Integrating workflow within an ADOBE Interactive form

Hi experts,
We have a  Web-dynpro ABAP application which uses an Interactive Adobe form to enter personal and org data for HR. The form is now being used by HR personnel for  new-hire- employee's personal, organizational, and payroll information.  Eventually, the same form is filled out by three different person and one supervisor who validates and approve the   new-hire. In this application, we want to integrate workflow so that the job can be passed to the subsequent personnel. One thing we need to make sure that the adobe document passed to next person remain online with the sap back-end because there are a number of back and forth data transfer functionality implemented in the form.
In the above context is that feasible to integrate workflow with adobe form?  If its possible, what steps are required to implement it? If not feasible, are there any alternate in achieving the above mentioned objective?

Yes you can integrate your web dynpro applicaiton with business workflows.
The only thing you have to take care is the data. where you want to save the form data either it can be the workflow container or you can store in a custom table.
If you are using HR Application tables then you can directly read the data from those tables and populate on the form.
Abhi
