Inspect the connector at the bottom of the phone:
Make sure that there are no bent pins in the connector.

You used the data. Verizon can not see what it was sued for. However your phone can see whats apps used the data. go to settings-data usage- there will be a place that says data usage cycle. line the dates up with your cycle. then there will be a bar graph below that extend bother white bars one all the way to the left and one all the way to the right. after those are extended below that will be a list of apps, there should be one that used over 2 gb and that will show you what app used that data in her purse

If you have important data that is still on the phone and you do not have a backup, and unable to do a backup, then try what I described earlier because the geniuses at the bar WILL NOT recover your data. If your iPhone was hacked/jailbroken to use a different carrier then the update locks it back again to the original carrier.

You can erase your phone. That's really your only option. You can reboot it while holding down the home button and it should go into DFU mode.
You also must reset your Apple ID password. Hopefully you have a good backup, and you should use better passwords and/or get better friends.
