Illustrator Trial Expired

The illustrator trial download expired only after one use.  Can you help me figure out how to continue the 30 day trial?

    I have checked your order registered under your email ID posted here, it has a muse single App CC purchased on September 23rd 2013,
    You have not yet activated it, the billing date is 23rd of each month(you will be charged on this date irrespective of the fcat that you are using it or not).
    Incase you do not want to use it now, please get it cancelled as it is within 30 days of purchase.
    If you plan to cancel it after 3o days of purchase, the subscription will attract cancellation fee .

    Then please try the software on another computer.  Once a trial has expired there is not a method available to extend it.

  • Bought a 3 mth subscription card for Photoshop CS6 because my 30 day trial expired & won't work?

    So I bouth a 3 month subscription card for Adobe Photoshop CS6 because my 30 day trial expired.  I followed all the onscreen instructions and it accepted my activation code but when I go to open the Photoshop previously installed it says my 30 day trial has expired...... can anyone help?

    Did you get it working? I looked at any subscriptions you had associated with the email address you use here on the forums. I saw Illustrator CS6 but not Photoshop CS6, not sure if that is related.

  • Trouble launching creative cloud apps. Subscription is activated but it shows trial expired screen.

    I am trying to launch creative cloud apps on 10.7.3 lion imac, but it keeps asking me to license the software, which I have already done. It even shows that subscription is active, but for some reason it keeps taking me back to the trial expired screen. I have already tried uninstallling everything and reinstalling, but that has not solved the issue. Creative Cloud seem to work just fine on my 10.6.8 macbook, but would not work on 10.7.3 iMac. Please help!!! I am so frustrated. I am paying for this and can't even launch an app. I am in the second month of this subscription. First month, everything appeared to be a trial and now it has expired. Now, when I try to license the software, it activates it for me, but it never launces the app. It takes me back to the trial screen. What should I do???

    I hit this same problem. The problem wasn't on my machine: No amount of tweaking locally would fix it, no amount of removing the apps, cleaning, and reinstalling fresh. The problem was on Adobe's servers, where my account had been tagged as being a trial rather than a paying subscription.
    The experience was tremdously frustrating, as most of the techs were worthless and wouldn't read the notes on what came before but simply threw out a random, inapplicable bugfix to try before handing it off to the next tech who would repeat the process. And there was no channel to get past them. Each time they'd tell me they were escalating the case, which became obvious as being a lie after a few weeks. No company has that many tiers of tech support. I was locked out of Illustrator for more than a month, waiting for late replies and meaningless "fixes".
    Eventually my case landed at the desk of an agent who actually cared and kept looking until she found the answer. Thank you, Sarika Behal.

    I suddenly get the notification that my software trials have expired. This while I have an active cloud membership, so this doesn't make sense. Haven't been using the trials for over 8 months.
    Bottomline, I can't start my programs and can't get any work done.

    Is it possible that upon deactivating one software program (Illustrator) all the other ones are also deactivated?
    I just bought a new iMac and want to install my software on this computer. because I have only 1 license, I need to deactivate them on my old iMac. Now that I',ve done this, I log in into my account, and I can't seem to access the overview screen of my cloud membership where i can see all the icons of the software programs to install.
    How do I access this? I think I first need to install the application manager, but don't see where i can do this.

    Hi Tom,
    Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
    Can you launch Adobe Application Manager from either the Start menu (Win) or Applications folder (Mac), sign in with your Adobe ID and install all available product updates.
    Can you license products launching in trial by clicking the "License this software" button and signing in with your Adobe ID?

  • Illustrator trial ended after a few hours.

    I just got an illustrator trial a few hours ago but now it say's that my 30 days has expired... A few hours ago I changed my time & date settings because I recently changed hardware in my computer and windows restore messed with my settings.  I read on another post that this may effect the adobe trial.  Is it possible to get time in illustrator back on my account????

Looking forward to seeing what is wrong with your license screens - the general advice is simply to sign in, and everything is done. Make sure you use the SAME Adobe ID that you used to purchase, and check your account details to be sure the subscription is active.

  • I Purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium for Mac about 4 years ago and now every time i launch one of the applications it says "Trial expired"

    I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Premiere Pro CS5 in late 2010 and I use the applications on a daily basis, until now. About a month ago I decided to create an adobe account and log in since it asks me every time, after i logged in the applications worked for about a day or two but on the third day i was getting an error that said trial expired on every CS5 application i opened except for Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 Adobe Bridge CS5 and  Adobe Onlocation CS5, I no-longer have the original boxes with the serial numbers due to the fact that I moved about a year ago and the boxes with the serial numbers must have been accidentally thrown away (trust me i have spent hours looking for them, i opened every box i have). What can i do to get my products working again? To repurchase all of the products it will cost thousands of dollars that i don't have.

    What happens? When i click on the ''AdobePatchInstaller'' i get this message, ''Update Failed, Updates could not be applied. This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the Help menu in your product to see a list of latest updates available. If the problem persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
    Any error messages? No
    Did you have previous versions of the software on your system? No
    Is the trouble with the download or the installation of the software? I am not sure but i think it may be the download. It shows that the download was complete and icon appears on the desktop.                                                                                I plan to buy the ''Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium'' but i wanted to try it first via the free trials, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. So please let me know what i need to do.

  • Illustrator trial download doesn't work

    I want to download the illustrator trial version onto my mac book pro. My laptop requires all the needs in order to install it. Anyhow, when I click on the download button it tells me that my sytem doesnt support illustrator. This is not even possible because I once had illustrator on my laptop. Do you know what i can do?

    Did you check to see if your machine meets the spec requirements for Illustrator CC?  They are different than those for CS6.
