Implementation of the BADI CRM_MKT_MODIFY_ORDER is not executing

Hello all,
I'm working in the execution of campaigns in the CRM Web Client trying to copy to the generated activities the products added to the corresponding Activity Template.
My first (and only) approach is to use the method MODIFY_ACTIVITY_OBJ of the BADI CRM_MKT_MODIFY_ORDER in order to make the proper changes.
I implement and activate this BADI putting some dummy code with a break point. The problem is that it never stops in this break point. Seems to be that is not executing this method at all. I try several times but nothing happened and I running out of ideas.
Do you know if I need to do something else? Maybe perform some configuration before.
Any idea will be welcome.

I need to find out the queries which start from YY and did not executed in 2014, earlier we used to find out by looking into the technical content cube 0TCT_C02 but now its giving dump as number of queries increases. I tried to find out using table RSZCOMPDIR but not able to trace it exactly. Please suggest some alternative solution to find out the queries which did not execute in 2014 so that we can delete it.

RSDDSTAT_OLAP : This is the table which contains query execution details
CALDAY field in that table gives you query execution date
OBJNAM gives the query name
As you said RSZCOMPDIR gives list of all queries. doing a lookup between these tables will identify the queris which are not executed in particular period.

The SQL query is not executing

I have the following situation: In a project we designed our reports calling a stored procedure the exits in a MS SQL Server 200 database. The Stored Procedures works fine and when they are used in the report everything works perfectly.
The reports are being made with CR DEsigner 11, when the designer ends them, ha pass them to me and we put them in our java web application. I open them and even preview them since the Crystal Reprots Perspective of Eclipse and I can see the data, so everything to this point is OK.
The problem comes when I change of connection, I'm trying to connect every report to the same host and database, and when the reprot is displayed in the browser there is no data. I profile the SQL commands that are executed when the report is requested and I found that the reprot is not executing the stored procedure.
I guess because i'm connectring the report to the same database and host that was used when the report is created and i'm also passing exactly the same parameters of the stored procedure, then report thinks that it doesn't have executing again becuase it will be the same information.
SO, i wonder if there is a way to request to the report to execute the sql query every time i have to display it.

What happens when you try to view the report using a simple viewer.jsp?without changing the connection?

If you configure Log4J logging to DEBUG, you should see the database invokes from the Crystal Java engine, specifically the queries sent and the number of rowsets returned. Do you notice any errors?
I have a problem here with log4j. In my project i'm using spring and with the help of spring i configure log4j, basically with spring is easier to configure log4j.
I'm telling you this because i have log4j working but when my application reaches the code to change the connection to the rerport, log4j dies and stop sending any message to the stdout or to a log file. I haven't since this behavior in any other app o library. So i want to guess i have something wrong with my log4j or maybe with log4j+spring.
So, i remove all the code of spring referring to log4j, but the problem with log4j wasn't solved.
What i will try now is to remove spring from the project.

BAdi method not executing - IF_EX_RSR_OLAP_BADI~DEFINE

I am trying to implement a virtual characteristics using BAdi and the article i'm using is this. However, when i try to put my breakpoint in the code it is not executing in either RSRT or RSRT2. Any idea why? Even if i put my breakpoint in the CASE statement to determine if it is the infocube i want to filter by, that does not get executed. Any idea why?

I am trying to use a lowpass filter for my application but getting the error "SubVI filter not executable. Undefined error".I tried working with the solutions at this post

1. Create a blank vi, put a VI filter in the block diagram (this should not be functional as it is not wired), copy it and paste it in my other project. I believe if the filter is the first vi of a blank project, it is funcitonal and then you may copy it wherever you need to.

Very strange error. Actually, there are no required inputs on this express VI, so it should be able to run even without wires. It is not correct as you said: "this should not be functional as it is not wired". Nothing will happen, true, but the run arrow should not be broken.
For some reason, the VI with the Filter express VI fails to compile. I tried it on my computer (LV 2013) and get no error when I add it to a new VI. As was suggested in the linked forum thread, you need to open the front panel of the Filter VI and run it to see the explicit error.
If you do, do you also get the error:
"This VI claims to be part of a library that does not include the VI. The VI might have been deleted from the library. Add the VI to the library again or select File - Disconnect from the library."?
If you do, it seems that you may have a project library somewhere that has taken ownership of the express VI. The ownership prevents you from running or editing the express VI. To free the VI, you need to do one of two things. Either, you need to load the library into memory, or you need to disconnect the VI from the library. Either way, you need to find the project library that has taken the ownership of the VI. As soon as it is released, it should run for you. You release it by selecting File»Disconnect from Library on the VI.
The workaround described in your link (and also here: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/compatibility-problem-labview-2009-2010-2011-quot-This-VI-claims/td-... tells that you can make a copy of the VI and thereby create another instance that is free. This solution may work for you as well, but if not, you may not have created the copy properly. Maybe your copy of the VI also became part of some project library that took ownership. In either way, you should rather find the project library to release the VI before trying the workaround to copy it.
If project library ownership is not the problem, maybe the problem is connected to LV 2011, as most forum posters report that it only happens here.

Could not execute the job

Why is the second update in trigger not executing

BAdI HRPAD00INFTYDB is not called

Hi there!
I encountered the problem that the BAdI HRPAD00INFTYDB is not called on any update of infotype 2002. The mentioned infotype is updated by the report RPTARQPOST, after this update I want to have some code executed in th method UPDATE_DB. We are using ERP2005 an EP7.
In addition I implemented my code in BAdI HRPAD00INFTY, too. But this one is not called either.
Maybe somebody could tell me if one of the BAdI are called at all!?

Have u activated your BADI?
Go to se19 n create implementation for the concerned badi there.
Click on the method in which u want to add ur code..save code and check it.
Go back and then activate the BADI.

Error message "VI is not executable"! Need help with Application Builder

I have a problem with an application, built with the Application Builder. I have read some threads about the problem I have, but I still don't know a solution.
When I run my front panel from LabVIEW, everything is good. So, now I created an application (and an installer) to be able to run it on other PCs as well. This application does not work. Everytime I start it on my PC, I get the error "VI is not executable. ...". I read in several forums solutions for this error, but I cannot fix it! I've changed my properties for the builder, but with no success. Perhaps, anybody has more ideas, what's the problem.
To get a better idea from my project, here a little description of it:
In the block diagram there is a while loop which is continuously runned. In this loop I only set some properties for the layout of the front panel, such as decorations which will be hidden/shown and changes of colours of indicators... For the rest, it waits for a click on the button "Start" in the front panel. After that, a DLL is called to communicate with a USB device. Some measurements are carried out and the DLL is closed. I hope, you can get a global idea from my block diagram...
I use LabVIEW 8.5, the DLL is a third-party DLL, which we wrote on our own. But I think the DLL works properly, if it is called from a C# application it works and it works, too, by calling it from LabVIEW when I am in development mode.
It's a project for university and I'm just a beginner in LabVIEW, so I don't have so much experiences in it, but I think i improved my knowlegde about LabVIEW very well in the last weeks!
So, i hope to get an answer soon (the deadline for the project is not soooo far away )

I would be very grateful if there is someone with a working solution...

Your architecture makes it very difficult to debug this and other problems. Does the error message mention which VI is causing the problem? It is very important to wire your error clusters everywhere. In LabVIEW, when a node throws an error (Error.Status = T), future nodes do not execute. At the end, place an error cluster indicator that you can see on your front panel. When an error posts, you can right click the indicator (even in a compiled application) and select "Explain Error".
This is a start, but you really need to push this into a queued-state machine before this gets any more complicated. As it were, if anything in your loop hangs, your whole application hangs. See attached for a queued-message handler (not advisable for actual applications, but you get the point. You would want to have a type defined enum in lieu of strings, and shared data between states differently, etc.)

After the upgrade to SAP_APPL 4.70, the CMOD-exit EXIT_SAPLFMWR_002 for the derivation of the commitment item from the current G/L account does not work anymore.

Solution</b>
Do not activate the EA-PS enhancement or the Funds Management, but go to the general exit instead, in other words: Transfer the function to a separate implementation of the BADI 'TR_GET_ACCNT_ASSIGN' (Transaction SE19).
You can find example code for the implementation of the strict derivation logic in the source code of the method GET_ACCNT_ASSIGN below. If you already have a BADI implementation with a separate logic (for example, from the migration of the exit EXIT_SAPLFMCH_001) the specified logic should be prepended to your own logic.

FBCJ - Badi CJ_DOUMENT is not run

I have created Z Implementation ZCJ_DOCUMENT for Badi definition CJ_DOCUMENT.
I put a very simple code into CHANGE method of my ZCJ_DOCUMENT.
DATA: txr.
txr = '1'.
I want to see if the Badi is called in FBCJ - so I put a breakpoint on the above.
But it is not called.
I have activated my ZCJ_DOCUMENT.
I expect the Badi to be called after I click POST button in FBCJ - this is when the Fi doc is being created.
Please reply anybody who successfully implemented Badi CJ_DOCUMENT or have the same problem as I do.

Hi,
The BADI cj_document may not be in the path of FBCJ. Use class cl_exithandler to find out the BADIs which are triggered in FBCJ.
Go to SE24.
Put cl_exithandler there.
Display.
There is a method called get_instance.
double click on that method.
there you will see some code.
Find 'CALL METHOD cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface' in that code.
Put a break point there.
Now run the transaction FBCJ. and whenever the break point is triggered, watch the field exit_name.
You will find all the BADIs in FBCJ.

Custom Code not Executing

We implemented SAP 3/1/2010 and have had 3 separate custom programs that have behaved in this same manner. Here is what happens.
1. User runs tcode per usual business process
2. Custom program results are not created. In other words, it appears that the custom program does not execute because the results of the custom program are not created.
3. Rerun same tcode with debug stopper
    a) If the user puts a "debug stopper" in the custom program
    b) the custom code is executed
    c) custom code functions as expected and results are displayed properly
4. remove the stopper
5. Execute tcode and it works properly
So, the custom program is active and is executed (when stopper is there) and functions as expected. However, it does not ALWAYS execute the code (or so it seems from the results that are displayed)
Another work around that we have discovered.
1. User executes tcode and discovers the custom program did not produce expected results
2. User logs off of SAP
3. Logs back on and executes tcode
4. custom program expected results are displayed.
As I said at the beginning, we have experienced this with 3 different custom programs now. I have worked with our Basis team and have not found a solution as to why the custom programs are not executing "all the time".

Custom program = It is code that is executed in a user exit, or is a stand alone program
The 3 different programs are all doing various things. 1) Passing parameters to vertex 2) very complex as it adds pricing conditions and updates forwarding agent partner 3) Stand alone program updates field in BSEG
No security objects are involved in any of the 3 programs.
Yes, this is in the production environment.
No, I have not tried in any other environment because we can not find a situation where the problem always occurs. In other words, I can not duplicate the problem "EVERY TIME" however, when a user encounters the problem it occurs all the time until they do one of our "work arounds" which is to log off SAP or to put a "degug stop" in the program.

Need to creat filter to the BADI

Hi All,
We are trying to create one implementation to the BADI DPR_CONTROLPLAN,as this BADI is filter dependent so at the time of saving its prompting for Filter.
I have given one filter to the define filter section, but I am not able to understand how I can use the filter to my program.
And I am not sure what filter I have given is the right one because I have not defined the data element and domain to the filter.
Can any one please suggest me how I can create the filter for my implementatin and use it??

Is it possible to use the BAdi: BADI_SD_CUST_HEAD?

Dear experts,
I have a requirement that needs to add some customized fields in both the header and item of a billing.
I found there are 2 badis in the system, they're: BADI_SD_CUST_HEAD, BADI_SD_CUST_ITEM, and it seems that they're very appropriate to fulfill the requirements.
But unfortunately, these 2 badis are marked as 'Within SAP', that means I can not create any impletementation for them.
Coudl any body tell me, is it possible to use these 2 Badis to realize my requirements?
If not, could any other way to enhance some fields in both the header and item of a billing?

No Only sap can create implementations for the BADIs where you have that check box checked.
