Hi,
It is documented here:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn646972.aspx
Under Create a software deployment,
In the Microsoft Intune administrator console, click
Software > Managed Software.
Select the title of the mobile device software that you want to deploy, and then click
Manage Deployment.
Note
When you select multiple items, and include both mobile device apps and computer software, you can only deploy the software as an
Available Install.
On the Select Groups page, select the user groups to which you want to deploy the software, and then click
Next.
On the Deployment Action page, select one of the following from the
Approval column:
Available install – The software will be made available for users to install from the company portal.
Required install – The software will be automatically installed on devices to which it is deployed.
To define a timeline for the software to be deployed, click the drop-down menu in the
Deadline column, and select one of the following options:
None: Deploys the software based on the agent policy settings.
As soon as possible: During the next synchronization, Microsoft Intune scans devices in the selected groups, and then deploys the software. For more information about how to schedule synchronization, see
Use policies to manage computers and mobile devices with Microsoft Intune.
One week: This option deploys the software package one calendar week from the current day.
Two weeks: This option deploys the software package two calendar weeks from the current day.
One month: This option deploys the software package one calendar month from the current day.
Custom: This option lets you set a specific date and time for the software package to deploy.
Important
Deploying software may take longer than expected. It can take up to an hour before newly deployed software is available to users.
Uninstall – The software will be uninstalled on devices to which this deployment is targeted (where uninstall is supported).
Not applicable – The software will not be installed automatically, or made available in the company portal.

How do i re-install the iOS app in the device which is avaliable in cloud?

If this application was packaged with an IPA file (iPhone App) then you will not see the application in the Company Portal, you'll need to use m.manage.microsoft.com from Safari to see and install the application.
If this app was one you created from the iPhone App Store, that application should be visible and you can initiate a reinstallation from the Company Portal.

  • Itunes 10.6 and iOS 5.1 the devices were no more recognized by itunes

Since I updated to itunes 10.6 and iOS 5.1 the devices were no more recognized by itunes (only be Win7 64bit) and the itunes 10.6 diagnose crashes the the programme

Try the link below, it solved a similar problem for me.  I think the problem is the iTunes 64-bit installer.  Step 5 fixed my problem.  Also running Windows 7 64-bit

it worked the first few times i did it but the next day after i closed out of itunes once, the device only appears when i plug in my phone.

Whenever a menu choice is grayed out, that is because you have Restrictions turned on in Settings.  Be sure to turn it off.
You are confusing an itunes store account with an icloud account.  You two can continue using the same ID for itunes (thus sharing purchased music, apps, etc.), but you really should have separate accounts (different IDs) for icloud, since an account is intended for one user to keep his/her devices in sync.
To create a new icloud account, go to
    http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
Then go to Settings>icloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.  (have restrictions turned off)  That will disconnect the device from the account but will not delete data in icloud or other devices.  Then sign in using the new ID.

This is so our guests cannot tamper or disable the device. We are already using Apple Configurator but their does not seem to be a way to lock down settings without a PIN.

There's a lot of restrictions information in Chapter 19 of the 4.2 User Guide.
    http://support.apple.com/manuals/#ipad
By the way, a more extensive version of the User Manual is available at no charge through iBooks.

Go into settings, general, and reset all content and settings and it'll wipe your device to 'out of box' state.

    No, you simply do not.

    Okay, your point?
What does that have to do with the initial issue?
Do you actually know what the issue is, or are you simply rambling?

  • HT201301 I see some iOS apps in the file sharing list for my iPad device but I do not see the same APP on the file sharing list of my other iOS device

There are some iOS apps appear in the file sharing list  of my iPad that does not appear in my iPhone file sharing list. Why is that and why iBook App does not show on the sharing list of my iPad?

The apps which show on the file sharing section on your iPad when connected to your computer's iTunes, you have exactly the same apps installed on your iPhone - they are not separate iPad and iPhone apps that you have installed on your iPad/iPhone, and only the iPad version supports file sharing ?
For iBooks, that won't show, it doesn't support file sharing. You can add ibooks / epubs / PDFs to your computer's iTunes library (the iBooks app if you are using a Mac with OS X Mavericks on it) via File > Add To Library, and you sync them to a device via its Books tab :
If you want to copy them off the device to your computer's iTunes (to the iBooks app on Mavericks) then File > Devices > Transfer Purchases will copy them over (that will copy PDFs and epubs from the iBooks app on your device, not just ibooks).

  • Important: A Mac is required to produce iOS apps for the Apple App Store

Another user asked if a Mac was required.  This is a sufficiently important topic, and I'm repeating my answer here for that reason.
My equipment in this world: a Windows 7 PC and an iPod Touch 4. So, I asked myself the same question.
I read iOS Development With Flash, by Dolce (Visual Blueprint publishing). The book is about a year old, so some screenshots are out-of-date, because Apple changed things since the publishing. The book is excellent, though. It walks you through the entire process of creating an iOS app, especially for Windows users.
    Here's the bottom line:
    - Using Windows, you can do the development using Flash CS5.5.
    - Using Windows, you can generate the certificates, provisioning files, etc. (it's not simple, but it's not hard).
    - You have to have an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad to test your app on.
    - Using Windows, you can use iTunes to transfer your app file from your PC to your device for testing.
    - Using Windows, you can use iTunesConnect (the website that lets you specify all your app details to Apple for their App Store).
    - YOU CANNOT UPLOAD YOUR APP FILE TO THE APP STORE WITHOUT A MAC!!!
Previously, Apple allowed you to upload your app using iTunesConnect, the website. THEY REMOVED THAT CAPABILITY.
Now, you must use Apple's Application Uploader (or whatever it's called) to upload your app file to the App Store (and, remember that Apple has to approve your app before they put it on their App Store).
The only way to get the Application Uploader, if I understand correctly, is to install the Apple Developer SDK. And, you can only install that SDK on a Mac.
So, this seems to be the last-ditch effort by Apple to force you to have a Mac to send your final app file to them for review and hopeful publishing on the the App Store.
If anyone knows otherwise, please correct this info.

In my previous thread you said
I didn't mean the P12 file that Flash uses. There are developer and distribution certificates that get installed into Keychain Access on the Mac, that the various developer tools can directly read. My suspicion is that Application Loader reads those, as part of the process of seeing if you're entitled to be uploading anything to that account.
Is there any clarification on this? Because in this guide it seems to suggest doing the signing up on the PC, and then using something called openSSL, also at the bottom there is a comment which says...
Just a note that it’s possible that this tutorial needs to be updated to accomodate new requirements from Apple. I was able to gain access to a Mac and I can now install the test app just fine. I followed this tutorial word for word once then again from scratch and was never able to successfully install the app to my iPhone. I did notice that if I pull a certificate generated this way into Apple Keychain the option to export a key is not there. So that’s likely where the problem lies.
So at a very rough (I'm new to AIR and iOS) guess I'm thinking sign up on the Mac, test on the iPhone via itunes again on the mac, and when the game is done, submit via the mac, but I can develop via the Flash CS5.5/AIR/Windows and create the necessary files which I will then have to port across to the Mac for any kind of submission/testing (on an actual device) ??
