Inside Loop, how to stop processing the current record but the next one?

We want to know which statement/command that can exit the current record processing in a loop and start to process the next record in the loop?
We've tried exit, but it jumps out the whole loop. We have tried Resume, but this command doesn't exist in ABAP.
Any idea?

We have a re-accuring issue where there is no budget in the current year but the system is letting receipts go against the budget. We need to know how this happens and a resolution as to how we can get it to stop. We can't have purchases against projects that do not have a current year budget.
PO created and delivery date has been in the month of Dec07 and goods received / Invoicing in Feb08 we dont have budget for 2008 but when we check in 2007 we have current budget.

I also opinion same as Ashish.
Budget availability will come alive when you create a PO. If Budget is available in year 2007, it will allow you to raise a PO. When you do GR, No cost postings happen. If you use Valuated Project stock, Qnty and value will sit in Project stock. To my knowledge, Budget availability will not check , cost in stock.
Try and do the GI to project. See if it is throwing an error. Becoz when you do GI, actual costs gets posted. ( if you r using valuated project stock).

I have my Droid Ultra set to automatically detect what time zone I am in and the current time, but the messages that I receive say that they are coming in an hour early, so it doesn't keep a chronological order to them, is there a fix to this issue??

So just like the title says, my phone is getting the received times wrong for incoming messages, this happened after I took a tip over time zones, anyone know a fix to this issue or had this happen to them?

How to stop process chain, if it is taking too much time than expected.

Some times if a process chain takes to much time to finish than expected, how I can stop the process chain and execute it again.

If the job is running for a long time ,
1)GOTO RSMO and SM37 and check the long running job over there.
2)There you can see the status of the job.
3)If the job is still running you can kill that job
4)delete the failed request from data target.

Could you please let me know how to get the Current user on the UI input page , i need to display the current user ID when some one clicks the submit button, i want o get the current user to display in the javascript alert box.

and in my UI page

and my javascript

alert(curUser);
and i have called this function on my submit button, but i am not able to get Current Logged User ID value to show in the alert nor able to show the current logged user on the UI page.
my requirement is on custom UI page i need to show Current Logged User in one corner of the page and also need to show the same user in alert when he submits the button.
Appreciate for the help.

Report page - 1
Form page - 2
Now, when I do Create / Update on Page 2,....the control is back on Page1.
Suppose in the Report Page (Page1)..we have 10 records....NOW how should I highlight the CURRENT RECORD in Page 1 with some color to identify the record which I have updated/created just now...

You could do that with a custom report template. I've done that here: [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=267:175]
Go to Shared Components, Templates and create a new Report template as a copy of your existing one. Then edit your template. In the above example, the Column Template 1 setting was:
<td #ALIGNMENT# headers="#COLUMN_HEADER#" class="t18data">#COLUMN_VALUE#</td>I copied this into the Column Template 2 setting and updated the Column Template 1 setting to:
<td #ALIGNMENT# headers="#COLUMN_HEADER#" class="t18data" style="background-color:red; color:yellow;">#COLUMN_VALUE#</td>I then set the Column Template 1 Condition to: Use Based on PL/SQL Expression
and the Column Template 1 Expression to: '#EMPNO#' = '&P178_EMPNO.'
(In my example, P178_EMPNO is the single item on the linked to page.
Save those changes and go to your report and change its template to the new one. As long as a selection has been made and P178_EMPNO has a value, the condition will make sure that the report uses the first template for the row with the matching EMPNO value. All other rows get the template from Column Template 2.
