Inconsistency with AND operation.

Question

Hi,
When an AND operation is used in mapping, both the inputs should have equal rows, so that it performs X+Y operation.
But in one my mapping, Input Queues are of Varying Lengths. 1st input has 2 rows and second input has 10 rows. Output shows 10 rows. How is this possible?
Ex -
Sl.No     And:in0      And:in1       And:out
1            True          True             True
2            True          True             True
3                             True             True
4                             True             True
5                             True             True
6                             True             True
7                             True             True
8                             True             True
9                             True             True
Also, if 1st input has a context change and second input doesn't have a context change, again output is inconsistent.
Ex -
Sl.No     And:in0      And:in1       And:out
1            True          True             True
2            CC            True             True
3            True          True             False
4            True          True             False
5            True          True             False
6            CC            True             False
7                             True             <Null>
8                             True             <Null>
9                             True             <Null>

Hello,
Input Queues are of Varying Lengths. 1st input has 2 rows and second input has 10 rows. Output shows 10 rows.
You can use the node function useOneAsMany to make the rows equal.
How is this possible?
The same can be said of other functions e.g concat takes the last value of the shortest row and then adds it to the longer row provided there is no context change. Only two comments, either it is a bug or it was designed that way
