$insertGoTo problem, direct based on id

Question

I have a product list that can be accessed by catID like so
prod-list.php?cat=3
when a new product is added to that category it is currently just directing to  prod-list.php like so
$insertGoTo = "prod-list.php
i need it to direct ti the category based in the id.
i have tried this
$insertGoTo = "prod-list.php?=$row_rsCat['catID']";
but am getting errors
can someone help?

Something like this maybe?
(NOTE: you should explicitly list column names from both
tables instead of using *)

Also, not sure what you are expecting -1 = <cfqueryparam
value="#URL_COURSE_ID#" cfsqltype="cf_sql_numeric"> to do.
