If I buy iWorks now, will I always have the most current version?
I'm looking to buy iWorks, and have noticed that right now it's the 2009 software. Let's say that I buy it now, and then this fall Apple releases iWorks '13 along with their OS overhaul. Would my software automatically update via Software Update, or would I need to buy the new version?
If you buy iWork now, you will get free updates for maintenance updates. Then, if Apple releases a new version with new features like iWork '13 (if this could exist), it's possible that Apple makes this update free for existing users or it's possible that it's a paid upgrade for everyone. Only Apple knows it, but looking at older launches, it looks like it will be a paid upgrade

With your phone plugged in, open Image Capture and see if the iPhone shows up. If not, you are having a sync problem. If it shows up in Image Capture, but not iTunes, I'd delete iTunes and reinstall it.

CC will not update to the most current version. Is my OS to old?
I'm was attempting to setup an AE render farm on 2 machines running OSX 10.7.5. Each machine has hit the wall of being able to update the OS anymore. The version of AE render engine is 12.1. My newer machine is running Mavericks and has the most resent version of AE (12.2) installed. After I figured that out it was easy to understand why my render farm wasn't working.

I tried the manual updater and that failed as well.

Also you asked before if I am running in trial mode. I don't believe so, I have a membership to Creative Cloud.
I also checked the specs on each computer and they meet the recommended specifications.
Do you know of anything else that would be causing this failure to update problem? -
I've had it for a year now.
I have the most current OS. I snyc it to my itunes 2-3 times a week. It is only about 25% full. It stalls (I don't know if I would call it freezing) between trying to switch from app to app. I either have to let it sit there for a few minutes, or turn it all the way off and turn it back on.
And yes, I know to press the home button twice to get the bottom part activated. That's not working. I'm not sure if this is a common thing, or what with iphone 4's.

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?! -
my itunes was working fine until i tried downloading the most current version of itunes, now when i try to get on my itunes library, it wont boot up and has error codes, error 7, and( windows error 126). it also says that MSVCR80.dll is missing from my computer,please re install itunes. but when I try to re install it it will not install on my computer.

My Ihone 4s is not being recognized by Itunes.There seems to be no connection, the cable i am using is not the problem because itunes will recognize my Ipad2 and Ipod thru it. I have the most current itunes and phone software I need help!

Now that I have the most recent version of I Tunes, I cannot print jewel cases. The song titles print over themselves. Can anyone help?

My current version of my computer is Mac OS X 10.5.8. can i upgrade my mac to other software versions to then get the new itunes? I know my computer may seem old, but as my husband and I both have full time jobs (in front of computers) we really don't use our home computer much. It still runs great and i do not want to buy a new $2,000 computer when i have a perfectly working one right now. Please help me find a solution to this. Thanks!

The first step in Upgrading... is to Snow Leopard = OS X 10.6.x
It is Not available as a download... It is a Paid Upgrade.

Most recent version of Java and firefox. Java Applications will start to load but end up in an infinite loading loop.
Well, it's what I did to get my Java working in Firefox 4. I installed both binaries into my Library/Internet Plug-ins folder. The version was newer that what was previously installed (newer version is 0.9.7.5). It solved the Java problems I was having. My inital problem was that Java would not initiate and no applets would run in Firefox version 4 which I just installed a few days ago.
I know the readme.txt. says it is not compatible with version 4, but the release date on 0.9.7.5 is after the release date of Firefox 4 and so that was I tried it. I figure there was nothing to lose as at worst it woud update my two plug-in files. Nothing was going to be changed otherwise. If you try it, it might work. -

I have restarted my computer, and have re-download the updated version of the adobe acrobat and the plug in.
That doesn't help. Sorry but I am talking about the the Adobe READER PLUG-IN . The MOST updated version is : 10.0.1. There is no 10.0.3 . There is a version of adobe acrobat that is 10.0.3 but it is for Adobe acrobat PRO only- which I do not have.
The most updated version of the acrobat reader plug is in : 10.0.1 unless there is another place to download a more updated version than that- which I cant find.
Or there is a problem wiht the plug in checker by Mozilla Firefox. -
Downloaded the most current version and PNG images will not show
I'm running XP with SP3 and the most current versions of Firefox and IE8. I have the AdBlock add on. PNG images do not appear (on either browser) only blank spaces where a picture should be.

I recently updated my Firefox to version 6.0. When it re-opened after installation there was a message that I didn't have the most recent version. I ran the update set-up again but got the same message. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it from a fresh download but it's still happening.
