Most likely, but there is only one way to find out . Note that you will probably get a refurbished iPod not a brand new one.

If it is still under warranty, and they determine it is a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. Be sure to back everything up before taking it into the Apple Store. That way, if you do get a new device, you will be able to set it up from the backup.

Never preordering or buying any game from Best Buy again.
I went to preorder Destiny Limited Edition for PS4 and had to go through several managers a couple months ago to get it preorder for they couldn't find it in their system. After a few hours they finally found it and preordered it for me. Tonight I went into Bestbuy to find out that the person who preordered my game for me put it for the wrong console.. the PS3. Now that I've wasted an hour waiting in line. I will never get the LIMITED edition that I wanted to preorder.

Securing a copy of the Limited Edition of Destiny was pretty difficult since they were exactly that, limited. I bought my ipod touch 5 about 9 months ago it is no longer working right there are vertical colored stripes on half the screen and it automatically is clicking things that i didn't want opened. If so how do I do it?Since your iPod can only be synced with one computer/iTunes library at a time, you'll want to copy everything that is currently on the iPod to the new library first. Once you have done that you can go ahead and choose the Erase and Sync option or restore the device to allow it to begin syncing with the new library.

I downloaded photos from digital camera and created imported photos and videos(want to keep this one) and last imported and all imported "albums". Too much space. As I deleted the all imported group the same pictures deleted from last imported and the import and video groups. How do I keep on one of the albums an my iPad so I have easy access to them?
That is how the Photos app works, when you 'copy' a photo into an album that you've created in the app then you are effectively just creating a pointer to the photo, you're not creating a separate copy of the photo - so if you delete the original photo you will also be deleting all pointers to the photo, and it will therefore be removed from any albums that you've 'copied' it into.

I have my iPod touch four since black Friday; November. It's been acting weird lately.
It's randomly crashing. On my photos on videos an none of my friends experience that.
It's been blacking out and freezing and there is a whole load of battery left.
I taken care of it. It has one or two minor scratches and I keep it in the right temperature. (never leave it in my car on a cold Or sunny day.
I bought it in target and I want to exchange it for a new one. I'm sick of it freezing and running extremely slow when I have Four apps. I have less then fourth photos. I have loads of memory. If I exchange it in target will they make me pay a returning fee and if so how much?
