Insert single coloum into 3 different coloum using a simple query

Question

Hello All.
My problem is that.i have a table in which 3 coloums (Empno,Amounts,Codes) and table is like that.
Empno Codes Amounts
1 100 100
1 101 200
1 102 100
2 100 250
now i want to insert this data in a table like that...
empno amount(code 100) amount(code 101) amount(code 102)
1 100 200 100
so Please tell how to write a query for this problem.

  7  from   tbl
  8  group by id;

         1        100        200        100
