If I purchase the cloud as a student does it then include adobe cs6 programs or is it an extra cost?

I am on the 30 day trial for adobe cloud and also have downloaded the cs6 programs. I qualified for student status on my purchase. But it is not clear to me if I will be charged extra for the cs6 programs. Is there an additional cost for the Design programs and if so how much would I be charged monthly?

If you downloaded a product trial from the product page that is fine. You will just sign in with your Adobe ID and can continue using the product beyond the 30-day trial.

Lightroom standalone full license is AUD$205 (AUD$110 upgrade) to purchase outright.
Don't think it would be worth including as a standalone subscription app. At $20/month, a year's subscription would cost more than buying it outright.
I suspect it's more of a value added inclusion in the Cloud rather than a standalone subscription offering

I am considering purchasing the Mac mini for home studio audio production using Adobe Audition and a USB microphone. Will the base mini model run these programs?

The base mini has 4GB and a 5400 RPM hard drive. It is slow to start up and slow to launch large application such as Word (and I'd assume Adobe Audition) due to the slow drive. I've not used a new 4GB model, just the 8GB model, and the 8GB model (except for the slow drive) handles everything I've thrown at it, including running Photoshop, Word, Safari, and Mail at the same time but there is sometimes a delay switching between programs as the swapfile is updated. Overall I was not happy with the 5400 RPM drive (perhaps because I have MBA and iMac with Fusion drive) so I eventually upgraded it with an SSD. Now the mini is truly a warrior.

I have moved my Photoshop CS5 to my traveling computer,a Surface Pro 3. I have photoshop loaded but in trying to look at raw images it says my camera raw does not support the sony alpha 65 which is what I have. I went out and tried to download the newest raw version and even went out and did a zipfile download and it will not update my current version. What should I do

I have 6.0. Tried to download newest verion and it will not download. Went out and then downloaded a zipfile and it still will not download, thus cannot look at my raw pictures.

I get itunes can't find file when I tried to play a TV show I had purchased that was supposed to be in the cloud. There are several of these, including an entire season. In the store it shows that I purchased these shows when I checked them.

I went to the itunes store, went to the tv shows and they showed that I had purchesed them. They do not show up when I click on purchesed in the store.

Try this...
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

Music purchased from the iTunes store is already available in iCloud and does not require purchasing any storage. If you want to access music from other sources (such as your CDs), you have to purchase a subscription to iTunes Match (see http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). This will make your iTunes library accessible through iCloud (up to 25,000 songs not including music purchased from the iTunes store). It also does not require additional storage in your iCloud account. The subscription pays for separate storage to host your music and does not use your personal iCloud account storage.

When you purchased the cloud, shouldn't you supposed to have the serial number?

I just purchased Cloud 3 days ago, but why there's still "30 days trials" for me to use? Shouldn't I have the product serial number? Thanks.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Where is a list of the programs included in my sub to the cloud, and what each does?

I have subscribed to the cloud. I know what Photoshop and Lightroom and inDesign do for me. I'd like to learn more about the rest of the programs available. Which ones are available to me? What do they do? The name usually doesn't tell me what I need to know.
How can I get more fonts available to use in InDesign and PhotoShop?

Hi, purchased 'Creative suite 6 Design Standard' with my macbook. Now looking to get After Effects but it is cheaper to buy the whole Creative Cloud in a bundle buying as a student than it is to buy After Effects on its own.
Will I encounter any problems with having two versions of illustrator, photoshop and indesign?

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

I purchased Acrobat professional recently and everytime i work on a document, i get asked to purchase the Acrobat professional and it does not allow me to work on the document. i am getting fed up.

You installed it, but apparently never completed the registration and activation. Open Acrobat and go to Help>Activate.

Error getting license. License server communication problem E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have contacted the company that I purchased the download from, and they say it is an Adobe Digital Editions problem.

The complete error message reads:

After installing a Register type software and running a scan, I decided not to purchase the software and deleted it. Since then I cannot get a listing of my hotmail or Yahoo e-mails. My hotmail and Yahoo work fine on other PC's.

I did delete my cache also to help my PC speed up. I do not remember if this was before or after I noticed the problem of the missing e-mails. I have no problems that I know of with any other software.

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.
