Incorrect Time Reflected by HealthVault from a Withings Device

I use a Withings Smart Body Analyzer (scale) and bluetooth blood pressure monitor; my Withings account is connected with my HealthVault account and the information imports. My Withings account and my Healthvault account are set to Central Time Zone with
US imperial measurements (Withings).
My data is reflected correctly in the Withings software (Health Mate), but in HealthVault, the data (weight) is reflected in Kilograms and the date and time for both the blood pressure and weight (scale app) reflects a time that is 7 hours ahead of the proper
time in the Pacific Time zone (not Central, although both HealthVault and Health Mate are set to Central).
I have disconnected the Withings account from HealthVault and reconnected, but the problem still persists.
Thanks for help.

  • I'm having a real hard time retrieving my emails from my old device

    I've switched to a 5s from a 4s I'm having a hard time reciveing my old and new emails and had to manually download all apps ,my contacts went through just fine I'm not reciveing any email? Can anybody help?

    Do you have the email accounts created on the new device. You will not get old email from the old devices on the new device, unless they are IMAP or Exchange accounts. Email downloaded to a device are on the local device and are not part of the backup or sync. If you are having issues getting new mail, that is a completely different issue.
    Not sure exactly what you did in the activation of this new device, but it sounds like you may have set it up as new and are trying to sync data back from iTunes? Is that correct?

  • Adding data to HealthVault from Withings Device

    How do I upload data from my Withings Device to my HealthVault account?

    The nice people from Sinovo have developed a driver for Microsoft HealthVault Connection Center that will allow uploading CSV files downloaded from the Withings dashboard into HealthVault. Some restrictions do apply:
    only weight measurements work at the moment.
    you must download your CSV from the OLD version of the Withings Healthmate website, the CSV files from the new version DO NOT WORK with Sinovo's driver.
    the CSV file must not be opened and saved in Excel before uploading, Excel will change some formatting in the file rendering it useless for uploading.
    You can select a date range before downloading your CSV file from the Withings Healthmate website to avoid uploading duplicates.

  • Jabber Voicemail Incorrect Time Stamp

    I just noticed the the time stamp on my voicemails in Jabber v9.0.1 Build 12296 have the incorrect time stamp. They are all one hour behind. I confirmed that this does not happen in any of the following:
    Jabber v9.0.5
    CUPC v8.6
    Jabber for Mac v8.6.1
    Is this happening to anyone else?

    did you get this sorted out?  Im having the same problem with Jabber v9.1.5, CUC 9.1.2 and cucm 9.1.2.  Both cuc and cucm use the same NTP time source.  Time looks fine on the handsets and from the cli..

  • Mail delivery problems and incorrect time stamps

    I'm running Server 10.4.9 and along with hosting two webpages I am hosting email for one of the domains. Whenever a message is received by an account hosted by my server, the time listed for receiving the email is incorrect. It varies from 1 to 4 hours fast or slow depending on the source of the email. It happens with both incoming and outgoing mail. If a message is sent from one account to another on my server, the time stamp is correct.
    In addition to the incorrect time, I have noticed messages directed to one account being delivered to another. For example, in my own mailbox I recieve messages that were intented to go to another user mailbox on my server. I don't know if that is related to the same problem or if it is a spam issue but I figure any bit of information will be helpful.
    And finally, I do not believe all mail is reaching the intended mailbox. I have junkmail and notjunkmail accounts enabled for spam and if I redirect 10 emails usually only 5 at the most will make it. I get no return errors when redirecting (ex: undeliverable)
    I have checked the obvious time and date panels in OS X including the server admin and everything matches. The timezone is also correct. I type date into the terminal and that comes up correct as well. This isn't my first time configuring a server.... I've hosted mail servers with 10.2 and 10.3 in the past with no problems but this is my first time using 10.4. I'm pretty comfortable navigating through the server, but I have limited experience in terminal. (Just for FYI) Usually with enough time I can figure almost anything out, but I've run out of ideas here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

    Where are you looking at the timestamp? On the message headers? Are you taking into account any timezone corrections on same headers? E.g. following message sent from Apple HQ to UK...

  • When setting the split-days to "every 15 minutes," the week and comparison views show incorrect time ranges for the day

    When I change the "split-days" interval time, under Options > Settings, to
    15, or every 15 minutes, the week and comparison views don't show the correct
    time range for the day.
    <P>
    For example, if I click View to display the calendar and then click Week to get
    a weekly view, the time range displayed is from 6:00 a.m.
    to 4:00 p.m. If I click Comparison to get a
    comparison view, the time range displayed is from 12 p.m.
    to 6:45 p.m.
    <P>
    In this example, should both of these views show the same time range, from
    9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.?
    No, the two views will not necessarily show the same time range. The time
    range for the comparison view will start at the beginning prefs time only
    if you have something scheduled (on any day of the week) starting at that
    time. For example, on one of the days during your week of comparison, if you
    create an event that starts at 9:00 a.m. and then open the comparison view, the
    time range displayed will start with 9:00 a.m.
    <P>
    Additionally, view times will expand past the configured settings if events
    span past the time range. That is, if you have an event that spans from
    5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the event will be reflected in the view, even though
    your time range may be set to go only to 6:00 p.m.

    Umm yes.
    The settings are stored in ''prefs.js'', so you could swap various copies of this file in and out.
    However, the system will load ''prefs.js'', then, if present, ''user.js'' , so you can set up just your changes in ''user.js'' .
    The sort of line you need to look for is like this:
    <code>user_pref("mail.server.server14.check_time", 10);</code>
    You'll need to do some research to identify which of your accounts is which.
    Search for the account's email address:
    <code>user_pref("mail.identity.id10.useremail", "xenos&#64;example.com");</code>
    Use the id number to locate the account number:
    <code>user_pref("mail.account.account29.identities", "id10");</code>
    Use the account number to find the server number:
    <code>user_pref("mail.account.account29.server", "server14");</code>
    Finally, you can then use the server number find the account's time setting:
    <code>user_pref("mail.server.server14.check_time", 10);</code>
    This last entry may not exist, if you have never changed the setting from the default 10 minutes.
    Do be careful with your typing and copy/pasting; if the file fails the syntax parser it will silently fail.
    And make sure Thunderbird is shut down when you do the swap. If it's open, it may overwrite changes, and in any case, it only reads the settings file when it starts up.

  • A Verizon cellphone tower in my area is feeding multiple Verizon Customers / Devices with the incorrect time (one hour behind) when we are in range of this tower

    A Verizon cellphone tower in my area is feeding multiple Verizon Customers / Devices with the incorrect time (one hour behind) when we are in range of this tower (in this specific area).   Our phones show the correct time in other areas.   Is there a way to fix or report this?

    The zip code that this is occurring in is: 87102
    Specifically when I am at
    1001 Woodward Pl NE
    Albuquerque, NM 87102
    Upon further investigation, it is happening to anyone with a Verizon handset, regardless of specific device.  I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and my co-worker has a Motorola Droid Turbo and we are both having the issue.  Anyone on a different carrier (T-Mobile, AT&T) is fine, and is not experiencing this issue.
    It actually looks like the cell tower is feeding us the correct time, but its like it forgot daylight savings happened.  So it is feeding us the incorrect time zone/day light savings information.
    When I goto Settings -> Date and Time on my Android device,  I have both "Automatic date and time" and "Automatic time zone" checked.
    the "Automatic timezone" it is pulling from the Verizon cell tower is "Mountain -7".   It is correct that we are in the "Mountain" timezone, but we are currently "Mountain -6" (also known as day light savings).   So the Cell Tower things it MST when it should be MST DST
    When I uncheck "Automatic time zone" and select my own, suddenly it lets me select "Mountain -6" and doesn't even give me the option of "Mountain -7".
    So in conclusion, some cell tower in the area of zip code 87102 forgot that daylight savings ever happened, and is telling cellphones they are in the "Mountain -7" timezone, instead of the correct current timezone of "Mountain -6 DST"
    Edit: Oh, sorry, and to answer your question, it began happening about 3 weeks ago.  We started noticing around March 25th, maybe a little after that.

  • IPhoto displays incorrect dates for photos imported from iPod

    I recently purchased the iPod Camera Connector for use with my 4G iPod with color display (iPod Photo). I took a few pictures on my Canon SD110 digital camera and used the Camera Connector to copy the pictures to my iPod. I then plugged the iPod into the computer, opened iPhoto, and imported these pictures from the iPod. All of this worked without a hitch.
    However, I noticed that the roll of images that iPhoto created is dated incorrectly (it says 12.31.2000). The photos themselves have the correct date (5.21.2007) but the incorrect time (3:15p instead of 6:15p).
    My camera, computer, and iPod are all set to the correct date and time. Any idea what's causing this? It's not a particularly big deal as I can just change the dates on the rolls to match what the photos say (and adjust the times on the photos to be 3 hours ahead), but I shouldn't have to do this if all of the date/time information is set correctly.

    All photos from the My Photo Stream go into a monthly Event.  If you sort your Events by Date - Descending the most recent Events will be at the top of the Event window.  The monthly Events will look like this:

  • Logviewer 1.14 showing incorrect times, and other issues.

    Couple of issues with running LogViewer, wondering if anyone can help.
    First, and seems to be the most frustrating, is that the LogViewer screen is showing incorrect times for the events. I am in Mountain Time zone in the US, which is GMT-7. When looking at the log from a web browser, my router is displaying the correct time. The text file that LogViewer saves on the local computer shows the same correct time. The LogViewer screen, however, shows a time 7 hours into the future. IE, if I type out the log from a DOS window, the last event will say something like "Mar 28 1:15:05 2008", but that same event number will be listed on the logviewer screen as "Mar 28 8:15:05" Any ideas on what may be wrong and how to correct it?
    Second, all events seem to be grouped exactly 3 minutes apart. I realize this is probably an effect of the router sending the information every three minutes. Anyone know of a way of changing that period?
    Hm, just noticed a third, but very minor issue. The text file written has the wrong day of week on it. It's listing Mar 28 2008 as a Wednesday...
    Thanks in advance for any advice.
    OK, the tech info. I am running LogViewer 1.14 on a Windows XP machine, contacting an WRT55AG with firmware 1.20. The connection is through a Cat 5 cable, not through the wireless.

  • IPhone 5c keeps showing incorrect times.

    My Iphone 5c shows an incorrect time, i tried a few things including resetting the phone. I have changed the time manually but after an hour or so the time just randomly changes. This is very frustrating and makes the phone useless to use as an alarm clock. I am sure it has to be a software issues but have tried syncing and like i said i have even done a hard reset but all to no avail!...Please help..is driving me mad.

    How far is it off?
    Always the same amount off?
    - Reset all settings
    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

  • OSX Mavericks & QT Error Message: Movie contains an incorrect time value

    Ever since I upgraded, I can not edit my QTime movies in Quicktime Player 7.  I keep getting
    Error Message: Movie contains an incorrect time value
    All the fixes I have read from the past blogs are not working.
    Is there a fix? If not, what editing software do I need to start using that is as easy as Quicktime 7 was?

    I figured out a work around, I trim the selection I want, then export to a MOV file with same settings (I have tried H264 and ProRes compression). I can then open that file to copy and paste.
    What a pain - I hope apple can update this issue somehow.

  • Compile-Time Reflection/Metadata access?

    Hey I hear for netbeans there is an extension (or maybe it is built in) to do reflection/access metadata at compile time.
    Anyone hear about this or know where I can find more info on this? Or maybe it is for a different IDE or a stand alone tool?
    compile-time access would be ideal since J2ME doesn't have run-time reflection/metadata access. A lot better than no access at all :)

    Ok everyone, if I was writing a java compiler, I'd for sure need compile-time reflection/metadata access right? And instead of writing the compiler from scratch and having to write those tools myself I can write a sub-compiler that runs within the existing java compilation process and accesses the tools and functionality of the compiler itself. So then I just proved it is not an irrelevant concept and that it is in-fact very important. The concept of a programming language is independent of the specific language.
    Yes well more specifically how about I say 'how do I get access to the compile-time reflection/metadata tools that are part of the NetBeans java compiler (or whatever compiler NetBeans uses)'?
    Ok DrClap. The mere fact that even a single programming language supports compile-time reflection/metadata access means it can be applied to java as well. And you also failed to mention that the Wikipedia article doesn't call out which specific languages support compile-time reflection/metadata access, because it is a language-independent concept. Java itself is considered 'higher-level' so I'm not sure why you want to claim compile-time anything is irrelevant.
    And my industry colleagues aren't hear because I'm the only one working the weekend. We talked about this before the weekend and I forgot to get further info or a link to a website.
    Thanks ejp!
    I gave ejp 5 points since I have to do a little bit of reading to see if those tools/apis are what I'm looking for (5 points left). Looks promising though. Either way if I don't get anything better by tomorrow I'll give ejp the other 5.
    And sorry everyone I'm not very subtle when it comes to forum conversation.

    I Have the same issue on a brand new iPad mini 2. My battery is only lasting up to 5 hours. I went on chat with Apple last night and they said my battery is fine and its a Safari issue. I'm literally losing 1% every 3-4 minutes. I tried recalibrating my battery, signing out of iCloud, shutting off all locations, turning off background app refresh, restoring network settings, restoring all, and finally restoring from iTunes with no luck. This is just awful. I got this iPad so I could use it on my long flight for a trip I have coming up, and unfortunately, it's not going to last that long, plus I'm concerned about how many times i will be recharging my battery because of this since battery's do have a life cycle dependent on the number of charges. This is frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP and addressed by Apple.
    By the way, Apple told me to bring my device to the Apple Store because it's still under warranty. That's great and all, but I'm going to waste my time if there is no fix for this issue.
    Ok so you want Apple to address the problem, but yet you don't want to take it to them just in case they can't fix it? What if they can fix it? Complaining here certainly won't fix it.

  • GetDuration().getSeconds() returning incorrect time

    The method I am calling creates a Player object with a specified file, gets the duration using getDuration(), then it gets the seconds using getSeconds(), and then toTime() takes the seconds and converts it into mm:ss. The problem is the time returned isn't the correct duration of the song. For example, I am getting 3:27 returned when the song is actually 2:17.
    I am calling this: toTime(getPlayer (file).getDuration().getSeconds()){code}
    {code:java}private String toTime(double seconds) {
            Calendar calendar = Calendar.getInstance();
            calendar.clear();
            calendar.add(Calendar.MILLISECOND, (int)(seconds * 1000));

            } catch (IOException ex) {
                ex.printStackTrace();
            return null;
        }{code}
    Any idea why I'm not getting the correct duration?

    >
    Is there any other way to get an accurate duration?>How important did you say this was to you?
    I note that you have not added any dukes
    to this thread, as I advised. Dukes can be
    added to a thread at any time.
    In the hope that you can take my rather not
    subtle hints, I did some digging around and
    discovered the following...
    OK - there is some bad news, more bad news,
    and a possible (vague) glimmer of hope.
    First, the bad news..
    1) <http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4533590>
    This 'In progress, bug' from November 2001
    relating to jumping forward through a VBR MP3
    does not bode well, nor the fact that..
    2) JMStudio will also show incorrect times
    for VBR MP3's (OK - hardly surprising).
    OTOH, the 'vague glimmer of hope' comes from
    an idea I just had, which is to implement a
    pass-through codec..
    <http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/apidocs/javax/media/Codec.html>
    ..that accepts the MP3 frames, caches them and
    converts the result to something that is not
    VBR, so an accurate time can be calculated. I
    am not entirely sure I have understood the JDocs
    though, and even if it is possible, the codec
    is going to need to cache a large amount of data
    (the entire tune).
    If you can get this working, I suspect you will
    be the first to crack this problem.
    Having said all that, if this is a student
    project, I would recommend ignoring VBR MP3s
    & supplying the app. complete with a few
    (polite cough) 'example' media files that
    do not include any VBR MP3s.
    OTOH, if you try the codec approach and manage
    to make it work, I would recommend including
    only VBR MP3s, and heavily stressing to the
    assessor that the 'envelope* was pushed, and
    indeed broken' with this application.
    * 'envelope' in the sense of a barrier or
    obstacle.
