Info is being reposted if web page is refreshed after submission

Question

hey all
i just finished my first web app. its a basic web app that gets input and puts it into the DB and refreshes the page with the new info on it. now, once you submit the info once, if u press refresh and click ok (this page as to repost data...) and same info gets submitted into the DB again. is there a way to keep this from happening?

here's the code

<input type="submit" value="Tag The Wall"  />there is obviously more code, but the rest just deals with the input text fields. there are 2 fields where users type info in, and 2 hidden fields with logging information that is sent back to the db trhough the web page
