Imports and Formatting Errors

I have imported many scripts into Adobe Story. I love this product. But all the scripts that I import from Final Draft are imported with a ridiculous amount of errors in formatting. I have to go over every page and nearly every paragraph and re-tag it to its correct type. There are even times that there are sections of text missing.One particular script was so bad it was simpler to re-type it then it was to correct it. Is there something that I can do on the export from Final Draft that will at least minimize these errors? It is really not as effective a tool if it can't play nice with other formatting programs. HELP!! PLEASE!!!!

While working with the automatic bean variable and
method generation I noticed the following:
1) The instance variables are being mixed in with the
methods. This makes for hard to read classes in which
you must search all over to find instance variable
declarations which should be at the top of the class.Here is an alternative way to add bean properties that results in the declarations at the top and the methods at the bottom.
Open the source in the IDE.
Add the declarations at the top, such as
privatte int anInt;
private String aString;
When you have added all your instance variables, right-click in the source and choose Refactor > Encapsulate Fields from the pop-up menu. Then select the checkboxes of the fields that you want getters and setters for.
Click Next, and click Do Refactoring. The IDE puts the methods at the bottom.

2) When creating a property on a bean of type
java.util.Map I noticed that the import was not
created, I had to go in and add it myself
afterwards.
After you add the property, right-click in the source and choose Fix Imports from the pop-up menu. It will add all the import statements that the file needs.
