Insurance agent

Hi all,
I have the scenario below:
I buy insurance for the staff in company. Assume the insurance agent is A company.
This company will be in charged with paying insurance for the staff through their personal bank accounts. Of course, at this step, they will send the insurance fee to us and we make the automatic payment to the staff's account.
The staff also use this bank account to receive their salary; and our company have to pay insurance fee monthly or yearly. This amount of insurance fee is calculated by % on their salary.
So we should create insurance agent as Vendor or Customer?
Should we create vendor account for every staff in the company?
We want to pay our staff monthly through their individual bank accounts; and we want to monitor the insurance fee we had to pay for each staff as well as the insurance amount the agent pay.
Please help.
Thank you very much.

In My opinion you should create this insurance agent account as "Vendor".
Also you need to open all the employees as vendors.
For regular salary you can use one document type such as "HR" representing salary and for Insurance you can use another docuemnt type such as "IS" which denotes the payment to Insurance.
From this you can use FBL1N with filter on Posting keys and Document types so that you can generate a report from the standard report.

I've just installed Oracle9i R2 Enterprise Edition and created a generic database, with OLAP option. However, I couldn't find OLAP Agent in Services. I've read "Oracle9i OLAP Services Concepts and Administration Guide for Windows". It only show me how to config OLAP Services Agent, not create one. Can anyone tell me how to create an OLAP Agent in Windows environment?
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Rick Hi Rick,
The easiest way to get the OLAP node in OEM is to install Oracle9i EE Release 2 with the Data Warehouse database configuration, not the generic database. However, I believe the following may work on your generic database in order to setup OLAP correctly:
    At the command line,
    CREATE TABLESPACE "CWMLITE" LOGGING DATAFILE
'/orahome/oradata/mysid/cwmlite01.dbf' SIZE 20M REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT
640K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT AUTO
    connect SYS/change_on_install as SYSDBA
    @/orahome/olap/admin/olap.sql mysid
    connect SYS/change_on_install as SYSDBA
    @/orahome/cwmlite/admin/oneinstl.sql CWMLITE TEMP;
NOTE: I have not tested the above scenario on my own but was told that it should work.
    Regards,
    Anthony

  • I m a insurance agent how to use my company product sales illustration program

How to use my company product sales illustration program ?

    Who knows? XD
You haven't mentioned anything about the program.
Why don't you ask your company for training? (if it is an inhouse developed program).
Otherwise, go to the website for the program. Use GooGle!

  • Buyer Beware: Insurance may not be worth it. Verizon doesn't honor loyalty. I report, you decide.

Asurion Insurance may not be worth it, and Verizon doesn't stand by it's loyal customers.
I've had a Motorola Droid (Original) for 2 years, and my contract just ended this month (March 2012).  My Droid's screen no longer accepts my touches.  After several reboots, battery removals, resets etc, the phone still won't recognized screen touches.  The Verizon rep at the store didn't know how to deal with it either.  "Sorry dude." was the reply.
We went over options of getting a new phone like the iPhone 4s or Droid Maxx etc, or doing an insurance claim. (I'm waiting a few months to see if the iPhone 5 is going to be worth another 2 year stretch). I was informed by the rep in the store and a rep on the phone that I would have to pay a deductible of $89 if I wanted to go that route.  So here's where I have an issue.  If I've had a phone for two years that by this time is obsolete, no longer sold and the model is worth a fraction of its original value, and if I've paid 6.99/mo for 24 months ($167.76), does it make sense for me to pay an additional $89.00 (= total of $256.76) deductible for a rehab'd old Droid?  Which is what was explained to me I may get.  "We have no control over the phone you receive". (new or refurbished)  So for me it's definitely not woth it.
I tried explaining this to the Verizon rep in the store and on the phone and they weren't sympathetic or possessed business savvy enough (or had the permission).  I was referred to Asurion, (as expected) and the Asurion rep jumped the price of the deductible up to $99.00.  The Verizon phone rep, and the Asurion phone rep both repeated to me several times "according to the contract that YOU agreed on, we will charge you $89.00/$99.00..."  The Verizon rep dumped me off on Asurion saying it's their insurance contract so I'd have to deal with them, since I didn't want to pay the deductible. The Asurion rep was just as "pass the buck" with "it's a contract you agreed to with Verizon not us," mentality.   Right away I called back to Verizon to get rid of my $6.99 insurance and they deleted it off my account.
Even when I informed them that I'm no longer under contract (I was even nice about it) and can go anywhere else the reply was "that's your decision."  Too bad for Verizon that they don't stand by their customers. Too bad for Verizon wireless their attitude is "if you want to leave, don't let the door hit you on the way out." I can tell this was something the reps are trained to say and say it often; their responses were automatic, sounded rehearsed and robotic.
I've been with Verizon for over 4 years (at least) so this attitude is a bit of stab in the back.  It's not good Verizon chose not to honor loyalty and stick by a customer who has completed at least two contracts.  Good news is, in this competitive environment, I can go anywhere for a phone, and service.
I can understand if you just bought a phone that's normally $500.00 retail (no contract) and it went bad.  Paying an $89-$99 insurance deductible is possibly reasonable depending on the circumstances, but not in my situation nor in other loyal customer situations in similar situation.
My take on it is;  find out about the manufacturer's warranty on a phone first before buying a phone.  The amount you'd pay for monthly insurance and deductible costs may not be worth it.  You may be better off having the manufacturer replace the phone, or just buying a new phone anyway.  Again...depending on your circumstances.
Good news is, I'm no longer under contract and looking around.  My girlfriend is with Sprint and they've replaced two defective phones with NO CHARGE at all.  Looks like I'll be looking at Sprint's website after this.

It amazes me how people can either sign up for something and not read/learn about it, or just assume that the terms will be ignored if they file a claim.
If I have a $500 deductible on my car and get in an accident, I will be paying that $500 deductible if my car is 1 month old or 10 yrs old. NO DIFFERENCE and my Honda dealership is not going to intervene with my insurance agent to see if "something can be done"!!!!!!!!

  • Asurion equals Worthless Insurance

I am just posting to advise EVERYONE carrying the Asurion Insurance package for their wireless devices to CANCEL THE INSURANCE IMMEDIATELY.
You are paying for NOTHING!  If you have an accident with your device, YOU WILL GET NOTHING from Asurion, except a BILL demanding that you PAY
FOR ANOTHER DEVICE, and at a price that is far more than what your device is actually worth.
My story:  My daughter accidentally dropped the iphone and the display and the back of the phone cracked.  We called Asurion and they agreed to replace the phone with a REFURBISHED model at a cost of $170.  As if the high monthly premiums of $13.00 per month were'nt bad enough, I had to fork over $170 for a REFURBISHED PHONE and give them the broken one.  Now, here is the RIPOFF PART--A BROKEN iphone of the type that my daughter had is worth only about $40.00 (in EXCELLENT CONDITION it's worth about $80.00). The net result is that I was forced to pay $210.00 for a replacement phone that is only worth $80.00:
                                                   I PAID                                                  ASURION'S COST
                        Premiums         $312.00                                                             0
           Replacement Phone        $170.00                                                       $ 80.00
           Returned Phone              $ 40.00                                                       ($ 40.00)
           Total                               $522.00                                                       $ 40.00
So it cost me a total of $522.00 to replace an iphone that was only worth $40.00 in its broken state.  In the meantime, Asurion made a profit of $482.00 off me and provided absolutely NO SERVICE FOR THE MONEY AT ALL. People please believe me-- Consumer Reports is right-- you DON'T need this ripoff insurance.  If you have APPLE products, please buy the APPLECARE. If other, look into extended warranty or even contact your homeowner or renter's insurance agent first. Don't let Verizon agents talk you into this garbage. It's worthless trash and the customer service STINKS!  For example, I just learned that my daughter's phone is covered under her student insurance.  For the love of heaven, GET RID OF ASURION. It's a SCAM and a ripoff.  I am considering legal action against them for this. . .

Bingo Brensgrrl!  Asurion is total garbage and Verizon is in bed with them.
    (1) While pitching to make a sale, a Verizon rep clearly spelled out that if you paid for the full coverage, you would be 100% covered if your phone was lost, damaged or stolen.  My fiance was right there --- she can vouch for all of this.  Who pays for coverage if the deductible is greater than the cost of replacement?  Total fraud ---> an intentional misrepresentation meant to induce reliance that causes damages.
    (2) After more than 3 years of paying for this "coverage," my phone starts malfunctioning to the point it won't work.  My Verizon phone had malfunctioned from the start, but those issues were semi-manageable --- but now the phone is hardcore flat-lining.  So I bring it in to Verizon to get that squared away thinking it'd be no problem, and that I was finally grateful to have paid for years of full coverage.
    (3) Guess what?  Verizon says it's not their problem --- you need to go through "Asurion" plus there'll be a substantial fee charged after it had been previously represented that I paid years for full and total coverage.  I'd never even heard of this third party "Asurion" --- my Verizon rep pitched it as if anything happens to your phone or it craps out ---- you're 100% covered.  Wrong.
    (4) Predictably, I go to Asurion - and they insist it's a Verizon issue, and it's not their problem.
Both sides say take it up with the other guy - not our problem.  Nice.
One other thing:  the Verizon staff, including the manager, were cackling and snickering throughout this whole process - including the waste-of-time call to "Asurion."  Apparently, it was quite amusing that another customer was getting hosed.
Completely worthless.  Garbage.  Utter trash.  Asurion is just a money pit with zero benefit.  And avoid Verizon - they intentionally deceive you for monetary gain.  And evidently, they feel customers being upset over this bait and switch tactic is rather hilarious.  Nice bed partners, huh?

  • Retina MacBook Pro Insurance

Im going to be buying a new Retina MacBook Pro in the next month or so and was wondering if anyone knew of any insurance programs (besides Apple care) that insure the device from accidental damage/theft. I don't have homeowners insurance or anything so I was looking for insurance just for the Mac. Thanks for any advice.

Your best bet is to talk to an insurance agent. If you don't have one currectly, one should be available locally.

  • HT201270 How to Insure iphone 5 in india?

    Hi Folks,
How To insure iPhone5 against theft or loss in India as a international coverage?
            Could somebody guide me?
             Thanks in advance.
      Regards,

Talk to your insurance agent for that coverage.
The Apple warranty is only good in the country the iPhone is purchased in and only covers material and workmanship. It does not cover lose, theft or damage.

My iPhone was stolen, I'm trying to find out if I'm still covered under my apple insurance - how do I do this without knowing serial number

Apple doesn't sell insurance. Maybe your homeowners or renters insurance would cover some of it. Check with your insurance agent.

  • Insurance after the 30 days of activation?

I hope someone has the answer to this. I am past the 30 days of activation as far as insurance goes. I now want to add it but can't figure out how to do that since all of the plans request that its within 30 days. Help!!

Good morning and thank you kaebfly for that information!
juliebanach7, as mentioned, insurance can only be added within 30 days of activation.  You are able to purchase the AppleCare; however, it will not cover the device if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.  For AppleCare protection and options, please view the following link: AppleCare
You are also able to contact Asurion, the third-party licensed insurance agency, to see if/ when there may be an Open Enrollment period.  This is not a guarantee; however, there have been times Open Enrollment is available.  You can contact Asurion at 888-881-2622, or you can contact them online at Asurion.
Many times, your device is also covered through your homeowner's insurance, or renter's insurance as well.  Therefore, you can also contact your insurance agent to get information and coverage details.  (To see if your wireless device is covered or if it can be covered.)
Lastly, if you purchased the device with a credit card, you may also be covered through the credit card company if something happens to the device.  Again, this is something you would need to research through your credit card company, but it is a possibility.
    Thank you,

  • HT4061 How can I find my IPad when it was stolen in Mexico? I havent activted ICloud or Find My IPad??

Hi my IPad was stolen today from my RV in Mexico. I havent activated ICloud or Find My Ipad. I am trying to report it stolen on line, but have not been able to do much yet. I have emailed to my home in Canada, asking people to look for my serial numbers.
Hi, i have just had my IPad stolen, last night. I am in Mexico, and didnt have my access password activated.  I dont have my  serial numbers yet, tho I am having people at home in Canada look for them. Unfortunately I did not set up ICloud, or Find My IPad on my devise. I don't have any other computer or devise. I am using my friends Apple computer now.
    So some questions...
if I send you my Apple Id, and my passoword, can you do anything to help me...  find my IPad?..., or lock it?... or at least report it stolen?
Would setting up I Cloud on my friends computer be of assistance at this late date.??
    Thank you so much
Do you have another other suggestions?
    Susan Holvenstot
Apple ID on my Ipad: [email protected]

You are out of luck, then. You cannot track it, Apple cannot help you (btw, this is not Apple here.) You can't set up Find My Phone after the iPad is gone.
Notify the police. Change all your passwords. Buy a new iPad.
Perhaps your insurance will cover the loss for you, so speak with your insurance agent.

  • So i recently lost my phone and i was wondering. does the warranty cover the loss of an apple product?

I recently lost my Iphone 4 and ive had it for only a few months now. does anyone know if the warranty will cover the phone and if i would be able to get a new one for free?

Your standard warranty does not cover loss or theft. For that you should have purchased insurance from your insurance agent. If you purchased the extended warranty, then look below to find your coverage limits:
    Apple - Support - AppleCare+ - iPhone

  • I bought an HP IMedia 2.6Gig, was stolen in burgalry. Now pc says not genuine os from backup. Ideas?

I built a pc out of bits and pieces, and the thieves left my external drive with backup os and sys image on it. After much tinkering, Microsoft is now saying my os (win 7) is not genuine. How do I get the stolen pc flagged and my bodged up 3Gig dual core I made from bits i'd saved acknowleged as the genuine puter?
Also, can the original IMedia be traced so I can a) send police to recover it or b) send it a virus or summut to deny it to the thieves. I don't think sending a virus or whatever to my own computer would be illegal.
I think I might even have the original reciept lying around somewhere, and still have all the accompanying booklets and things.
Any help would be most appreciated. technical analysis of this bodged up machine follows:
I was in hospital earlier this year, and my flat got robbed while I was away. My computer was stolen but I had a backup on a removable harddrive. I built a new computer out of spare parts and re-installed my software. But now im being told that it's not a genuine copy, but it is. Whoever stole my computer is using it illegally. I bought the computer (Hewlett Packard 2.6Gig Quad core Imedia) from PC world in Colchester. I reported the theft to the police, but they didn't catch anybody. It looks like someone is still using my computer though, and I was hoping you might be able to help me transfer the genuine status to this computer and perhaps give me some advice as to how to locate my old one. I'd rather like it back, but if this is not possible i'd like to be able to trace it to an address so I send the police there. I don't think its fair that the thieves are using my genuine copy and my backup is being listed as non-genuine.
I have done a report on the system I built, which is:

I would be very grateful if you could help me. I'm a sufferer of clinical depression and it was so bad I had to go into hospital for 5 months. Loosing my computer was really awful and although the police know who robbed me, they don't have any substantive evidence. If I could get this computer registered as the legitimate one, maybe the old one could be traced to an address using its IP or something. I think I might even have the original reciept somewhere from the PC world store in Stanway, Colchester from when I bought it. Can I get anything done to my stolen computer to make it inoperative if it can't be physically located?
    Best wishes,
    Mr L. J. Brodigan.

Sorry, but this is a peer-to-peer user support forum. HP maintains no official presence on the forum. There is no way to trace your stolen computer. Please file a claim with your insurance agent or company for the loss. They will require a copy of the police report.
The reason your OS is invalid is because it is tied to the motherboard in your stolen computer. The HP OEM Windows OS requires information in HP motherboard to cause the OS to activate. This is the way the OEM licenses works. The only proper way to correct this issue is to purchase a new copy of Windows.

  • HP Office Jet Pro 8600 N911g Unable to send or receive faxes

Product purchased on April 14, 2014 -  worked fine until July 03, 2014.  When I turned it on, I received the message "Unable to send or receive faxes"  All I can do is click OK.  I also lost the icon on the computer desktop a the same time.  The phone line is working.  I have a dial tone and can receive and make phone calls.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the software.  The icon is back on the computer desktop but still receive the same message "unable to send or receive faxes".  I don't use this feature much, but I will need it eventually......
Also, had HP look up the warranty status so I could find someone local to troubleshoot the issue.  HP said it was out of warranty - purchased in 2012!!??  I've sent in a copy of my receipt for proof of purchase, waiting for a reply from them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you!

    Hello,
I apollogize for taking so long to reply.  Life got in the way....school, health, holidays....
HP was NOT able to resolve this issue.  They sent me a replacement.  I was happy that they shipped it quickly (within days).  However, I was very unhappy with the replacement unit.  Although it looked new, the lid didn't feel tight and solid.  I thought it would break every time I lifted it.  I reinstalled everything, and it worked for a few days.  Then I started having different issues.  The scanner would not work properly.  It kept going into a "loop" and could not recover.  At first I thought it was because I was scanning multiple pages, but it also happened on single pages.  I do a LOT of scanning, more so than faxing.  I would have to shut the unit off - as in unplug it from the wall outlet - AND reboot my computer.  Then it would work for awhile.  The machine was also noisy when going into a print cycle.  I kept waiting for a paper jam.  I ended up calling HP Support and asking to speak to someone higher up the ranks.  No can do, until they go through the whole process of troubleshooting, an hour on the phone....all I wanted was another replacement - NEW.  Corporate was nice enough to replace the unit again.  However, they explained that there are NO NEW units upon replacement.  They are considered refurbished even if they are new, due to some "law".  Whatever.  Send me a unit that has a tight lid and works properly.  This unit took longer to arrive than the first replacement.  Long story short, worked fine for a short amount of time and then the same problems.  Now it gets hung up during printing AND scanning. (I have not bothered with the fax.)  In my opinion, it has to be a software problem within the unit.  It's a shame.  I really like the software program when scanning; through the years, I've tried Canon and Epson before returning to HP.
In my opinion, I think it is a KNOWN issue to HP and they are unable or unwilling to fix it.
My solution - I wasn't going to call HP and waste more time.  I went out and purchased something else for Christmas.
I will say that I had to visit my insurance agent when all this started, and I noticed that she has these units in her office - about four of them.  They work great, she has never had a problem.  However, she doesn't use them for faxing as she has a separate machine for that.  In a way, I wish I had kept my original unit and just given up my fax capabilities.  Hindsight is 20-20.  Hope my experience will help you make a decision.

  • Charged for a returned phone.

Before deciding to post this, I read many posts from other Verizon customers in similar situations. Before I go ahead and proceed further with an option on how to move forward, I am hoping to get more insight and advice from anyone willing to share theirs regarding my situation. Here it is:
I received a replacement phone back in late Sept. 2014, but due to other complications, I was unable to return the original phone as soon as they requested. I called Verizon at the beginning of Nov. and spoke with a rep and requested for an extension on the return of the original phone. The rep then told me that they would give me a 90 day extension FROM THE DAY WE SPOKE, which meant I had to return the phone before February, and if I returned it any later, I would be charged a late fee.
Fast forward to January 2015, and I am finally able to send back the original phone. Keep in mind, the day I sent back the phone, I was still within the 90 day extension allowance. The last week of January, Verizon shuts off all the phones connected to the account. Upon speaking with a Verizon rep, we are told that they have not yet received my phone and our lines would be disconnected until they receive the phone. I let them know that I had already sent the phone in at least a week prior to the shut off of our phones and didn't understand why it would take this long for them to get the phone. According to the label they provided for me, I expected for them to receive the phone no longer than a week after I sent it back. According to the rep, "due to weather conditions, delivery shipments may have been delayed". Then, the very next day, our phones are turned back on.
Here I am, about a month later, and our phones were shut off again. We paid the minimum fee and got our phones turned back on within a couple of hours of realizing our phones were turned off, but now we're confused as to why it was shut off again in the first place. I went to a local Verizon store and spoke with an employee about the situation. She calls Verizon Customer Service and has me speak to a rep who can better help me. According to the rep, I am being charged a $599.99 fee for the warehouse "not receiving the original phone". The rep was kind enough to do more digging for me, and he was able to find that the warehouse actually DID receive my phone, but because they received it later than expected, I am now being charged full price for the phone. Now, I understand that I was originally late in returning the original phone, but 1) I called and spoke with someone and asked for an extension (which was granted), 2) the warehouse has my phone, but still wants to charge me full price for it, and 3) they want to charge me full price because they received it a few days later than when they wanted. How is it my fault that the delivery was delayed because of weather? The rep did explain to me, though, that they count the "received date" as the date the shipment was postmarked. So, if that were true, then I still would have been in my 90 day allowance. Again, it's not my fault the warehouse received my phone late because of weather conditions.
Between talking to a store employee, talking to a customer service rep, talking to the insurance company, and then getting transferred to another Verizon Customer Service Rep, I have spent a good couple of hours, at least, trying to figure out how to fight this. I think it's unfair that I'm being charged full price for a phone that is no longer in my possession. And I even mentioned to the second customer service rep that if there are no other options to drop the charge and I absolutely have to pay the $599.99 fee, then I demand that they send me the phone back to me. If I'm being charged full price for the phone, then that means I'm buying it. Because I absolutely refuse to pay $600 for a phone that I do not have. I already had to pay full price for the phone I currently have (or rather, the original that I bought but ended up needing replaced) because I have unlimited data and upgrading would mean that I lose the unlimited data, so I'm willing to pay full price for the BRAND NEW phone that I'm purchasing at a Verizon location. I am not, however, willing to pay full price for ANOTHER phone that I do not even possess. However, the customer service rep informed me that I would not be able to get the phone back and that their warehouse had been the ones to deny to credit back the $599.99 fee after receiving the original phone. I asked for a contact number for their warehouse, since apparently, that is where the original phone is, but apparently, warehouse people cannot speak to customers.
I'm reaching my absolute boiling point with Verizon Customer Service. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, and this is the first time that I have had a major issue like this. And they seem to be unwilling to help me solve this issue. All I keep getting is "I can transfer you to our financial department so you can set up a payment plan to pay off the fee", but I refuse to set up a payment plan because that means I am agreeing to paying this ridiculous fee! Is there anybody in the Verizon community who can share their advice or opinion and help me out in figuring out how to move forward with this? I'm willing to speak to any and all employees, managers, supervisors, etc., but if all that is just going to be a waste of time, is there another option?
Thank you in advance for your help.
    A.A

    Kinquana_VZW,
I was told by a few reps that the phone that I sent back was, indeed, received in the warehouse. I was also told by the reps that there was absolutely nothing that could be done, I had to pay the fee, and that I would not be able to get the phone back despite me paying for it. That seems extremely unfair. 1.) A couple of reps told me that I would be considered within the extension allowance based on the date the package was post marked. However, another rep told me that that information is incorrect. How am I supposed to trust Verizon Customer Service if the employees aren't on the same page? A rep also told me that I needed to get in touch with Asurion insurance as they are the ones who billed the fee charge to Verizon, and Verizon is just "sending the message". However, upon speaking with an Asurion insurance agent, they informed me that Verizon is actually the one who is charging me the fee, not them. I'm tired of going back and forth between customer service reps and not getting any help or any answers. Please tell me how it is fair that Verizon is charging me the full price of a phone despite having it in their possession. Or how it is fair that despite me paying the fee, I am unable to gain possession of the phone I am pretty much buying.

  • How to store XML and search within tags

    My question
    ===========
exactly what steps do you need follow to take an XML doc, store
it, and query based on a tag value.
The 8i Intermedia text option Reference refers to
XLM_SECTION_GROUP feature. However, no examples are given. There
    is no user guide.
I searched Oracle's website and found one reference to
XML_SECTION_GROUP. The example given is a single row insert into
a CLOB column with a single pair of tags.
This whitepaper gives an example of an XML doc, and a query on
    it:
XML Support in Oracle8i and Beyond
    November 9, 1998
It doesn't list the steps in between storing the doc and quering
it. This is crucial to the whole thing: does XML_SECTION_GROUP
allow all nested tags below the top level to be sectioned and
indexed implicitly? Or do you need to tell Oracle about all the
tags you are interested in, in which case what value is added by
    the XLM_SECTION_GROUP?
Does Oracle have some better examples on this?
Below is text cut and pasted from the whitepaper.

Once instances of iFS file types (including XML-based ones) are
    stored in the database, their
content can be searched using standard SQL queries, and these
    files can be organized, browsed,
and versioned using familiar tools like the Windows Explorer.
So an insurance agent sees a

Any XML documents or document fragments saved into "text blobs"
    in the database can be
enabled for indexing by Oracle8i InterMediaFs ConText

enhanced for Oracle8i to allow developers to pinpoint their
searches to a particular section of a
document, where sections are implicitly defined by the XML tags

Since ConText is seamlessly integrated into the database and
    the SQL language, developers can
use SQL to perform queries that involve both structured data
    and indexed document fragments.
For example, Figure 6 shows the SQL statement you would write

Currently you cannot break apart an arbitrary XML doc and store
it into the database without using XSLT to create DDL to insert
it. You can create a schema and have XML be read and written to
it. Check out the XML SQL Utility available here for download.
As for the section searching, in 8.1.5 you can only get section
searching not hierarchical searches. interMedia in this version
doesn't understand the XML structure. This will come in 8.1.6.
