IFF Condition against employeeType

Dear Friends,
I am facing an strange issue in outbound Sync rule for provisioning of users in AD. I have set the following two conditions on to create users in two different OUs however only first condition works and the second doesn't work. There is no error message and
both OUs are checked in ADMA container and same required permission assigned.
IFF(CustomExpression(Eq(employeeType,"Full Time Employee")),(CustomExpression "CN="+accountName+",OU=Employee,DC=dev,DC=local"),(CustomExpression(Null()))+IFF(CustomExpression(Eq(employeeType,"Contractor")),(CustomExpression("CN="+accountName+",OU=Contractor,DC=dev,DC=local"),(CustomExpression(Null())
I have created through the GUI options and the details are as follow:
1.
Function
Function name
IFF
condition:Boolean
Eq(employeeType,"Full Time Employee")
ValueTrue:Object
"CN="+accountName+",OU=Employee,DC=dev,DC=local"
ValueFalse:Object
Null()
2.
Function
Function name
IFF
condition:Boolean
Eq(employeeType,"Contractor")
ValueTrue:Object
"CN="+accountName+",OU=Contractor,DC=dev,DC=local"
ValueFalse:Object
Null()

Sarwar

Have you tried to put your second condition inside the first conditions
ValueFalse:Object
So instead this:
ValueFalse:Object
Null()
Try this:
ValueFalse:Object
Function
Function name
IFF
condition:Boolean
Eq(employeeType,"Contractor")
ValueTrue:Object
"CN="+accountName+",OU=Contractor,DC=dev,DC=local"
ValueFalse:Object
Null()

  • How to Create MM Quotaion with Pricing Conditions against RFQ through ME47?

    Hi,
I got a requirement to Create MM Quotation against Request for Quotation with Pricing.
I got a Function Module BS01_MM_QUOTATION_CREATE to Create Quotaion but there is no Parameter to Pass Pricing Conditions.
Can anyone suggest me to Create MM Quotaion with Pricing Conditions.
    Thanks & Regards,
    SBLSV Ramana.

    Hi,
There is no standard T Code in SAP which allows you to automatically convert RFQs to PO. Using ME59n you can only create POs from PR. Even Document type would not suffice the purpose because although it will show you the list of all document types but the basic criteria of open PR still remains.
So I think we will not be able to do it by standard functionality.

  • BW not able to resolve "Top N" Condition against Custom Hierarchy in 3.0B

I have a simple query that is attempt to display the "Top 15" Product Families in a customer BW Hierarchy.
When I run the query I get a warning message that says BW cannot execute "Top N" queries against hierarchies, but the query runs successfully anyway (this is good).  The query actually sorts all the Product Families in Descending order (based on net sales).  This is good too.  The only problem is the query does not limit the results to the "Top 15" (even though I am sure the Condition is correct because I have done this many times without hierarchies)
Any thoughts on how to overcome this problem and force the results to be limited to "Top N"?
    Thanks!
    Jim

    Hi Jim,
I don't think that it will work for hierarchies because the condition checks at all hierarchy levels and tries to apply  the condition independetly so the overall result doesn't gets applied with the condition.
    Hope this helps.
    Don't forget to assign points.

  • Purchase Order:Pricing condition report

    Hello Experts,
    Greetings.
I would like to know that is thair any such report avaible by executing particular pricing condition we may know how many purchase order have been created against that particualr condition.(i.e purchase order list - pricing condition wise)
Any help would be highly appriciated.

    Hi
I dont think so there any report which you will give condition against Po
but we can check this in table or develop with help of ABAp consultant
in se16n t-code give table EKKO AND GET CONDITION number field  KNUMV and pass this number
Now pass this into table KONV and find condition against PO

  • C-form against CST

    Hi,
I have a requirement from client. For the CST they are paying they want to have C-forms. Where can I maintain this. Any confuguration/customisation required for capturing these.
Is there any report, showing the C-forms to be delivered?
    Regards

    Hi,
1 .How we can assign to one CST% condition against two different rates for C Form / Without C Form for same Plant/Vendor/Material.
As suggested by the Pankaj you need to create 2 tax code i.e. one with C form & other as Without C form having appropriate Percentage maintained in the condition record ( FV11 )
My scenario is, we have purchased the Material for one plant from Vendor, but Vendor has given the material against C Form or Without C Form not fixed.
We have used to Plant/Material/Vendor Key combination for updating CST (JVCS) 2% condition through FV11. And created two PO for C Form 2% & second 5% Without C Form but it is showing 2% in both PO as per maintained in condition.
As you may have maintained single tax code with the 2% condition record so same % flows in both PO , Use 2 sperate tax code it will resolve the issue.

  • Oracle BI Answers Conditional Formatting

    Hi,
Im using Oracle BI Answers and I am trying to set the colour conditioning function on the following graph:
On the X axis I have company branches, on the Y axis I have sales figures. The two values that I have projected on the graph are sales figures for the current month (first bar - bar A) against sales figures of the same month last year (second bar - Bar B). My requirement is to condition the colours on Bar A so that for each branch if Bar A is equal to Bar B, the colour for Bar A should be amber, if Bar A is greater then Bar B for each branch the colour should be red and if the Bar A is less than Bar B, the colour should be green. The colour on Bar B is always grey. I tried using the "Format Chart Data" setting on the Chart, and when I try setting the condition for Bar A, the only options I am given are the numbers on the Y axis; I cant seem to set a condition for Bar A against another variable - Bar B for each of the divisions on the same chart.
Any ideas how I can resolve that? Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I am having difficulties with the fact that the helper column has different values for each branch/division, and the column A cannot be conditioned against the helper column as it is not a constant value, but several different values. Also, if I hide the helper column, its values would not be shown in the conditional formatting option.
    Do you have any ideas?
    Thank you in advance.

  • Ref. Condition Type

    Dear Gurus,
In my pricing procedure I used the copy of PROO (ZROO) (Price X Quantity), due to some penality issue scenario at my client, I create again a copy of ZROO (ZRO2) and in there configuration page used "Ref. Condition Type" ZROO and "Ref. Application V".
But I want that in reference condition only the record is call quantity should not be multiply with price, quantity I will put manually in condition against that particular condition type.
Currently system call the record and multiply with quantity...
    Looking for the valueadded feedback.

  • PO price condition tied to a contract

    Hi,
I have a scenario wherein I have to put in a PO price condition like freight against a different vendor which is not an issue.  However, the freight charges are actually covered by a contract and I would like to have the capability to link the PO freight condition against the said freight contract.  This is to allow me to monitor contract spend and do other contract management/reporting activities.  Has anyone have any ides on how this can be done?  Am on version 4.6C.  Thanks...

    Hi Ramesh!
The currency rate should be used when converting the PB00 value from EUR currency to the local currency in tab Conditions at position level (the PO has as currency RON and the price condition PB00 has as currency EUR). The system will use this value (the converted value) also in GR as in IR.
    Thanks.

  • To get list of materialized views/views using a column of a table

    Hi,
        I am removing sal column from table tab_emp;
i want to check whether any materialized view or view using this column by  querying using data dictionary :-
if i use like condition against query column of all_mviews it is throwing error sicne it is long data type.
is there a way to search it without creating any function and use it in a query
    Thanks,
    Ajoy

start with select * from dictionary where table_name like '%VIEW%'
    to identify appropriate dictionary views.
Then read: Ask Tom "Converting Longs to LOBS" and Ask Tom "Long to Varchar2 conversion.... "
to be able to search LONG descriptions for column names.
    For example:
    create table check_table as
    select owner,view_name,text_length,to_lob(text) text_lob from all_views
    Column Name
    Data Type
    Nullable
    Default
    Primary Key
    OWNER
    VARCHAR2(30)
    No
    VIEW_NAME
    VARCHAR2(30)
    No
    TEXT_LENGTH
    NUMBER
    Yes
    TEXT_LOB
    CLOB
    Yes
    select * from check_table where instr(upper(text_lob),'SAL') > 0
    OWNER
    VIEW_NAME
    TEXT_LENGTH
    TEXT_LOB
    SYS
    USER_ENCRYPTED_COLUMNS
    147
    select TABLE_NAME, COLUMN_NAME, ENCRYPTION_ALG,SALT, INTEGRITY_ALG from DBA_ENCRYPTED_COLUMNS where OWNER = SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','CURRENT_USER')

  • Defaults value for JMOP , JAOP & JSOP is not coming in MIGO

    Hello Experts,
If I maintianed  condition type JMOP, JAOP, JSOP  in  SPRO - Maintain Exise Default. Then value comes default in MIGO at the time GR then Part 1, Part 2 also updated But Tax is not calculated in MIRO. I used TAXINN procedure.
    Regards,
    Dipu

    Dear
Make sure that you have to check following few points.
    1) All condition records for JMOP,JEC1,JSEP and their respective set off JMX1, JEX1, JHX1 are correctly maintained.
    2) Then this tax code should be maintained to company code in SPRO- Logistics General- Tax on goods Movements- Basic settings- Determination Of Excise Duty- Condition Based Excise Determination- Assign Tax code to Company code
    3) Then in that same path SPRO- Logistics General- Tax on goods Movements- Basic settings- Determination Of Excise Duty-  Condition Based Excise Determination- Classify condition types . Assign all condition types to TAXINN .This is important from the point of view of TAXINN .
For TAXINN maintaining excise default carries no significance except CVD condition types.
    4) One more thing in excise PART II entry is everything fine . Else check SPRO- Logistics General- Tax on goods Movements- Account determination - Specify Excise Accounts per excise transactions . There you check all credit , debit conditions against GRPO excise tranaction types.
Revert back if issue is still not solved ..

  • How to embed reports into proposals.. ?

    Hi All,
I followed the steps as per the bookshelf "http://supportweb.siebel.com/support/private/content/Bookshelf/78Siebel/books/CorProPre/CorProPre_Proposals10.html" and embedded the report section in to my proposal template section. but the report is not displaying in the generated proposal document and "Error in Report Generation" error is populated in relavant report sections..
Report executable exists in Siebel Reports\ENU folder.
Please guide me how to fix this.
    Thanks,
    Sriram

Does the report have any records to display ?
When you compiled the report did you test it against a siebel record to make sure it displays OK ?
Does your proposal have conditions against it ? it make be that its got nothing to display (for instance a condition to only pick up the Active Quote , but there are no Active Quotes ).
Is the report on All the Siebel Servers ?
    Check those things .....

  • Additonal Customs ADC on Domestic Procurement

    Dear All,
I checked the SAP note: 964190 which is related to the ADC scenario on domestic purchase of Imported goods.
Please explain me what is use of the following points in this scenario
    1. What will be effect in the AED tax condition in the above scenario when we enter the ADC value in MM Item conditions in PO (If the tax procedure is TAXINJ)
    2. What is the effect of maintaining Sub total as 2 for the JADC condition in the MM Calculation Schema as per the SAP note esp.incase of TAXINJ ?
    3. Whether the AED values which we have entered in the MM Conditions against the JADC conditions will automatically flow to J1IEX or MIGO when we do Excise invoice postings?
    Thanks & Regards,

    Dear Kunal,
Thanks a lot for your time & valuable reply.
But still my question is not answered fully.
I will explain the same with a scenario.
As I mentioned above I am using TAXINJ & when I create a domestic PO I am entering the ADC % or value in the MM item conditions ADC condition type having subtotal as 2 & also I am selecting a tax code with AED condition but without any percentage since I will know the ADC % only @ the time of creating of PO hence I am entering it in the MM item conditions. Now when I do J1IEX whether the AED rate which I have given in the MM item conditions will flow automatically even though I didnt maintain anything against the AED condition in my tax code ?
    Hope its clear.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • How to make sure plots in xy graph are present?

    Hi community,
since updating to LabVIEW 2014 this week I have an issue with code that worked previously (or didn't but the problem was unnoticable).
As shown in the example llb I created to showcase the issue, I'm filling xy graphs with quiete some data and then programatically colour the plots.
The problem is that if there are too many plots then the property nodes that are to colour the plots thow errors as if the corresponding plots were not present in the graph yet - even though I used a single frame flat sequence structure to try to make sure data is written to the plot before trying to colour them.
Maybe this would have happened in LabVIEW 2013 too - but the threshold for the number of plots was higher. All I can say is that I observed this with data sets that worked fine in LabVIEW 2013.
To reproduce simply run "colour the graphs.vi" with sufficiently high values for "numerisch" and "numerisch 2" (50 on my machine may be more on yours). I left the error out terminals of the property nodes unwired so you get taken to the right position when the error occurs.
Can I somehow check whether all plots are in the graphs yet? That way I could introduce a delay that makes sure I don't try to colour graphs that aren't there yet - regardless of the speed of the target PC.
Has xy graph behavior changed in LabVIEW 2014? Or maybe its performance?
    Best regards
    Florian

    Florian,
i cannot run your example as it requires some VIs from a LAVA-library (which i dont have installed).
Nevertheless, there are some questions i am stumbling about:
    1. Why do you use a local variable rather the terminal to pass all plots to the indicator?
    2. If you place a wait function in the sequence frame which waits longer than the expected time for passing the data, does the error still occur?
    3. Do you run into the error if you enable panel updates before coloring the plots in order to slow coloring down?
I can imagine that you have a race condition against the UI thread. The local variable (just like the terminal) has a buffer where the data is copied to. The UI thread will retrieve the data as soon as it is ready. I would expect the coloring to require the data be present in the UI thread already (in order to "acknowledge" the plot). So if, for any reason, the UI thread only cought 98% of all plots when you start recoloring, you race against the transfer of the last 2%.. depending on the UI thread execution speed, you can run into the error or maybe not.
That is the reason why i want you to test for waiting times or slowing down the coloring.

  • Help With Query Performance

    Hi Everyone,
I have to query a table that stores daily information and I only need to get the current month's data out of there. There is A LOT of data in there (4 years X 15 stores X 65 depts). I was wondering if there was a way to get the current month's data fast. Now it's extremely slow, 5 mins to query, and my users can't wait that long.
    Any sugguestions
    Thank You
    -Sam

Assuming that emp_id is the PK of emp, then you do not need the MAX on the data from emp. Also you really do not need to put conditions against sysdate. If you only want the records for the current month, then this should work:
    SELECT TO_CHAR(cms_bh_dagent.row_date, 'mm/yyyy') row_date,
           emp.id, emp.short_name, emp.dept_code, emp.descr,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.ti_stafftime) AS ti_stafftime,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.ti_availtime) AS ti_availtime,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.acdcalls) AS acdcalls,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.acdtime) AS acdtime,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.acwtime) AS acwtime,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.holdcalls) AS holdcalls,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.holdtime) AS holdtime,
           SUM(cms_bh_dagent.ti_auxtime0) AS ti_auxtime0
    FROM cms_bh_dagent
            INNER JOIN emp ON cms_bh_dagent.logid = emp.acd_login_id
WHERE cms_bh_dagent.row_date BETWEEN TRUNC(sysdate, 'MONTH') AND
                                         LAST_DAY(TRUNC(sysdate)) and
          emp.code = :tlcode
    GROUP BY TO_CHAR(cms_bh_dagent.row_date, 'mm/yyyy'),
emp.id, emp.short_name, emp.dept_code, emp.descrIt seems to me that an index on emp.code might be useful in this query, as well as one on cms_bh_dagent (logid , row_date).
If you want to be able to specify the from and to date, then replace the predicate on cms_bh_dagent.row_date with:
    BETWEEN TO_DATE(start_date, 'your_format') AND TO_DATE(end_date, 'your_format')
    HTH

  • Filter Where KF Results Row Equal Zero

I want to write a query that shows cost centre line item data but I only want to see cost centres where the overall amount comes back tro zero. Anybody any idea how I filter out other cost centres where the overall amount doesnt come back to zero? I cant filter by key figure and I dont understand how I put a condition against the result row for a cost centre as cost centre isnt the only row as I want see spend against all cost centres. Does that make sense? Any help greatly appreciated.

Ok. I suggests you the following
for eg if A, B and C is the KF's used for 'total amount' calculation.
then please calculate that total amount in the infoprovider level itself and give it as an infoobject.
that infoobject you can use in declaring an exception in you BW qeury .
