Ineligible pay as you go customer status

Hi , I am on a Pay monthly contract with London Undergroud Wifi add on . I am not able to connect to internet in the undergroud . It says " ineligible pay as you go  customer status - Please check terms and conditions " . I called EE customer support multiple times , told them that i was a pay as you go customer 4 years back on T mobile , there is some issue with you system , it is not able to detect the latest status . Pathetic service by EE , not able to help me even after 2 months . Very disappointed customer . ThanksPrashanth S

    I bought my brothers iphone and while he was a bill pay customer iam a pay as you go customer with the same carrier. so i thought i could just but my sim in his phone and use it. Im now having trouble sending and recieving calls. I can sometimes make a call but nobody can call me. I can send and recieve text messages fine. I have a good signal and the phone says its connected to the carrier. Can any one tell me if the problem im having is because the phone was a bill pay phone or is it that the phone is just broke.     Is the phone carrier locked? If so, to what carrier is it locked?
    Was the phone "unlocked"? If so, was it unlocked by the carrier it was originally locked to or by using some other method?
    What carrier are you trying to use?
    Are they on this list: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1937
    If so, ask them.
    If not, you'll have to work it out with the carrier.

  • How to access VMs in pay-as-you-go after they were created during free trail and trail ended?

    I created a pay-as-you-go subscription but I'm still unable to connect to the VMs made during the free trial. My only option available when I select a VM is to delete it. What must I do to access the VM? Thanks.

    Please check your subscription is not in suspended status. Also  I suggest you could  connect to Azure support ASAP, it's free, and it's the best choice for you.

  • Verizon iPhone 5s - in UK - enabled Global voice and data plan (pay as you go) - no service

    Situation is as stated in the title.  I have taken my iPhone 5S from the US to the UK, and before leaving I added the free pay as you go global feature to my plan.  However, now that I am here, the phone says "No Service" and I can do nothing with it related to voice or data unless I am on WiFi.  Live Chat is not working.  I tried dialing the 800 number from my international flip phone and it cannot recognize my push button menu selection tones and so hangs up on me (no provision for accessing a customer service rep or vioce recognition).
    Any thoughts on how I can get my phone up and running while I am here?

  • IPhone 3GS pay as you go

    A friend of mine just gave me her old iPhone 3GS to replace my broken Samsung intensity 2. I have been a long time verizon customer and wish to keep my service with them. I know to upgrade to a smartphone I will need to upgrade to a smart phone pay as you go plan vs the basic pay as you go plan I currently have, but I'm curious if I can even activate to particular phone on the verizon network. I've been looking around online and feel I'm getting conflicting information since the iPhone 3 has already become so outdated for most people. When I turn the phone on it says I need a SIM card. I've never had one with any of my verizon phones, but from what I've seen I can go and ask for one at the store. If getting the 3G LTE SIM card enough to get this phone working with the verizon network?

    Im sorry to say this but it will not work.  The reason why, Verizon Wireless only uses CDMA networks in the United States.  The iphone 3GS (model A1332) works off GSM networks only and has no CDMA compatible radio in the unit.  And even though Sim cards may look the same,  Verizon LTE Sim cards only work on CDMA LTE phones.  the 4G LTE simcards will not function in a GSM only phone without a "CDMA 4G LTE" radio built in the handset. 
    Verizon Wireless will offer international sim cards to be used in a unlocked GSM phone or a compatible world phone ( phones with both CDMA and GSM radios built in )but those sims only work overseas and not in the United States.   The iPhone 4s A1387, and the CDMA iphone 5 A1429 are Apple's examples of world phones that are compatible with Verizon both here in the United States and Overseas.   Hope this helps.

    I have a basic, non-smart phone with the pay-as-you-go plan (pay $100, good for one year, all calls 25 cents a minute.) It is an older Audiovox 8615 CDMA phone that is mobile-web enabled, but it will not handle apps such as MyVerizon. Incoming and outgoing calls work fine. Voicemail works fine. Text works fine. I have had this account for two years and have been very happy with the service.
    Problem: I can no longer reach *611 (add money, check balance), or #225 (check balance). I get an "All circuits are busy, please try your call again later" message. I first noticed this several days ago and have reported it and have a repair ticket in, but was wondering if anyone knows what might be going on here? I have internet service and a laptop, so can still use the Verizon Wireless web site to manage my account. However, I believe I should still be able to check my balance or add funds using the phone itself, as I have in the past. Thoughts?

    Just got off the phone with Verizon Prepaid customer service rep who called to report on my trouble ticket. The problem is most likely my phone and not the network. She suggested doing a  factory reset on the phone and if that does not resolve the problem, I'll need to get a newer phone. Just posting this follow-up in case others have a similar problem.

It is a Samsung F480.On three separate occasions I have rang customer services and have been assured they would sort it in a couple of weeks. No further communication was received each time.Then I tried our local EE shop in town. The staff left me in no doubt that there was no way they could help and I needed to contact customer service again.Three weeks ago I filled an online request, got an acknowledgement, and waited again. After ten days I was asked to redo my online because the IMEI number was not correct. I dispute that.Anyway I resubmitted my request, again after 10 days I have another text my IMEI number is not correct.I have obtained the IMEI number again by dialing *#06# how do I submit it to my application to unlock?There is no way I can find to do this. I have given up with customer service.Forgot to mention I have the required £8.99 in credit to pay for unlocking.Please help.

A lady rang back within 5 minutes asking if I was happy with the service. I had to say I was reserving judgement. Again she assured me she would be in touch in a couple of days.Hopefully this time I may get a result. Do I need to be paying for muse all the time for in browser editing to work?

    Use of https://inbrowserediting.adobe.com is not dependent on having an active Muse subscription. Your client can continue to use it after your Muse subscription expires.

    Is the return authorized by the company?  If yes, what are the terms of return. If the company has a explicit policy like:  "Only replacement, but no credit", your logic can stand.  The reason could be that the item once opened, cannot be or should not be reused.  Like onetime-use plastic molds. Once molded, it has no value. Or opened onetime-use sanitized surgical instruments. 
    Another scenario I can think of is that it is a custom made goods.  For example, you want a chopping board with your name engraved on it, Before delivery, the maker takes an approval from you after showing the design work.  You approve the design, and give a go ahead. In such a scenario, the product is of no use to the seller.
    Any any of the case, like Moazza said the policy should be very explicit.

    My free trial expired and I added a pay-as-you-go subscription to my account. I can't figure out how to top it up by, for example, 10€. Alternatively, I would like to just pay whatever it costs to start the VM I have, grab a file on it and then shut down
    the VM so even paying by the minute would be better. How could I do either of these things?
    Just to clarify, after adding this subscription, I still don't have the ability to turn on my VMs. I only have the "delete" option when I select one of them.

    Base on my experience, when we remove the spending limit, Windows Azure begins charging for services at the pay-as-you-go rate when your credits are used up. Charges continue until credits become available for use at the next billing cycle, or until you

  • Standard sap BACK, CANCEL icons affected by custom status - why?

    Hello SDN Community,
    I was trying to clean up some items in the Function List display of my custom status and I had deleted a couple of items that I had created incorrectly.
    After that, I ran my transaction and clicked the standard sap EXIT icon.  It returned me to the initial SAP screen.   However, I noticed that the BACK and CANCEL icons were greyed out.  It was working fine 5 minutes before this.
    Would anyone know what I might have done to cause this to happen?  Things to look for, places to check?

    Both buttons (BACK, CANCEL) have function codes of the same name.
    The EXIT button has function code of "EXIT".
    All three are active as long as my transaction is running and they function fine from any screen (about 6 screens).
    However, when I hit any one of the three (BACK, EXIT, CANCEL), it returns me to the SAP Easy Access screen.  On that screen BACK and CANCEL are greyed out.  EXIT is active.
    When I hit back from my first screen, my program does "LEAVE PROGRAM".   So I turned on debugger and put SY-PFKEY in the variable display and hit BACK.  It went directly to Easy Access, so I didn't see anything.  However, when I typed in SE38 in command line, it was still in debugging mode and "SESSION" showed up in debug variable display for SY-PFKEY.
    Program for easy access is SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION and when I looked in SE41 for status SESSION, found it.  I can see function code settings, but not sure what it means.
    Looks like I managed to mess something up internally when I deleted those incorrect function codes because my program works fine.  Its when I return to SAP that this happens.
    Also tried logging off and logging on in hopes that it was transient, but still happening.  8-(

    Hi SAP gurus,
    I would like to manage custom status in sales order positions.
    I used the customizing SALES-> SALES DOCUMENTS -> Define and Assign Status Profile.
    I created my schema with 3 different status, and I would like that one of these status blocks the requirements in MD04.
    Does any one of you can help me?
    I would like to avoid using rejection reason, because the position is not rejected, it is only in a status that should not create any production requirement.

    I could play with user exits taking into account your suggestion.
    But before approacing to exits I would like to understand the possibility to use statuses (the position has really to pass from one status to another), like a release procedure where statuses must be tracked.
    Example: Custom Status A "draft", the position is active, but no requirement
                   Custom Status B "approved", the position is active, but with requirements
    If anyone has other info about this topics...

     i am a loyal verizon customer. fios at home, mobile phone plans etc. purchased a xoom, full price. why have a data plan when i have fios at home and can get free wireless at work and local places. But, I would like to activate the 3/4 g when i travel. why do i have to pay an activation fee? I noticed ipad2 has no activation fee. why can,t xoom owners have a true pay as you go plan? Why can,t verizon come with a plan that helps loyal customers? Boo to activation fees........

    Ipad 2 has a promo right now for free activation. Xoom doesn't that is why.  The reason for the activation fee  is when you activate and get a new MTN the only idea I can think of is to simply activate 1 time and just suspend without billing when your not travelling.  AT&T and all the other carriers have the exact same plans and fees we do so you will get the exact same every were else.  ( Sorry if you have been trying to figure this out for a while)

    I use EE Pay as you go SIM for my iPhone 5. I bought data pack of  1GB, 50min, 50text for 10 pounds and it still remains around a week.I bought iPad and I inserted this SIM card to it, I intended just for test. It was worked at first but after a while there was message "To use data on your phone, you'll need an add-on or pack...." and stop connecting to internet.I re-inserted this SIM to iPhone but the data pack was removed. I went to my account and it said "Sorry, something's gone wrong. Could not get credit and pack information". I waited more than one day but nothing changed.Can I have suggestions what I should I do?

    At last I gave up remaining data around 250MB 8days and I just left the SIM card in iPad and will use remaining balance for 1GB 1Week data access. I don't want to pay to contact service only for recover status, I wonder why EE doesn't provide email contact for this matter. I don't want to top up this SIM card again so it will be discard after finish remain.My experience suggest Don't try to use your SIM for smartphone in iPad, otherwise you will lost your package. I don't know whether EE mentions about this rule.
