Implementing new note - why and how?

hello,
user in PP complains about being unable to execute one transaction. consultant found that there is note / correction which should be implemented and it will correct that error.
why such error suddenly appear? no patches have been applied on server since 01/2006 and suddenly i must apply correction. by now, everything was fine.
where from requirement for that correction - appeared????
another thing: how to apply that correction? should i apply it on customizing client on dev, transport request on qas and then on production? is it way it should be implemented?
is it possible to implement that note/correction just on sendbox (one client on qas)?
check it out and if everything works fine, do it way dev-qas-prd?

since we implemented r/3 (10/2005), no one correction appeared that needs to be installed, so that is why i am confused.

There could be many reason for that error, but you should read the symptom which is appeared in the note and you could verify the symptom from your problem, and it will answer your question.

It should be come from consultant to the technical team to implement the note.

You should apply the Note in developement system and through transport you can move forward to QA & PRD system.

No I would not recomend to go to QA system. First apply in the dev system and check that correction has been made then apply on QA system.

As i said there could be many reason for that but notes can be applied directly. You need not to apply the whole support pack for a single note. But yes System should be upgraded on all the level otherwise you will get errors from either OS level or Sap Level or Database level. Even you raise a support message to SAP they would probably tell you to update the system first for support

That seems to be a problem since iOS 5. I know of no good solution. yu can try:
- Unsyncing all music and resyncing
- Restoring from backup

First, I would try the following suggested steps for when you don't see content in iTunes after updating:
Quit iTunes.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes.
Use the Finder (Mac) or Windows Explorer (Windows) to go to the iTunes folder that contains the iTunes library files:
Mac OS X
/Users/username/Music/iTunes/
Microsoft Windows Windows XP and Windows 2000
\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\
Microsoft Windows Windows Vista and Windows 7
\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
Drag the iTunes Library file from the above location to the Desktop.
Open the Previous iTunes Libraries folder in the iTunes folder.
Locate the file named iTunes Library YYYY-MM-DD where YYYY-MM-DD is the date you upgraded iTunes (Year-Month-Day).
Drag this file to the iTunes folder (the enclosing folder).
Rename this file to iTunes Library.
Open iTunes.
You should now see your missing content in iTunes.

Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service.
Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes? If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created.

Try Contacts>Preferences...>Accounts...remove {-}/re-add {+}your iCloud account.
If that is not successful, follow the steps listed in iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Contacts.

Click on the General tab
Set "Check for New Messages:" to "Every Minute"

OK, I think you are trying to connect the printer wirelessly to your wireless router, right?
I think that is the way to go, so let's do that:
1. Restart the router by pulling its power cord momentarily. Let it restart.
2. On the front of the printer go to Setup > Wireless (or Netowrk, not sure) > Wireless Setup Wizard. Run the Wizard to connect your printer to your router.
3. After that, go to Control Panel > Devices & Printers and delete all instances of the printer.
4. Finally re-add the printer with these instructions:
1. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your network. Verify that you can access the printer's internal web page by browsing to its IP address before continuing. Get its IP from a Network Test printed from the front panel of the printer.
2. Click >> Start >> Control panel >> Devices & Printers.
3. Click the Add a printer
4. Select Local printer
5. Select Create a new port and select Standard TCP/IP Port and click Next button.
6. Under Device type, select TCP/IP Device. Under Hostname or IP address, enter the printer's IP address. Click Next.
7. Select Hewlett-Packard from the list of manufacturers and select and select your printer model. Click Next.
If your printer model was not listed, then select Have Disk, browse the HP CD that came with your printer and select the first file that starts with hp and ends with inf. Click Open then OK. Select your printer model. Click Next.
8. If you are asked, use the currently installed driver.
9. It will ask for the Printer name -- enter a new name or use the existing one. This will be the name of the printer that you select from other applications.
10. You may be asked to share the printer. Choose NO.
11. The Print Test Page box appears. Go ahead and print it.
12. Click Finish.

Now I wanted to listen to it on my iPhone so I proceeded to transfer the purchase and looked for the book in the purchased section of the store in the iTunes on my iPhone but it did not show up.

Can you find the audio book by using the Search feature on the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync the audio book to the iPod?

Note you have to check the boxes in Books pane for the iPod in iTunes to sync books in general and another box to sync Audio Books.

When a new album is created it will fill with whatever is in the right hand window, If you're in the Events or Photos mode it will contain all photos in the library. Yes, strange behavior.

It was working fine up until I upgraded the OS which I hadn't done in many versions so the ipad was not working as well as it should. Now it is searching for the network.

Let's get your device working again! It's possible that your device just needs to be reprovisioned on our network. Please go to Settings>General>Reset>Subscriber Services>Reprovision Account. This may take several minutes. After allowing about 5 minutes for completion, please power your iPad off and back on, and test it again. Let us know if this takes care of it!

When did this start? What was the last thing you changed before problem started?
Have you tried sending the attachment from a different account. Have a friend send you an attachment. Get a gmail account.
Send the email with attachments to two different accounts one to your ipad and the other to a gmail account in a web browser and not on an iPad. See if you can read the ones to the gmail account.
You did reboot your ipad?

What actually happens when you open it?
What app are you trying to play the files inside? Try iTunes.
I assume these files have DRM from the iTunes store. The Mac needs to be authorized to play them, open iTunes & select Authorize in the store menu, then sign in with the Apple ID that purchased the files.
Select the iTem in iTunes & get info on it (from the File menu) & you can see the account name that it belongs to.
