Invalid InfoSource/invalid InfoObject

Hi there,
I have assigned DataSource: 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I to InfoSource 0CRM_SERVICE_PROCESS_H
However, when I extracted the data via the InfoPackage, the following error message appeared
 The application program for the extraction of data was called up using the invalid InfoSource/invalid InfoObject 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I
The data extraction is terminated

0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I for item data but 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H for header data, they don't match.

Hi All,
We have master datasource in source system,replicated in BW system and it is available but it is not available in Infoobject and infosource...
could some one help what is the procedure we have to follow.

Hi Mahantesh,
you cannot find any datasource in Infoobject and Infosource pages...just go to the infosource or infoobject you want to link to your datasource, right-click on it, assign datasource!

Error "Invalid/inactive Infoobjetcs"

Hi All,
I am trying to change the cube 0FIAR_C03. When I RC on the cube and select Change, a dialog box is appearing saying that "Inactive/Invalid InfoObjects" and when I choose to display them and continue it is showing some KF IOs(0DSCT_PCT1/PCT2 etc) as invalid ones. I have checked them and they are available in Active version.
What might be the problem?

Load ODS - InfoObject: InfoObject does not contain alpa-conforming value

Hello everybody,
I get following error while uploading from ODS to InfoObject.
InfoObject /BIC/ZHOUSENUM does not contain alpa-conforming value 0000000000000000004.
The data flow is as follows: Transactional InfoSource -> ODS -> InfoObject.
In the Transfer Rules before ODS I have marked the Conversion check box. The data is populated into ODS without any problems.
I can even activate the ODS, which reporting enabled.
When I browse the ODS table with the option check conversion exits unmarked, I can see the value '0000000000000000004'.
But the upload into InfoObject master data failes
Any help appreciated.

I assume, this infosource is locked, due to the fact it was system generated.
On the other hand, there is a s-note 559763 which says:
If an InfoObject is filled with ALPHA exits from an R/3 System, the BW assumes that the data is to arrive in the internal ALPHA format and therefore does not convert the data.
I know, it is about R/3 as source system, but I assume the same would be for BW.

Loading master data from two different infosource.

Hi Experts,
I would like understand the mechanism behind loading data to masterdata infoobject from two different infosource.
Ex: I have one master data infoobject called A and it has 4 attributes B C D E.
now I am loading values for A B and C from INFOSOURCE1
D and E is getting loaded from INFOSOURCE2.
could ne one please explanin how this works and how all five values get merged in single record?

Component of an InfoSource:
An InfoSource is always a quantity of InfoObjects that logically belong together and are updated in data targets.
a. InfoSources with flexible update
An InfoSource with flexible update can be updated in any data targets (with the exception of hierarchies). Update rules are created for this InfoSource.
InfoObjects can be used in as many InfoSources and data targets as you like.
b. InfoSources with direct update
Using an InfoSource with direct update, master data (characteristics with attributes or texts) for an InfoObject can be written directly (without update rules) to the master data table.

Hello all.
Is there any way (table, transaction...) to find an infoobject in BW for a R3 field??
I want to know if there is an infoobject for fields: KTOSL, VORSN, BUSTW and AWTYP from BSEG table..

Hi dear and welcome on board !
Usually, if you don't find anything by searching in help on line, you have to look if there is something similar by comparing domain, lenght...but, in this case, it's better to create your own infoobjects !
Anyway, try to search if these fields are used by some datasource (in R/3, ROOSFIELD table) and then verify if in BW (RSOSFIELDMAP table) you have related infosource with infoobject mapping !

You can try the following steps to solve that
1. Delete the previous Delta Init for the InfoObject
If you have access to R/3 Side you can follow the steps or you can follow the BW Steps
Goto RSA7 ->Select and Delete the Init Request for the InfoObject
From BW Side
InfoPackage-> Inti for Source System -> Select & Delete
the Init Request
2. Execute the Init InfoPackage for the InfoPackage again.
3. After successful completion, execute the delta InfoPackage.

I'm getting the following error when execting 0JOB_ATTR extractor in R/3 system (via RSA3):
The extraction program does not support object 0JOB_ATTR
Message no. R3009
Diagnosis
The application program for the extraction of data was called up using the invalid InfoSource/invalid InfoObject 0JOB_ATTR.
System Response
The data extraction is terminated.
Procedure
Check the SAP Support Portal for the appropriate Notes and create a customer message if necessary.
I've found various threads with this error (or similar ones), but none of them are solved (or not published solution). Haven't found any SAP notes yet either, so any input would be very helpfull.

0JOB_ATTR not in use and SAP replaced this with 0EC_CJOB_ATTR... U have to use 0EC_CJOB_ATTR to load master data for 0JOB.
Even i faced the same problem and found the following info in one of the SDN thread, and we are using 0EC_CJOB_ATTR (make sure u have data in table HRP5050).
I have sent a message to SAP asking for the solution . Below is the reply what they gave.
"This error appears because of naming conventions we have to switch the name of the Data Source from 0JOB_ATTR to 0EC_CJOB_ATTR. Please use this data source to extract the compensation job attributes to BW.
Note also that data source 0EC_CJOB_ATTR extracts data from table HRP5050.
If no data is being extracted please do the following:
If you have data in HRP5050 and still do not get any data please try the following :
1) Take over the Data Source from the business content (RSA5)again and check in RSA3 .
2) Replicate the Data Source to BW
3) Activate the Info Source again.
4) Delete any previous delta initializations for the datasource.
5) Initialize the delta again
6) Try to load data".

RSA6 Delete the object. Again go to RSA5 bussiness content select 0JOB_ATTR ;> transfer datasource. before goto RSA5 , inform to the Functional consultant they maintain the shortext medium text longtext non maintain language 'E' for 0JOB_ATTR. becuse DE is maintain for the object before.

What release are you at?
Have you searched SAP Notes and the SDN forums for this. A quick search indicates 9 SAP Notes and 15 SDN posts regarding this error message. Unless we know what release level you are at we are unable to offer viable solutions.

Transaction Monitor u2013 Services Processes into BI

Hello Experts,
I'm wondering if it is possible to get tickets information from Solution Manager and have some statistics in BI.
For instance the average time of ticket resolution, number of tickets per team/person/month, etc, etc
At this moment Iu2019m using the ZNTP transaction in solution manager to access Transaction Monitor u2013 Services Processes.
I would like to install BI Content to have some summary queries about the activity within ZNTP.
I already connected BI to SMP and also replicated metadata, however the data sources available just by the name donu2019t help me much.
Perhaps I should check the content version within solution manager and BI but I don't know how to performe such verifications.

Error msg in running process chain

What need to be done to resolve the below error msg when running a process chain?
Diagnosis
    DataSource 0BBP_TD_SC_1 does not have the status of the source system in the Business Information Warehouse.
The time stamp in the source system is 15.10.2005 10:27:29 .
The time stamp in the BW system is 10.08.2004 12:51:06 .
System response
    Loading was terminated.
Procedure
    Copy the DataSource again and activate the transfer rules that belong to it. Activation is always necessary, even if the transfer rules are still active after replication.

Hi Venkat,
Have you checked to see if the ZTD_AW_17 infoobject is in your system and active? If not, transport the object from your D system to the P system. Also check the infosource to see if it is active and if the ZTD_AW_17 infoobject is there. If so reactivate the transfer rules and run the extraction again.
