Internal error ORA-3135 and huge udump

I don't know if this should be addressed here in this forum rather then metalink, but anyway I will try.
I get an internal error and a huge udump trace-file (2 Gb), the situation is that I created a view with a reference to a package function in the where clause which causes the DB-engine to this internal error exach time I want to select from this view.
Now, the trace-file which is created is 2Gb, and I show hereby the first lines:

The block PACKAGE BODY SSU.PCK_APPREGISTRY:
repeats itself with little difference till the end of the trace file.
During creation of the tracefile the machine on which the DB works is busy with oracle taking up 99% of CPU and is hardly operable.
I could upload a zipped version of the trace file (still 50MB) but it doesn't contain a lot different info than the above subtract.
The error is consistent in that way that it is recurring each time I select form the view.
Can U help?

Found it, thread can be closed.
The problem was caused by a recursive call in a package body.

  • DUAL causes internal error ORA-00600

    Hi All,
    I am using oracle 10g database agains Forms6i, but in forms pl/sql when ever and where ever I use the DUAL in select statement
    i.e. SELECT sysdate INTO <variable> FROM DUAL;
    it always causes oracle internal error ORA-00600 ?
    However it the dual statement works fine in SQL Plus console.
    Any knows anything about this problem.
    Any help will be highly appriciated. Thanking you and Best Regards.

    Please go to the first reply above:
    Only the newest patch 17 runs against 10g databases without problems.
    Either upgrade to Forms 6.0.8 and apply patch 17, or else connect to an Oracle 8 or 9i database.

    I updated my itunes and now every time i try to play a song 'internal error' shows up and itunes quits. Please help me....

    Hi Dance4Life85!
    I have a couple of troubleshooting suggestions for you regarding this issue. First, I would suggest that you reinstall iTunes, according to the instructions in this article:
    OS X Mountain Lion: Reinstall apps that came with your Mac
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11201
    To reinstall iTunes, download it from the Apple Downloads website.
    Apple Downloads website
    Note that all you will need to do is download iTunes and install it again, it will install over the version that is on your computer right now without issue. If your issue persists, you may want to see this article about troubleshooting third-party plugins for iTunes:
    iTunes: Troubleshooting issues with third-party iTunes plug-ins
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3430
    Lastly, if neither of these resolve the issue, then you may need to recreate your iTunes library. More information on this can be found here:
    iTunes: How to re-create your iTunes library and playlists
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451
    Thanks for being a part of the Apple Support Communities!

  • SQL*Loader error ORA-00600 and ORA-26095

    Hi all,
    We have a problem with the SQL*Loader Utility. We use an 8i-Database (8.1.7) and SQL*Loader 9.2.0.1.0. We have no Trims or other functions active in the control file and do a direct path load.
    It used to work properly until this morning.
    Now we have the following errors (it is in German - but I can translate it):
    Satz 90153: Abgelehnt - Fehler in Tabelle SCHEMA1.T_IMPORT.
    ORA-00600: Interner Fehlercode, Argumente: [klaprs_50], [7], [], [], [], [], [], []
    ... about 50 equal errors
    Specify SKIP=90171 when continuing the load.

    ORA-26095: Nicht verarbeitete Stream-Daten vorhanden
    SQL*Loader-2026: Der Ladevorgang wurde abgebrochen, weil er nicht fortgesetzt werden kann.
    Specify SKIP=90171 when continuing the load.
    Trnaslation:
    00600 - Internal error code, arguments: ...
    OCI-Fehler = OCI error
    für Tabelle = for table
    ORA-26095: Nicht verarbeitete Stream-Daten vorhanden = Non processed stream data existing
    SQL*Loader-2026: Der Ladevorgang wurde abgebrochen, weil er nicht fortgesetzt werden kann. = Load process has been cancelled as it cannot be continued.
    Has anyone got a clue?!?!?!

    Hi,
    It's very clear that import 9i is for an import into 9i database.
    Upgrade 8i to 9i indicates that we can make an export 8i from 8i database and import 9i into 9i database, but never use a tools like export from other version...
    If you want import data from 9i database into 8i use exp tools 8i, and imp 8i.
    I devise you to read Metalink note 132904.1 - compatibility matrix for export & import between different oracl version.
    Nicolas.

  • Internal Error ORA-0600 when creating multiple consumer queue table

    Hi,
    I tried to create a multiple consumer queue table with the following statements:
    exec DBMS_AQADM.GRANT_TYPE_ACCESS ('system');

    Works fine till this stage. But the following statement produces an ORA-0600 internal error message.
    EXEC DBMS_AQADM.CREATE_QUEUE_TABLE ('change_history_queue_tbl','Change_History_Trigger_Data', 'tablespace my_tblspace','ENQ_TIME',TRUE,DBMS_AQADM.TRANSACTIONAL);

    I tried creating the same queue table with Multiple consumer = FALSE, and it works fine. But not with multiple consumer = TRUE
    I'm running on Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6.0
    Any possible solutions?

    Hi,
    Please run the following commands and check which objects are corrupted in the database.

  • Data Guard Broker: errors ORA-16816 and ORA-16817 with Fast Start Failover

    Hi,
    my environment is:
    OS: Windows XP Professional Edition SP2
    DB: Oracle EE 10.2.0.3
    Primary db: orcl
    Standby db: stby
    both databases are running on the same server.
    I have configured Data Guard as described in the DG Administration Guide.
    In the Data Guard Broker I switch to 'stby' succesfully and 'stby' is the primary db and 'orcl' is the standby db.
    I switched back to 'orcl' as primary db and I get some errors:

    Has anyone got this kind of problem?
    Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
    Thanks

    Hi DigerDBA
    I did your advice , the error disappear, and thanks for your advice , but do I need to keep standby_file_management='AUTO' or 'MANUAL' in primary and standby init files?
    Am asking this because when I use the observer the failover failed and I get the following error
    SQL Execution error=604, sql=[ALTER DATABASE COMMIT TO SWITCHOVER TO PRIMARY WAIT WITH SESSION SHUTDOWN]. See error stack below.
      ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
      ORA-01275: Operation ADD LOGFILE is not allowed if standby file management is automatic.

    if possible can you advice me please?

  • Error ORA-39125 and ORA-04063 during export for transportable tablespace

    I'm using the Oracle Enterprise Manager (browser is IE) to create a tablespace transport file. Maintenance...Transport Tablespaces uses the wizard to walk me through each step. The job gets created and submitted.
    The 'Prepare' and 'Convert Datafile(s)' job steps complete successfully. The Export step fails with the following error. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
    Thank you in advance!

    More information:
    Using SQL Developer, I checked the view SYS.KU$_IOTABLE_VIEW referred to in the error message, and it does indeed report a problem with that view. The following code is the definition of that view. I have no idea what it's supposed to be doing, because it was part of the default installation. I certainly didn't write it. I did, however, execute the 'Test Syntax' button (on the Edit View screen), and the result was this error message:

    The SQL syntax is valid, however the query is invalid or uses functionality that is not supported.
    Unknown error(s) parsing SQL: oracle.javatools.parser.plsql.syntax.ParserException: Unexpected token

  • Error ORA-12012: and ORA-12005

    Hi,
    I am working in oracle9i and solaris 5.8.
    If i run the procedure automatically means it shows error
    Procedure :
    CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE PROC_SCHEDULE IS
    JOBNO NUMBER;
    BEGIN
    SYS.DBMS_JOB.SUBMIT(
    JOB => JOBNO,
    WHAT => 'GARRISON.PROC_ARCHIVE_ALL;',
    NEXT_DATE => TRUNC(SYSDATE),
    INTERVAL => 'NEXT_DAY(LAST_DAY(TRUNC(SYSDATE)),''SUNDAY'')-7 + 4/24'
    COMMIT;
    END;
    ERROR
    ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 112
    ORA-12005: may not schedule automatic refresh for times in the past
    This error i got from the log file..
    But the same procedure if i run manually means its working Fine.
    Please explain me how to run resolve the Error and to run the procedure automatically...
    Thanks...

    what is your scheduling criteria ?
    If you run the query
    select next_day(last_day(trunc(sysdate)),'SUNDAY')-7 + 4/24 from dual then as of today you will get an old date.
    25-MAR-07
    And Uncle oracle is saying scheduling is not possible for the past day.
    If you run it say on 1'st april you will get the future date which is 29-APR-07 and thus oracle will not give an error for future scheduling.

    Hi,
    I have a problem with one DPM 2012 SP1 installed on Windows 2012 R2 server with SQL installed locally on the server.
    We have installed this server for about 1 month ago and almost every job work grate until now.
    The May 17 there were a DPM Rollup 6 (KB2958098 – version 4.1.3441.0) that was trying to install but it failed. But it looks like it has installed anyway because in DPM it say 4.1.3441.0.
    Now DPM is reporting a lots of critical and warnings.
    We backup Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 servers and cannot us DPM 2012 R2.
    I have upgraded agents on protected servers but it didn’t help.
    I have restarted DPM server
    This error message is in DPM. It does not matter if it is Replica is inconsistent or Replica point creation failed.
    DPM failed to communicate with the protection agent on DPM SERVER because the agent is not responding. (ID 43 Details: Internal error code: 0x8099090E)
    The protection agent on DPM SERVER was temporarily unable to respond because it was in an unexpected state. (ID 60 Details: Internal error code: 0x809909B0)
    In Event Viewer-Application on DPM server I see this error.

    Firewall on all protected servers and DPM server are disabled. Communication with agent works at should be.
    Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    It looks like something is causing DPMRA service to crash on your DPM server.
    My suggestion for you would be to move to DPM 2012 R2 since it now supports backups of Windows Server 2003 with UR2.
    Thanks.
