Image Tag

I apologize if this question has already been answered. I have done some searching for the answer and haven’t found anything useful (Most likely because I do not know the correct terminology). Any help would be appreciated.
We are using Adobe Creative Suite 4 (running on a 32 bit system) and more specifically Photoshop to create our company Logo. Creating the Logo is not the problem.
It has been decided that the Company Logo should be used in the signature for outgoing emails.
What has happened is after copying this logo into the Signature Section of Outlook 2007 and sending out some emails. It appears that the image is occasionally stripped and what is left is [Adobe Systems]. Is it possible to have the Tag [Adobe Systems] to say my Company’s name? If it is possible how would I do this?
For example I send the email with the following Signature (I have X’ed out the phone number and entered a random address)
Eric
Phone number: (xxx)-xxx-xxxx
Address:           317 Arbor Lane drive
                        Kalamazoo, MI 58954
When someone replies what is left of this signature is
Eric
[Adobe Systems]
Phone number: (xxx)-xxx-xxxx
Address:           317 Arbor Lane drive
                        Kalamazoo, MI 58954

Either image51 is not set out it doesn't have a tag. Probably the latter, but the debugger will tell you for sure.
It depends on the app if the bug is that it isn't set or that the app crashes if it isn't set or both.

From the results it sounds like this isn't happening as you think it is. You might want to check the code flow in the debugger to see that it's getting set and not unset.
