Infoprovider to report on sourced and unsourced invoices

Hi Everyone
i am trying to find the most suitable infoprovider to report on sourced and unsourced invoices 
For sourced invoices (where a Purchase Order exists) i required spediture at PO line item level
i have tried 0FIAP_C03 / 0FI_GL_O02 but am struugling
Any ideas/help will be appreciated

Hi Pushpa.
If you enhance the FI_GL_4 extractor with the field EBELN (PO number), you can use the FIGL_o02 dso (of course you would have to enhance that too and map the fields..). Then look-up the accounting doc number in AP_o03 dso to get the vendor.
You can build custom cubes on top of the GL_o02 dso to let the users report on it. But you will need to do some filtering of the data, to get it right...

    According to your description, you are using Enterprise Core edition and you are prompted that you can’t use remote data sources.
    In your scenario, we neither ignore your point nor be doubt with what you say. But actually we have met the case before that even though the SQL Server engine is Enterprise but the reporting services is still standard. So I would recommend you to find the
    actual edition of reporting services you are using. You can find Reporting Services starting SKU in the Reporting Service logs ( default location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\<instance name>\Reporting Services\LogFiles). For more information,

    Hi,
    Is there any report specific to see the contra made for AP and AR invoices.
    Also, please let me know the transaction code to clear the Vendor AR and AP contra invoice.
    Please advise on the other reports , may be a list of reports available.

  • AP register report with PO and related invoices

    Hi SAP gurus,
    Business wants a AP register report, listing all processed invoices related to a PO.
    Basically they want to see the PO no. and invoices on the same report.
    I have tried to find a std report but couldnt. Please suggest if there is any such report or if not how I can get it thru may be SAP query. Also please give me step by step procedure to right a SAP query.

    If you want to do this from Finance an idea is to make sure the PO number is being written to the assignment field of the Vendor line item.
    This can be done simply by making the correct selection for the sork key of the recon account for Vendors.
    Once you are happy that the PO number is being added into the field, you can run an open item report per Vendor and sub total it by Assignment, thus giving you a break down by PO number.

    Error message says it all.
    With SQL Express, Data source should be local SQL DB.
    With SQL Enterprise, Standard, BI edition, you can create Data soruce which are hosted on other servers.

  • FBL5N Review Open and Cleared Invoices per Customer

    WHen one of our users goes into FBL5N to review open and cleared invoices he adds the WBS and the Profit Center. When the report runs it is blank. I looked at the invoice itself and the WBS and Profit center is on the invoice but I don't know why it doesn't show up on the report. Can anyone tell me why this happens? Do I need to make any kind of adjustment before running the report?

    I looked at the VF03 and there is a WBS and Profit Center on the Invoice. If this report shows Open and Cleared invoices then it should bring what is on the invoice in the report but doesn't.

    I have installed reporting services 2012 in SharePoint 2013 integrated mode. I need to create a report data source and upload it to a data connection library using
    C#.
    As I know it uses the ReportingServices2010 class but I cannot explore a reporting server url.
    There is a ReportingServices2010.asmx file in the 15 hive though.
    Also it works fine when I manually set the data source.

  • Report on Position and the corresponding Job

    Dear Friends,
    There were some positions which are wrongly assigned to some Jobs. For e.g.: an Account Superintendent position is assigned to a Stenographer Job. So we would like to find out which position is assigned to which job.
    Is there any report through which we can obtain the positions and to which Job they are assigned to. We have 900 odd positions. So if we get those positions and their corresponding job then we can check whether they are correctly assigned or not.

    Just as the error message said, “The edition of Reporting Services that you are using requires that you use local SQL Server relational databases for report data sources and the report server database”. Because the remote data source support feature is only
    supported in Enterprise, Business Intelligence and Standard editions. Express with Advanced Services can only use Express with Advanced Services (local only) as the Database Engine instance to host the database.

    you can use FBL1N,
    From there you can view following things:
    1. Vendor Invoice = Reference
    2. Document type = KR and RE for Invoices
    3. Po Number
    4. Amount
    you can enable there many fields as per your requirement.

    AFAIK Oracle EBS does not keep that sort of info. When looking for the payment you may know that both documents were included in that payment. But when looking at the the invoice or at the DR/CR Memo you will not see any cross reference between them.

    I am having this issue even though General Ledger Journal Entry Summarization is set to "No Summarization" and in SLA the Line Type is set in detail for Transfer to GL. Have you come accross a specfic example like this? Can you please guide me to what the problem may be?
    None of the GL reports is showing the Source and Line Item details.

    Did you set the application context properly?

    I am hoping someone can provide me with a clear answer for this.
    Lets assume..
    1. We are running crystal reports server 2011 and BW 7
    2. We want to publish a report in the BI Launch pad so users can view it
    3. Can we create a crystal report in the report designer with the data source as BW 7 then upload it to the reports server and have it run on-demand and Run over night?
    Can anyone shed some light in this area?

    Crystal Reports Server is not supporting the SAP Integration Kit. You will need BusinessObjects Edge or BusinessObjects Enterprise

  • Difference between tax amount shown on VAT report and the invoice

    We observe that there is a difference of rounding off between the tax amount shown in the invoice and the one shown in the VAT report.
    We have to manually adjust this tax amount since the Tax authorities do not accept any difference in the VAT report and the Invoice.

    There are 2 things: Pricing Procedure and Tax Procedure.
    Pricing Procedure tell system about the what and how the price to calculated for material in PO. In this pricing procedure the conditions NAVS / NAVM as pertainin to tax applicable on the PO price. These conditon display the tax. The tax is calculated based on tax procedure. Tax procedure acts as a master and there is one tax procedure for one country. For this tax procedure there are tax codes defined. Tax codes means using the same tax procedure but changing value of various conditions and omiting some if required.
    Eg. TAXINN is tax procedure for India. Based in this procedure many tax codes are defined for 12% vat, 6% vat , no vat etc.
    So what kind of tax will be applicable on the PO is governed by tax code which is mentioned in Invoice tab (tax code) its a 2 character code.
    Based on this tax code taxes are calculated on PO net value and then the tax amount is displayed in pricing procedure by conditions NAVS / NAVM.
    MWST is condition for Input tax. If you are using tax code then MWST is not to be used.
    Tax code becomes useful while doing MIRO as there is an option of inserting tax code. So the tax on PO net value will be calculated automatically.

    we create expense reports in AP then run the expense report import program to transfer them to the invoices
    i know them through
    the invoice number entered in the expense report and the invoice number in the invoices table
    and the employee in the expense and the vendor in the invoices(through the employee table)
    BUT,
    some times we change the invoice number after the expense transfered to the invoice
    i ask if exist relation columns between ap_expense_report_headers_all and ap_invoices_all directly?
