Incrementing the sub jobs

The above the sample input schema. I am using a mapping to map the input schema to output schema. The sequence number in the output schema should increment based on the jobline in the input schema. The no. of jobs in the input schema is based on the
the count of no. of jobline. In the above case, i used the iteration functoid mapping the jobline to sequence number in the output schema. I am getting the output as
1ab
2cd
1ef
1gh
But I would need the output as 
1ab
2cd
3ef
4gh

Just an addition to BoatSeller's script
Link the <JobLine> record from the source to the record of the element where you want the sequence number to come. And then link the scripting functiod with the Boatseller's script to the element where you want the sequence number to come..Something
like this (destination schema is just the representation if what you can do, not the exact schema)
