In Standard report VF05n under Net value system shows Basic price + Excise

Dear Team,
In Standard report VF05n under Net value system shows Basic price + Excise n' Taxes. where as i required only Basic price in that column and Excise and Taxes separately  in separate columns.
Plz, Suggest
Thanks
Gaurav

Hi Gaurav,
The netvalue in this report comes from the invoice, which in turn determined by your pricing procedure. If you want only the basic price to be your net value, you have to adjust the same in your pricing procedure. But this is not advisable, as there are other price components also in your pricing procedure, rather you can develop a new report with the required details for your requirement.

    Hi,
    Is there any standard report to check "consumption" values for multiple materials? The user needs to check the consumption values over a period of time for multiple materials (VERP, ROH) before deciding the re-order and safety stock values for them. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    There is no report which gives customer wise sales figures and their cost structure. Cost structure is something which has to be taken from material master or using MM material documents.
    However you can very easily create a report. You can use VBAK, VBAP, MBEWH, MBEW and MSEG tables to arrive at these figures

  • 1099 Misc reporting for US in SAP Standard report not containing any value

    HI All,
    In my current clients requirement is to get the SAP Standard reprort for 1099 Misc reporting for US
    1) Accordingly i have done configuration for Withholding tax for US with tax type FE
    2) There are 14 WHT Tax codes under FE , like 01 = Rent , 02 = royalty, 03 = other income etc.
    3) Assigned Tax type  with Co. Code
    4) Activated WHT tax at Co. code
    5) Created WHT country US
    And also assign WHT tax type FE and respective tax code to vendors in Accounting info in Vendor Master
    Posted couple of vendor invoices and made payment for those also
    Then after this when i run the SAP Standard report for 1099 Misc reporting for US , then the output contains with no data..  but only contains vedor names and WHT tax code which i have assigned..

    Also if I look at the values I can see the values are set!  The Field is set to multi=true and the height is big enough to display lots of date grow=true.

    Hi,
    You can achive the same using javascript without changing the page template.
    http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=27576:8
    here is the code for the same
    <style>
    .myclass{ background-color:red;text-align:center}
    </style>
    <script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.js "></script>
    <script>
    $(function(){
       $("td [headers='DEPTNO']").each( function(i){
           if($(this).html() == $v('P8_DEPTNO'))  //value of the textfield
               ele = $("td [headers='ENAME']").eq(i)
               ele.removeClass('t20data');   //i'm using theme 20 so t20data .. u need to change this part
               ele.addClass('myclass');
    </script>Regards,

  • Change in report VF05N

    Hai Gurus
    One of our clients requirement is that while running VF05N, the net value field should display a negative sign with the amount for credit for sales returns billing type. As this is a standard tcode, is it possible to make such modifications with any enhancement??
    Regards

    Hi,
    It is not possible with this T.Code as it is a standard SAP transaction.
    You need to develop a custom report for this which is similar to the standard one.
    Here you can write a code to display negative sign for the prices for certain order types.
    Regards,
    Krishna.

  • Fathers name not appearing in HR standard Reports

    Dear All,
    Currently we are in process of using the standard pension reports like  Form4 P.S, Form5 P.S etc(Tcode : PC00_M40_EPN).
    In the report output , we observe that the Father's name field is not getting populated.
    On Analysing further, we understood that.
    1.In the implementation stage, we had mapped the father subtype to '3' instead of the default  '11'.
    (Personal Management>Personal Administration>Personal data -->  Family-> Define possible family members).
    2.In all the standard pension reports ( tcode : PC00_M40_EPN , PC00_M40_PNY etc ),the select query in the ABAP programs hardcodes subtype '11' to fetch for father detail from infotype table PA0021(Family Member/Dependents).
    3.We have a lot of data mainatined in the current production system with sybtype '3' mapped to father.Hence cannot change it at present.
    Is there any way out to display the fathers name in the standard HR reports ?Possible alternatives..?
    Thanks,
    Rijuraj

    Dear John,
    After considerable thought we decided not to change the config.We also have some custom developments which uses the father subtype.All these data would need to be deleted and corrected.
    Hence we directly modified the relevant subroutine in the standard reports and changed the value from '11' to '3'.
    The reports now work fine.
    Thanks.

  • Calculation error in net value

    Hi friends,
    I have a scenario where we have only one pricing procedure defined which includes basic price,excise,ecess,hsecess,packing charges, discounts etc.
    One i have a sales order which has got basic price,jexp,jecs,j1ax and i add PDIS(packing discount 15%).but the value in the net price shows a huge difference in the amount.
    The 15% takes as negative because i assume the condition type PDIS has negative value as standard.
    Plz suggest if calculation goes wrong what should be checked
    My question is if the pricing procedure works fine for all other SO.then wat changes has to be made when the PDIS is incorporated
    Points will be rewarded whole heartly
    ajay

    Hi,
    Firstly is this discount condition appears in the last after calculating all prices and taxes?
    Is this being deducted from the net price after duties and taxes?
    Pl. answer these questions so that we can come to a solution.
    Thanks
    Krishna.

  • Need to find All Custom Reports which are based on SAP standard reports

    Hi Specialists,
    I would like to find out all the customized reports which are a copy of SAP standard reports in the client's system.
    For Eg. RPCP11G0 is the SAP standard report which has been customized & it's code has been re-written into a Custom report i.e. ZGBPPYMP001_P11D.
    I would like to know all such occurences in the system.
    Steps already done:
    1) Tried searching with RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN & RS_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN.
    Please suggest .
    Thanks
    Abhinav.

    it's only possible with an tool-program
    when your developers have not change the line with the REPORT-command.
    e.g.
    standard-report is RAGITT01
    copy is ZC_RAGITT01 or sth like this
    but report line is unchanged in copy:  "REPORT RAGITT01 MESSAGE-ID AB..."
    solution:
    select all reports from TRDIR/TADIR  from your Z/Y-device classes
    and analyse the reports with
    read report ZC_RAGITT01 into wa.
    and use find for searching 'report-command'.
    and check whether the result of that finding is an standard abap
    hope that helps

  • Difference between standard report S_ALR_87011963 and the custom report

    Hi Friends,
    My client requires a report which displays the acquisition and depreciation values of assets. Actually the requirement is to display all the values except planned depreciation.
    Therefore we are taking the values only from the table ANLP. However the values in this report is not matching with that of the standard. In the standard report the Current Book Value should be selected to avoid planned depreciation. Am i right??
    So once the CBV is checked the standard report will display only the posted values for a period.
    But we are getting a huge difference in the depreciation value between the two reports.
    Please help me out on this.
    Regards,
    Prasad

    I think your client requires to see Gross asset value and Deon posted in the report for all the years (not for current year only).  If that is the case, current book value = APC - Depn posted earlier, so it gives wrong result.
    Ex  : Asset acquired in 2006 ; APC = 1000$ ; Depn posted in 2006 : 100$, so current book value is 900$.
    So, I would suggest to have a look at the logical data base ADA or use ANLC, ANLV, ANLQ, etc or ANL* and search for the relavant tables required for your purpose.
    regards
