I am facing a strange problem on new iphone 5 that I bought last week. The maps app and the places in photo gallery shows the pin and my location, however there is no information of locations. Can apple unlock an iPhone 4 that was bought from the apple store?
I bought an iPhone 4 last year from the apple store, my network provider cannot unlock it as I didn't get it through them. Hope someone can help.
Only the carrier (not Apple) can initiate the unlocking process. In the US, AT&T has not and will not unlock the iPhone for anyone for any reason.
If your network provider cannot or will not unlock your phone, then you phone cannot be unlocked. If you need an unlocked phone, sell yours and buy a factory unlocked phone. -

ok so my Galaxy s4 caught on fire the other day while I was sleeping. And so now instead of getting another galaxy that might do the same thing I'm switching to apple. Now my question is, is there an iphone 6 that is unlocked an compatible with the sprint SIM card. Because my SIM card from the galaxy is still good, but I don't want to go to sprint and get it from them because I'm switching carries in a year.
Iphone does NOT store to the SIM at all.
You should be syncing iphone to your computer regularly so all of your contacts should be on your computer in whatever program you have chosen to sync. -
iTunes is telling me there is something wrong with my iPhone, what should I do? I have the 16GB iPhone 4 and I bought it 2nd hand with no reciept so I cant send it off. What should I do? This happens after i updated it and I click sync.

After upgrading to IOS 7, I can only transfer songs to my iPhone 5 that I bought on iTunes. I cannot transfer songs I burned from CD. When I drag them to my phone in iTunes, my phone appears to be updating, but the songs don't show up there.
I'm using IOS 7.1.2 and iTunes 11.3.0.54. WIndows 7.

Un-sync all your music to remove it from the device, then restart (hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go). Now re-sync your music. -

I currently have an iphone 5 that was verizon locked but has been unlocked by them because of my contract, the phone is still under the apple warranty but the power button is not working, if it was the case that apple has to replace it with another phone, will they replace with an unlocked phone now?

When you get your replacement handset through Apple they mirror the activation server details of your existing handset and the current SIM LOCK status is mirror'd onto the new device.

Photos than came from computer will need to be uncheck on computer then do a sync to delete.

You got ripped off. You bought a hacked/jailbroken phone. That's what error 1015 means. Return it and get your money back if possible and buy a phone from a legitimate source.
Discussing jailbroken / hacked phones is forbidden by the terms of service. Jailbreaking / hacking voids any warranty and forfeits your right to support here or from Apple. You can not get help here.
