IDS sig Updates (IDS-K9-sp-4.1-5-s189.rpm.pkg) Problem

I am trying to upgrade some IDS sensors from S188 to the new service pack which is S189. The IDS device show this message (The System will rebooted upon completion of the update)
After I rebooted the IDS, it still running the old version S188. ANY IDEA why????

But I don't see anything that says "4h" on there. I guess anything beyond patch level "g" should do the trick according to that post.

INSTALLATION
To install the version 4.1(4h) patch on a 4.1(4), 4.1(4a), 4.1(4b)
4.1(4c), 4.1(4d), 4.1(4e), 4.1(4f) or 4.1(4g) sensor, follow these steps:
1. Download the file IDS-K9-patch-4.1-4h.rpm.pkg
to an ftp, scp, http, or https server on your network from:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/nids
CAUTION: You must log in to Cisco.com using an account with
cryptographic privileges in order to download the file. Do not
change the file name. You must preserve the original file name for
the sensor to accept the update.

You can't purchase a standalone IPS subscription for IPS appliance.
You have to purchase either of the following:
1) CON-SUI-IPS4240 for example that includes Smartnet for hardware, software as well as the IPS subscription.
OR/
2) CON-SUSA-IPS4240 contracts are only sold to customer who have purchased a hardware and software support contract through a reseller/partner.
CON-SUSA... can't be sold on its own, it must be sold in conjunction with the reseller/partner support contract.

There seems to be a billing problem with the iTS. I've been trying to make purchases today (Dec 9th) too and it reports either the iTS can not process payments or it says my card was declined. I even changed the payment method to Paypal (which is never declined) and still no go.
I don't think it is "you" but a problem at Apple. Some popular new apps were released recently like Logic Pro and perhaps they're getting bombarded as they did when Lion was released.

I have been trying to sync/back up my iphone and ipad but iTunes is saying I need to update my iphone to version 11.1 or later. I thought my phone was up to date and I can't seem to update iTunes on my phone anyway. Does anyone know how to update iTunes on my phone or is it a computer problem? I've been having problems with iTunes on my PC so I re-installed it but it's been a nightmare trying to get it to work.
This is the message I receive says " The iphone 'iPhone' cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 11.1 or later. Go to www.itunes.com.au to download the latest version of iTunes". I get a similar one for my iPad too.
When I go to the website I can only find the download for my PC but not the iPhone.

No, your iPhone i s telling you that you need iTunes 11.1 or greater on your computer in order to sync with the computer.
I've been having problems with iTunes on my PC so I re-installed it but it's been a nightmare trying to get it to work.
Then you should fix this issue with iTunes before you try to sync your iPhone to it.

when conecting to Itunes). Since my updates Itune wont let me drag and drop any files' even pictures that
were taken with my Iphone on 4.3.3.
Please help as we have no itunes music in Israel, only apps and i cant copy any of my old music from my computer

Other from the obove Itunes works fine and does sync pictures from my computer to my Iphone from "my pictures" folder.

The title of my initial post is a bit misleading. I already took a chance deleting one of the iPhones, hoping if I deleted the wrong one, I can still reauthorize it (all with the same Apple ID acct, so not subject to 90-day waiting period, right?) The iTunes database just updated itself, and it says I have 4 "devices" "in the Cloud", but 5 "computers" associated w my account. How can I find out what computers are associated? Isn't there a list I can see? I dont have a clue what computers they might be. If I use the "Deauthorize All" option, is it a pain to add them all back in. I assume I would have to log in from each computer to reauthorize each one. Would I have to be running the newest OS or version of iTunes to reauthorize? I think I have a PowerBook G4 Titanium with an older OS and iTunes. I'd like to keep that authorized, if possible.

Yes. You can't update or restore any GSM iPhone without a valid sim card installed in the phone. The sim card need not be activated, but it must be valid & present. If you want to update, you need to get a sim card.

This may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues, and restore your device on a different known-good computer. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

First steps in troubleshooting:
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
