" in that RFC and it is not locked in XI-DEV. I have not used user id "XI_APPLUSER" anywhere.

Help needed in transferring IDoc from SAP CRM to XI

Hi All,
We are facing an issue in sending an IDoc from SAP CRM to XI system. The IDoc is triggered and the status is showing as 03 in SAP CRM system(WE05 is used) but it is not getting replicated in XI System. This is verified by logging into XI System and cross checked the records retrieved by executing the transaction IDX5. No entry is found for this IDoc.
In SM58 transaction, it is giving the status text as EDISDEF:Port SAPRIO segment defn E201CRMXIF_BILLI.
Any pointers on this issues will be very helpful. We are able to send information from XI to CRM.
The project is an upgrade one and the IDocs are developed earlier and were working fine one week back and no changes were made recently.

Unable to send an idoc from SAP R/3 to XI

Hi,
We are trying to send Z_CREMAS_SUSMM.CREMAS03 idoc from R/3 system to XI using IDOC adapter.
We have done the following steps.
On SAP R/3 system:
1.created a RFc Destination which points to the XI system using transaction SM59
2.created a port in which we have selected this RFC Destination using tansaction WE21
3.logical system for R/3 with transacion BD54
4.In WE20 transaction,we have configured the PartnerProfile by adding the IDOC message type to the outbound Parameters of XI Logical system.
On XI Sytem:
1.Created RFC destination
2.Created a Port
3.Loaded metadata
While trying to Post IDOc from SAP R/3,it is throwing an error"External segment name E2LFA1M001 cannot be interpreted"
and "Basic type CREMAS03 does not exist" on XI side.
Can anyone please provide a solution to this?

Have you loaded the metadata into the XI system by using IDX2?
If it is done then try to delete once and do once again.
And also delete the IDoc from IR and reimport the IDoc and activate it once again.

Need to transport a Folder from cFolders into SAP R/3

Dear Members,
I want to import a whole folder( and it's child documents) from cFolder into SAP R/3. What I did so far is that I have created the RFC Dest., Configured the cFolder in R/3 using Tx CFC01, created a Search for the folder inside cFolder and ran CFI01. There I entered the cFolder Application name and entered the cFolder Search as my search name (using the search help). Then when I am trying to Add Documents it's showing a message No lines added. cFolders document(s) contain no file(s). What I have seen so far even after debuging and after doing a lot of R&D is that, Documents can be imported but folders can't be. But my requirement is to import all the folder element in one shot.. how to go about that? Please lit into the matter..I am waiting with points

Cannot copy and paste from Word into Mail

I cannot copy and paste from Word into Mail. Neither from using the keyboard shortcuts, or using the Menu function. I can copy and paste from other applications into Mail- but for some reason, text copied from a Word document (both in .txt and .doc formats) will not paste into an open email. Anyone else have this issue? It's a new issue. I used to be able to do this easily.

I had similar issues starting about the same time or within the past week. However, I can copy and paste, it just takes considerably longer than it used to before. Copying something from a web page into Word could take up to 30 seconds now on my computer but it shows a busy mouse pointer while it is loading, then clicks/pops when it loads into the Word document, but then actually takes about another 5 to 10 seconds to appear in the Word document. I have no idea why it is delaying now when it did not do it before, but since it is still going into the document I am living with it for now. Are you waiting long enough to see if it appears?

Receiving IDocs from non-SAP system ...

Hello guys,
I have problem with implementing IDoc-XI-IDoc scenario. The sender system is a subsystem (non-SAP system) sending IDocs but XI is not able to receive them. I thing the IDoc metadata can not be found.
Logical system name of the sender is IF6020DEV. I registered the system in SLD. In Integration Directory I imported the Bussines System IF6020DEV to my scenario and I created communication channel of type Sender IDoc Adapter in it.
In IDX2 I created new port called IF6020DEV and I copied needed metadata into the port. But it doesn't work. Probably I don't do it right because I'm beginner with SAP XI.
Could you give me any advice how to configure XI for receiving IDocs from non-SAP system?

The sender system still returns following error. I know you probably won't understand it because you don't know the subsystem, but maybe you could get some idea what is wrong.

I've started getting an intermittent error editing my Windows 7 OSD task sequence. Sometimes I can open the TS to edit, but when I try to apply changes I get the error. Other times I get the error when trying to open the TS. If I try again
right away, I still get the error, but if I wait a few minutes and try again sometimes it will open the TS.
The error reads:

Thanks for sharing that! I tend to save contacting MS support until after I've exhausted other options. I'm always afraid that I'll spend the $500 to open a case and then it turns out to be something simple that I would have found if I had just
kept working on it myself a little longer.
It looks like that link is for an update released in February as KB3023562. I downloaded and installed it. I'll try opening/editing/saving the task sequence a few times today to see if the issue is resolved.
After I had already installed it, I thought to look up that update in configmgr. The update is listed as superseded by 2 other updates. The newest of those is KB3046049, which just installed last night with the other March patches, so it's possible
that I didn't need to install KB3023562 after all.

IDOC from R3 to XI

I am trying to send idocs from an R3 system into XI. I have done the folowing:
In R3: (log sysID = ''DEV100')
- create rfc destination 'SAPXI' in sm59 (type 3 abap connection)
- create partner profile we20
- create tRFC port in WE21
In XI: (log sysID = ''SAPXI')
- create RFC destination 'DEV100' in sm59 (type 3 abap connection)
- create port in IDX1
- create business systems in SLD and import in integration builder
when i try to send idoc (WE19) the error appears:
Idoc <NR> was saved but cannot or should not be sent
What am i doing wrong?

Follow the steps mentioned. and reward points if helpful
Steps for ALE settings:-
Steps for XI
Step 1)
 Goto SM59.
 Create new RFC destination of type 3(Abap connection).
 Give a suitable name and description.
 Give the Ip address of the R3 system.
 Give the system number.
 Give the gateway host name and gateway service (3300 + system number).
 Go to the logon security tab.
 Give the lang, client, username and password.
 Test connection and remote logon.
Step 2)
 Goto IDX1.
 Create a new port.
 Give the port name.
 Give the client number for the R3 system.
 Select the created Rfc Destination.
Step 3)
 Goto IDX2
 Create a new Meta data.
 Give the Idoc type.
 Select the created port.
Steps for R3.
Step 1)
 Goto SM59.
 Create new RFC destination of type 3(Abap connection).
 Give a suitable name and description.
 Give the Ip address of the XI system.
 Give the system number.
 Give the gateway host name and gateway service (3300 + system number).

 Check the status of the IDOC.
 Goto WE47.
 TO decode the status code.
Step 7)
 Not mandatory.
 Goto BD64.
 Click on Create model view.
 Add message type.
BD87 to check the status of IDOC.
In case if not authorized then go to the target system and check in SU53, see for the missing object
and assign it to the user.

Unable top convert the status of idoc from 03 to 12

Hi experts,
I am working on idoc scenario on ECC6.0.I am pushing the idoc from R/3 system to PI7.0.I have done all the prerequisites involved to pushing idoc-----
maintain Rfc destinations,maintain port,partner profile,distribution model....
But when i am pushing the reduced idoc from sender it's showing the status 03.when i am running RBDMOIND in se38 still it is not getting converted into 12.
kindly help me how can I convert the status from 03 to 12.

Hi Naresh
you have to create the service. Create first the technical system and the business system in the SLD. Look for the right "Logical System" (Transation SALE in R3).
In the Integration Builder Directory go to "Environment/Clear SLD Data" and create the service by "Objects/Service without party/Business System/Assign Business System".
