In the transaction IW31, How to set "UNPLANNED ORDER" in CONTROL tab

Hi All,
   I want to set the indicator as "UNPLANNED ORDER" for creating a new work order in (IW31) with order type as ZMS2.
     I m using the Bapi "BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN".
      and providing the value " SPACE" for "UNPLANNED ORDER". but its not getting updated for new work order.
    Can anyone help me out of this...

Hi Surekha,
You can pass the order number. First store the order number in one global memory id .
by using this statement
SET PARAMETER ID .'(w_uname)' FIELD w_orderno where order_no will be the order number selected on CRM WEBUI.
now go to class defined in the transaction launcher for va22.
in the class there is a method PREPARE_DATA_FLOW , in this method read the global memory using the statement
GET PARAMETER ID '(w_uname)' FIELD w_orderno.
set the parameter icwebclientborkeyparameter with the order value.
Now in ECC go to transaction swo1. Give the object name as ZTSTC or the one defined in the transaction launcher. In the execute method you can retrieve the value of the order number.

OS X was designed long before the advent of SSD and the built in assumption is that everything would exist on the boot drive. If you want to change that, you'll need to do it manually. If I had an iMac with an SSD (a MBA has become my main computer) I'd leave the OS and applications on it and move at least some of my files to the standard hard drive - certainly all the media (music and video).
The techs I work with have been arguing (politely) about the benefits of their own setups. One moved the entire User's directory to the standard drive. Copy your files by dragging, open Groups & Users in the System Preferences, option click on each account name and then point to the new location of the user's directory. Test that it works before deleting the directory from the SSD.
The other kept his Users directory on the SSD but moved everything but the Library folder, then he put aliases of the folders into his user directory and dragged new folders into the Finder window sidebar. His argument is that many programs keep a hefty number of files in the Application Support folder and keeping them on the SSD lets the program start faster. Since I've not done any testing I can't say yes or no.

Thanks, David. i thought i had it set correctly in Preferences in L&R. Being i was wearing my suspenders and belt at the same time i went back to L&R, cleared what was there and re-entered same to include unchecking and rechecking Time Format fgor 24-hour time. It works now. Thanks again.

go to the config:
SPRO: PM & CS -> Maint. & Serv. Processing -> Maint. and Service Orders -> Define Field Selection for Order Header Data (PM)
...Choose "Field Selection for order header data"
...toggle to change mode (use menu "field selection at the top left". Then find your field (functional area CAUFVD-FUNC_AREA) and put the radio button to "required"
This will make it mandatory for all order types. If you want only specific order types, use the influencing fields to pick only certain order types.

How to remove the arrow on the splitter and how to set position at 30%

Create a application skin, if you do not have one and use following in the skin.
af|panelSplitter::horizontal-collapse-icon
display: none;
}You will be able to resize panel and collapse icon will not be displayed so the panel will not collapse.
You can set the initial splitter position as required.

As far as the internal order goes, you can set up Budgets and activate 'availability control' which would trigger an 'eeror message' when it exceeds the budget amount. Path: SPRO-Controlling-Internal Order-Budger and Availability Control
The same facility is not available in Cost center budget.
You may have to write an exit or validations.

Sale person need to sale 238 pc of material X.
If we set price condition = 10,50 then order sum is 2.499,00
If we set price condition = 10,51 then order sum is 2.501,38
But customer ask as to set total order sum = 2.500
How could I manage it ?
Any condition to correct order sum ?

Dear experts :
When I create a PM order with many operations items , and the items need to be done external.
How to config for below cases when PM order save ?
1. Each item create it's own PR.
2. All items create one PR.
By the way , if it is possible to create one PR with more than one items in one operations item?

You need to set two items:
1.) Control Key - Designate a seperate control key for External activities (PM02 is often used, unless you have a seperate set of codes/code naming method)
PM -> Maintenance and service processing -> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Functions and settings for order types -> Control Key -> Maintain Control Keys. Assign a "+" to the "Externally processed operation" field.
When that is set, be sure to specify that in your work order or task list. Then, you will be prompted to fill out the purchase requisition information.
2.) Requisitions: You have the choice of one req for all operations or one req for each. To make that setting, go to:
PM -> Maintenance and service processing -> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Functions and settings for order types -> Define Change docs, Collective purchase req indicator, operation No interval.

I have a dropdown in my customized list form and need to set the value for the dropdown control using query string filter web part.
I am able to set value for textbox control using Query String Filer web part.
But, since the dropdown values are not populated on form load, the value is not set for dropdown control.
How to load the values in dropdown control on form load and set a value using Query String filter webpart?

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to filter choice field using Query String Filter web part.
To filter using query string filter web part, we can set the default value for the choice field in the query string filter web part panel as below, then connect to the list.
Now it would be filter by the value you have set.

How to set cursor in table control?

I have a table control (Screen 300) to display invoice number and amount. For some checks we have around 200 invoices to be displayed. When user enters the invoice number in invoice text box and click on OK, it should highlight the invoice number and amount row or set the cursor position.
I have another problem.
Screen 300 is being called from Screen 200. When the user clicks on OK in 300, 300 is getting closed. Acutally it should be displayed with Cusor position or highlighted row.

I believe that you can use the SET CURSOR statement to do the first part of your requirement. Something like this should work:
SET CURSOR FIELD w_field LINE w_line.
Here's the info from SAP help:
Effect
: The cursor is positioned on the screen element whose name is contained in upper case in field. The data object field must be character-type and flat. The screen layout or a table control is scrolled in the display so that the screen element on which the cursor is positioned is visible. If the specified screen element is not found, the statement is ignored.
If the specified screen element is part of a table control or a step loop, the line of the table control or group of the step loop in which the cursor is positioned on the specified screen element must be specified using the addition LINE. For the data object line, the type i is expected. If there is no line or group for the value of line, or the addition LINE is not specified, the statement is ignored. The statement is also ignored if the addition LINE is specified and the screen element is not part of a table control or step loop.
