Im having trouble purchacing free APP's at the moment all of a sudden... any idea's people??

ussually wen i purchace an app it just ask's me for my apple id password then install's the app, now it say;s (please sign in required) then after clicking continue it goes to "payment method/payment type and all my bank details now... sugesting there's something wrong with the detail's in there, this step was never required before now and im unable to install app's now... can someone help me with this issue at all please?????

If you are having issues with free apps, you may want to verify that the billing information you have on files with the iTunes Store is correct and up to date, even if you aren't going to be charged for the apps. You may find the following article helpful:

Is there any error code when user access their mailbox on OWA. Please confirm if there is no results returned in EMS when you run Get-OWAVirtualDirectory cmdlet. Also check whether there is any Event Logs related to OWA in Exchange.
In IIS manager, make sure the OWA virtual directory is listed in the Default Web Site. In EMC, we can navigate to Server Configuration > Client Access, select server and turn to Outlook Web App tab. Then we can click Reset Virtual Directory in the right
Actions pane to reset OWA virtual directory.
Additionally, please restart IIS service by running iisreset /noforce from a Command Prompt window.

Same here, I get no sound from videos, text messages. This happens for a while, then it works again then it doesn't work. When I go to settings, my "change with buttons" is on but buttons don't work. I have restored it but there is no change. Here is a picture of my screen when i try to change volume.

Having trouble syncing iPad to get movies onto it.....any ideas?

For some reason I am having trouble syncing movies onto my iPad. They are in my iTunes library, I check the box hit apply/sync then nothing.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

It appears that when I sync it seems the sync is syncing the computer with the iPad not iPad with computer.
I have delegated all movies on iPad when I check some movies on iTunes it adds the purple bar at the bottom and availability of space decreases accordingly. When I hir apply/sync it goes through the process then when finishes step four the purple bar at the bottom goes and available space increases again.

I just downloaded the newest reconfigured version of iTunes, and for the first time ever my content is all screwed up. Specifically, all of my playlists are gone, so are my apps. However, the music library is intact. Any ideas? Thanks.............

The good news is that my music library is intact and that I've got more than one device with everything as it should be on them; the bad news is that my PC does not recognise my devices and keeps defaulting to " lets sync your devices to this new computer loose all of the playlists I've spent years compiling". I don't get it. Any ideas?

One of your kids made an in app purchase that you did not know about. Some apps include in app purchase and games do this quite often. The game itself is free, but you might have to purchase additional items to enhance the game or to unlock certain levels.
You can prevent this from happening in Settings>General>Restrictions>In App Purchases>Off.

Adobe Reader for iOS is a PDF viewer. It does not have the capability to scan documents. You may want to search for scanning apps in the App Store. Some of them are free and easy to use.

I am having trouble redeeming my iTunes card on the App Store. It always times out when I enter the code. But when I try to enter the redeem code in the iTunes Store, an error code comes up (5002) What does that mean?

You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPhone a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the "i" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPhone (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

I made an in app purchase yesterday using a MasterCard I had linked to my account with no problems. This morning, my card from my new bank came in so I switched it over(American Express), and all of a sudden can't make IAP. I thought maybe there was an issue with the card, so I tried it out on a .99 app, and it worked no problem. So I got with tech support and they had me reset all of my phone settings -_-, then my network settings. No change. I tried restarting the phone obviously, closing the App and trying again, no luck. They suggested I call my bank and make sure the address I had on file for the card matched what I supplied for my Apple account, and that didn't fix it either. I tried IAP on two different apps and it was the same, could not connect to App Store error. I'm still trying to figure it out, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I hope I at least save you some trouble of trying these things. If I find anything out I'll let you know.
