Insane object error(The string control not getting any values)

In LabVIEW 8.2 i am using the string control to get the text from the users, and initially there was no problem at the time of development it works perfectly, after building the installer,
these string controls are not getting any string input, it seems like a disabled one, but actually it was not disabled, when we try to click over that through the mouse,
that text inputting cursor was not blinking over there,I screen looks as below, some error messages are thrown from the LabVIEW like insane object error, even
now there was the same problem in the source code itself, what to do rectify this. Only this part generates error all other remaining screen panels are working perfectly.

This kind of problem can be a pain to locate. This often occurs when the wiring to or from a control or indicator is bery long, convoluted and hidden inside of structures or behind things. So first, you need to identify which VI specifically is generating the error by individually saving VIs and subVIs until you find the one that is generating the error. Now try and remember the last time that VI saved without a problem and what edits you made since then. Places where I have had this occur was when I drag-copied a control and a couple VIs into a small structure. Sometimes the wires would seem to conect up properly, but when I tried to save the VI I got this error. The solution was to disconnect all the wires associated with the VIs I had copied and rewire them.
Also, can you post the VI that is doing it? Shouldn't need the subVIs for this...

Now, looking at the source document library, this document has the field in question set to String, so why has it been marked as a Time filed type in the expiort file?
Is anyone aware of any issues with the Export-SPWeb commandlet?

Hi Richard,
According to your description, the error occurred when you ran the Export-SPWeb command.
I recommend to verify the things below for troubleshooting:
Save the document library as an template(include content) and create a new document library based on the template, then run the Export-SPWeb command to export the new document library to see if the issue still occurs.
Did this issue occur with other document library? If not, you can delete the string field with error, then run the Export-SPWeb command to narrow the issue scope.
As a workaround, you can save the library as a template and deploy it to the site collection where you want to move the library, then create the new library in the site collection.

OWHS table not getting any value in PLD

Even if you get the OWHS table you wont get the address format as you desire. That is complete concatenated address. It will be like city, street, country like that.....

On the surface it is an error from a memory space of the binary/non-managed code, so nothing can be really concluded based on what you decided to share with us.

Definitely it is cardinality problem, please check that... Try to understand below points to avoid such error.
When a node is created in the context of a Web Dynpro component, the cardinality of the node is specified. The cardinality defines how often a node is to be instantiated at runtime u2013 that is, how many elements of this node are available at runtime.
u2022        1u20261          Only one element is instantiated.
u2022        0u20261          At runtime, no more than one element is instantiated, but it is also possible that no element is instantiated.
u2022        1u2026n          n elements can be instantiated, but at least one element must be instantiated.
u2022        0u2026n          The number of instantiated elements of the context node can vary.
The cardinalities 0..n and 1..n correspond to the declaration of an internal table. The cardinality 1..1 corresponds to the declaration of a structure.

Oracle error: The listener could not find any available service handlers...?

I'm running Coldfusion 8 and Oracle XE 10, both on IIS 7.
Every so often, I get this message:
[Macromedia][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-12519 The
listener could not find any available service handlers that are
appropriate for the client connection. One possible cause for this
error is that the server was not configured for the specified
server type (shared/dedicated).
I can restart the OracleServiceXE service and it works fine.
However, I have no clue what is causing this. I believe it all
began once I started using CFSCRIPTS and running queries using that
instead of CFML. Would anyone know what COULD cause this error to
happen and what I should look out for? I am new to Oracle and CF
btw.
Also, I can access it fine through the oracle homepage, but
when I attempt to connect to it from the coldfusion administrator,
it cannot establish a connection to that data source. It is only
after I restart the service that things go back to normal. Thanks.

Not getting any value in my method

        I wnat to use attributes value Company code in my custom method in the BUS ZZBUS2081 . company code is key field of another BUS BUS0002. For that I am using swc_get_element CONTAINER 'CompanyCode' COMPANYCODE. but when I am executing BUS zzbus2081,attributes value is populated but i am not getting this value in my custom method. please help.

You can try to do some thing like this
1. First if you want to access the key element of the BOR then first import the instantiated BOR from which you want to access the attributes.
In your case it is BUS0002
DATA:    lv_obj    type swc_object.
swc_get_element container '<name of the instantiated BOR>' lv_obj.
2.once you have the instantited bor element in the Mehtod then make use of the macro
SWC_GET_PROPERTY
please check the below snippet
swc_get_element container     '_Workitem'          lv_wi_object.
swc_get_property lv_wi_object 'Workitemid'         lv_wiid.

HT4356 When I try to set up my itouch I get an error message itunes store unknown error 310. I don't have wieless so I hooked the ipod touch up to the computer with the USB port when instructed. But then get the error message and can not get any further.

Error message 310 is happening on my mac book and I am unable to set up my new itouch.

If you are running Tiger, you don't have time machine.
You need to get something like SuperDuper! or Carbon Copy Cloner (sorry, I don't have a handy link for CCC but you can Google it to get their site) to make a clone of your drive on the external and then do incremental backups. The free versions do a lot and you can upgrade to the full-service versions for small change if you need more. The one time I used SuperDuper! for cloning a volume it worked just fine.
(My backup application is the last PPC capable version of Retrospect, which does a credible job, or has over the past ten-twelve years.)

I don't get VI errors but I am not getting any display.

This is the problem that I am having, nothing seems to come into the Image Pixels (U8) on the Front panel. I don't get an image, the image box just stays white and nothing at all comes up for the pixels. What do you think is going on? I was wondering where I could probe the VI so that I could figure out if anything from the image is getting through. Where would I do that? I want to make sure the VI is getting something from the IMAQ board. Also what kind of probe would be the best to use? (I know it depends on what I am probing).

New SP Custom List results in Power Query Error: Expression.Error: The key did not match any rows in the table.

I'm running into something that seems to be a bug in Power Query. I've got my Power Query tables from SharePoint lists into Excel and Power Pivot data model. (Making sure the SharePoint site is in English and I replace MMD columns with normal columns).
But then, when I close down Excel, add another custom list to SharePoint, open the Excel workbook and want to add that new custom list using the same connection (via recent data sources).
It shows the newly added custom list in the explorer but with an error:
Nothing I can do to fix this; restarting Excel or PC; nothing.
The only way I got around this was by removing all my existing data sources and re-create them..
after that, the same SharePoint custom list WAS read with Power Query without an issue.

Its because of recent updates to Power Query.
In recent updates internally their is some change in syntax for reading particular table from list (I faced this issue while reading data from Excel file, i.e After applying recent update of Power Query my Queries which were working fine before starting
throwing same error that yo are facing).
As solution their is small tweak to be done in existing queries, instead of recreating all queries. If you can provide me your complete old query from Advanced editor then I can point to tweak that need to be done.

TS4425 I tried this on my iPad. The but did not get any terms and conditions. Photo stream works fine on the iPad but not on Apple TV. What do I do?

Followed the instructions but they don't work. On the iPad I got no new T&Cs and it works fine. So I have no means to agree the new T&Cs and because of that it does not work on Apple TV.

Personally I think the iOS devices are poor at reconnecting - Airplay establishes that a link is available but when the iPhone/iPad has been away from the house and rejoins the network i think AppleTV already thinks it's connected with a different IP address and fails to recognise it has joined the network again with new credentials.
Something along those lines anyway.
I find that a combination of restarting AppleTV, router and iOS device tends to fix it, but not for everyone.

BI Publisher Word Template The report does not contain any data fields.

I have OBIEE BI Publisher report (10.3.4) working fine using BIP but using MS Word 2003 I want to create new template and want to add charts etc.
Step 1. In MS Word I successfully login Oracle BI Publisher as Administrator
2. Oracle BI Publisher -> Open (I open the report)
3. Go to Insert -> Table Wizard
I get this error:
The report does not contain any data fields. Please make sure that the reports generates data with the default settings or provide a valid XML file.

Standar ws ProjectByPartyQueryResponse_In is not returning any values

Hi gurus,
I'm trying to use the standar webservice ProjectByPartyQueryResponse_In in our landscape in order to get all the projects related to the person responsible for the project but the web service is not returning any values.
When I execute the service -using soapui- with the following values (or any other value for that matters):

The web service always returns :

The party Id exists and also de party role code and there is at least one project that has that party with that role. I'm sure because I use other web service to find a project by id and in the result the project has the <Party> section with those values.
I was looking for solutions, notes, threads in forums with no success, then i decided to debug the webservice and I did find the following line in the webservice code.
SELECT objnr INTO TABLE it_data FROM ihpa
WHERE parvw = role_code AND
         parnr = party_id AND
         obtyp = 'PDN'.
when that line executes the select always returns 0 values, then I look in the table IHPA using the SE16 without any filter and I found that my records exists!! but the select does not get it. I was wondering why the select is not working and then I filter the data in the SE16 using the same values that the query does
for example:
PARVW= ZA
PARNR = 20000143
OBTYP = PDN
And I was surprised when the SE16 did not found any value even I was seeing in the previous screen with no filters!!!! And I supouse thats why the webservice is not working. I started making filters one by one, for example firts filtering just de PARVW = ZA and works, but when I filter just the PARNR = 20000143 the SE16 can't find any value, just when I put an * at the end of the number the SE16 returns all the values expected, Im guessing that the fields in the database has blanks at the end but this is a standar table and a standar program.
Have any of you had the same problem? is there anything that I can do? does anyone knows if this is an unkown bug? becaus I could'n find any note on the marketplace.

The problem were solved but not using the Badi, because the badi only let you change the value of the var party_id and that var is declared as PARNR (of type numeric with length 10), and no mater wat you do the two 00 can´t be removed.
We solved the problem with an enhancement point in the code at the method "party_get_data", look at the beginin and at the end. We just change the type of var used for party_id.. now we use a CHAR one insted the numeric used by the original code.
And we repeat the select...
