Implementation of CISCO IVR – with 2nd Level of SMS Authentication and Backend SQL Server Integration

All i need is to write a script in UCCX premium with below requirement.
We do offer services to our customers through the IVR, the aim is to ask the Customer to register with our company, and then will be allowed to use the services from us. We want to ask the customer for second level of authentication when he is on our IVR in terms that we will send him the activation code on his registered mobile number and verification of Voice Signature by Voice Biometric System. Then he will be prompted for the services. In addition, once he has logged in then he can order new services for which we will record him request in the Database and then send him an SMS Notifications.
Is this possible in the scripting?

Hi,
First customer calls in to the trigger, their will be a menu to select the language (English,Arabic,French,bla). After the language selection,
customer will be prompted to login using their credentials (press 1),
and if you are new user register your detail (Press 2).
If customer press 1 , then there will a menu mentioning some company services, and customer can order those services by using his account. After successful order, sms gateway sends a notification to customer's mobile number.
If the customer press 2 , then the registration process starts , after successful registration in the database we query the details and then send the activation code to customer's mobile number. Using the activation code he should be able to activate his account and select the services.
Finally, this IVR should play only in the office hours. Non-working hours there will be different prompt.

  • Problem with provisioning and external SQL server connection

    I am configuring IPAM 2012 R2 on a our management server.  Completed the first step by enabling the feature.  No issues.
    Now I am on the Provisioning IPAM step.  I get to the Configure Database step...
    I choose Microsoft SQL server,
    What should those values be in the Server name and Database name fields.  Instructions show fqdn or ip address but that doesnt seem to be working for me.
    I get the following error at the end of the Provisioning IPAM wizard,
    IPAM Deployment failed with the following error.
    Failed to connect to database server. Check the database name, connectivity and remote access.
    A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
    (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)
    You can restart this provisioning wizard from the IPAM overview page.
    From the management server I have tested the SQL Connection with a udl file.  I used myServer\myInstance and it works.  It reports that I have made the Connection to the server and database with the sql credentials i have provided.

    into a problem with connecting to the DB on the SQL server from the IPAM server.  The Dba and I checked the target SQL instance was enabled TCP and listening on a valid TCP port.  SQL server was set to use port 1443 for incoming connections. 
    IPAM was set by default to use 1433. 
    Also used
    netstat-n to identify issue and verified 1443 on SQL server was
    being used.  Made the correction under the IPAM provisioning wizard and connected to the database.  Fixed. 
    Important note I was able to connect to the database with a .udlfile
    without any issues
    Also note that 2012 R2 IPAM only supports 2012 SQL Enterprise.  Why?

  • Authentication on local SQL Server 2008 R2 Express server fails after Lan Manager authentication level changed to "Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM"

    I'm upgrading my organisation's Active Directory environment and I've created a replica of our environment in a test lab.
    One medium-priority application uses a SQL server express installation on the same server that the application itself sits on.
    The application itself recently broke after I changed the following setting in group policy:
    "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"
    to
    "Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM"
    The main intent was to determine which applications will break if any - I was very surprised when troubleshooting this particular application to find that the issue was actually with SQL Server express itself.
    The errors I get are as follows (note that there are hundreds of them, all the same two):

    All of the documentation that I have followed suggests that the errors are caused by incorrect SPN configuration- I figured that they were never correct and it has always failed over to NTLM in the test environment (I can't look at production - we couldn't
    replicate the setup due to special hardware and also RAM considerations), but only NTLMv2 has issues.
    So I spent some time troubleshooting this.  We have a 2003 forest/domain functional level, so our service accounts can't automatically register the SPN.  I delegated the write/read service principle name ACEs in Active Directory.  SQL Server
    confirms that it is able to register the SPN.
    So next I researched more into what is needed for Kerberos to work, and it seems that Kerberos is not used when authenticating with a resource on the same computer:

    In any scenario that the correct username is supplied, "Local connections use NTLM, remote connections use Kerberos".  So the above errors are not Kerberos (since it is a local connection it will use NTLM).  It makes sense I guess - since
    it worked in the past when LM/NTLM were allowed, I don't see how changing the Lan Manager settings would affect Kerberos.
    So I guess my question is:
    What can I do to fix this? It looks like the SQL server is misconfigured for NTLMv2 (I really doubt it's a problem with the protocol itself...).  I have reset the SQL service or the server a number of times.  Also - all of my other SQL applications
    in the environment work.  This specific case where the application is authenticating to a local SQL installation is where I get the failure - works with LAN Manager authentication set to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated",
    but not "Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM".
    Note also - this behaviour is identical whether I set the Lan Manager authentication level at the domain or domain controller level in Active Directory - I did initially figure I had set up some kind of mismatch where neither would agree on the authentication
    protocol to use but this isn't the case.

  • Newbie: Problem with jdbc-odbc and MS SQL server 2005

    I'm on win vistax64 with SQLSERVER 2005 and I have set up the odbc source as system dsn using the SQL Native Client driver with SQL authentication and the connectivity test in the end succeeds.
    I'm trying to make a simple web app that will connect to the database and perform simple querries. It's a school assignment.
    I'm using the jdbc-odbc bridge because it's the simplest way to do it and it's what we were shown in class.
    I get the following irritating error:
    "Cannot establish a connection to jdbc:odb:sstmdb using sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver ([Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specifies)".
    I'm working with netbeans 5.5.1 and this error is what I get when in the runtime tab I try to connect with the jdbc-odbc. I get a similar error in the logs when I try to run the app on the j2ee server.
    This is the java class that establishes the connection.

    Ok, help came from an other way where I was inquiring about a different problem:
    Connectivity works fine by using User DSN instead of System DSN for the ODBC source.

  • Install SQL Express With MDT 2012 now or wait for SCCM and full SQL Server?

    We are planning to get SCCM 2012 R2 in several months and it will come with SQL Server 2012 when it is installed and configured at that time.
    If we would like to start experimenting with using a database in MDT 2012 now, can we go ahead and set up a database in SQL Express and start using it  for deployments now or should we wait for SQL server?  
    Can the database created in standalone MDT 2012 with SQL Express be migrated to SQL Server 2012  and SCCM 2012R2 or would we need to start over with a new database when we get SQL Server and SCCM?

    Using SQL Express should be fine.  You can export the database from there and import it into a full SQL Server install later if you want to preserve the content.

    Hello everyone.
    I'm using SQL Server 2014, and writting on some C++ app to query and modify the database. I use the ODBC API.
    I'm stuck on inserting an SQL_NUMERIC_STRUCT value into the database, if the corresponding database-column has a scale set.
    For test-purposes: I have a Table named 'decTable' that has a column 'id' (integer) and a column 'dec' (decimal(5,3))
    In the code I basically do:
    1. Connect to the DB, get the handles, etc.
    2. Use SQLBindParameter to bind a SQL_NUMERIC_STRUCT to a query with parameter markers. Note that I do include the information about precision and scale, something like: SQLBindParameter(hstmt, 2, SQL_PARAM_INPUT, SQL_C_NUMERIC, SQL_NUMERIC, 5, 3, &numStr,
    sizeof(cbNum), &cbNum);
    3. Prepare a Statement to insert values, something like: SQLPrepare(hstmt, L"INSERT INTO decTable (id, dec) values(?, ?)", SQL_NTS);
    4. Set some valid data on the SQL_NUMERIC_STRUCT
    5. Call SQLExecute to execute. But now I get the error:
    SQLSTATE: 22003; nativeErr: 0 Msg: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server]Numeric value out of range
    I dont get it what I am doing wrong. The same code works fine against IBM DB2 and MySql. I also have no problems reading a SQL_NUMERIC_STRUCT using SQLBindCol(..) and the various SQLSetDescField to define the scale and precision.
    Is there a problem in the ODBC Driver of the SQL Server 2014?

    If this is no solution try increasing the decimale number on the SQL server table, if you stille have the same problem after that change the column to a nvarchar and see the actual value that is put through the ODBC connector for SQL.

  • Cisco 1841 with 2 public WAN IP's and NAT

    OK currently the network is setup as follows:
    Zyxel SHDSL Router --> Linksys Router --> 10/100 Switch --> PC's
    x.x.x.145/28__________x.x.x.146/28____________________192.168.1.0/24
    The Linksys router is running inbound one-to-many PAT (eg. x.x.x.146:80 --> 192.168.1.10:8080)
    I'm looking to replace the setup with a Cisco 1841 router. Now normally I would configure the DSL interface as unnumbered to the internal LAN interface and use my public IP addys on this segment then passing through a PIX to NAT into private IP addys.
    The problem I have is I want the 1841 to be an all in one box performing DSL, Firewall and NAT functions.
    Now I thought I would configure the DSL as unnumbered to FastEthernet0/0 adding a secondary IP address of x.x.x.146/28. Interface configured as NAT outside.
    Interface FastEthernet0/1 was configured with 192.168.1.1/24 with NAT inside and connected to the switch.
    The problem was is that the FastEthernet0/0 interface line protocol was down as there was no need to connect it to anything.
    I then tried assigning the dialer interface a static IP of x.x.x.145/28 and x.x.x.146/28 as a secondary IP running NAT outside. I tried again but during boot up the router said you cant assign a secondary IP to the dialer interface.
    So my question is, how would you recommend setting up the interfaces to enable the router to have both x.x.x.145 and 146/28 as public IP's and NAT x.x.x.146:80 to 192.168.1.10:8080?
    Any help much appreciated.

    SecurID will nullify the great feature of LEAP: Dynamic Session Key rotation. The key rotation is generated as the client renews the authentication in given duration using the stored password. The SecurID password is dynamic consisting of a static PIN plus a random token string.
    I tried integrating ACS RADIUS and ACE using non-changing session key, but the RADIUS keep giving out DLL error.

  • Problems with re authentications in a wireless with WLC working with web authentication and a radius server

    Hi everyone, im having problems in a wireless network, the SSID has security layer 2 WPA, layer 3 web authentication (internal default page), and external RADIUS.
    When a client makes a roaming from one AP to another one or when he has a idle time, he needs to re authenticate in the web login page. Somebody knows a solution to avoid this behavior?. Or somebody has a troubleshooting way to determine why the clients have this problems??

    A few things I can share that might help .. Your actually feet on the ground will be importnat to see this issue for yourself.
    I know when a client or if the AP sends a DEAUTH frame the client will need to reestablish its connection and it will 100% of the time require a new web auth. If a client loses connection while roaming and a DEAUTH is sent on either side you will get the page. If youre client isnt romaing cleanly this can be a problem.
    Another problem is your using EAP. Are you using CCK or a device that supports OKC. What does your radius server say when a client roams ?
    You could also simply your config and then reapply your security and see where it breaks. By this I mean. For testing, create a SSID turn off security and leave layer 3 web auth on. Roam and see what happens. If it works, then start to apply the security and see where it breaks.
