Invoice Amount Rounding Off

Good Day.
Is it possible to have my selling price have 2 decimal places, but the Invoice amount will be rounded of to hundreds, only for a specific currency?
Example:
Price: 123.45 Yen per 1 pc
Invoice Amount: 123.00 Yen  <-- rounded off, does not require decimal place
Let me know.
Best regards,

hi
not a problem.
you need to maintain prices for your product with 2 decimals in VK11 so that this brings 2 decimal pricing in sale order.
for rounding off in invoicing activate 'round off' condtion type to the nearest yen either up or down.
hope this is useful to u.

  • Net Tax amount round off

    Hi all,
    I have a small problem,
In sales Invoice I am having 10 items with different price and quantities,
In PLD i have used formula concept to show tax wise break up,
as our invoice tax amount is cumulative of its sub taxes,
i need to round off the total of sub taxes in the document
    For Example:
    In Invoice;
Assessable Value: 3697.20 (qty X Price)
    Total of BED 8%: 295.77
Total of Cess 2% of BED : 5.91
Total of HE Cess 1% of  BED: 2.95
    Total of VAT/CST 4% of (BEDCessHECess): 160.08
So I want to round off these amounts:
    BED: 296
    Cess:6
    HECess:3
    VAT: 160
    1. I tried using rounding option in tax formula;
but it doesnt give correct result as it works on row level
    2. I also tried making decimal places zero in general settings
But it round off my assessable value also
also round to one is also active in currency settings
can anybody please help me to get the desired results

    Hi,
If you use round off in tax formula it will bring you considerable differrence.
You use the document level rounding in Administrattion->Setupup-Financials->Currency.
I think this would be helpful for you.

    Hi
In APP (FBZP) Bank Determination. Follow the below method…..
    Ranking Order
Pmt Method CURRENCY RANK HOUSE BANK
    C XXX 1 SBI
    C XXX 2 HDFC
    C XXX 3 HSBC
    C XXX 4 IDBI
While running APP i.e. F110 i want to run by House bank wise.
i.e While running F110 I have selected all vendors (assume 100-500) in parameter Tab
    ex:-
    vendor House Bank
    No
    1 SBI
    2 HDFC
    10 HSBC
    15 IDBI
    20 BOB
    25 ING
    SO...ON....till 500
If now I want to do the payment to only those vendors who has assigned house IDBI
Want to pay only vendors who have specific House Bank say House Bank = SBI.
You can handle this by specifying House Bank in Free Selection. In Free Selection tab, select the field for House Bank, LFB1- HBKID and then put value "SBI".
This will help paying only vendors with house bank "SBI" assigned to them

  • Rounding Off Value is not copying from Sales Order to Invoice

    Hi Experts,
In Pricing Procedure i maintained DIFF- Rounding Off Condition type with the following Combinations.
    Print:X
    Requirement:13
    Cal Type: 16
    Bas Type: 4
When i create sales order the system is calculating Rounding Off after saving the sales order. The requirement is that it should shows the rounding off value before saving the sales order.Secondly when i make invoice the rounding off value is not copying from the saved sales order. After i save the invoice in VF02 the rounding off value is coming .
    Regards
    Subhasish

Cond type DIFF has cond catgory L Generally new when copying. So the value from sales order will not be copied, it will be redetermined in invoice.
Also rounding off cond is to round the total value which can change in invoice based on the invoice qty.

  • Rounding off while posting foreign invoice to Accounts

    Hi,
I am facing a problem during the accounting of foreign invoices. We are setting the exchange rate in the sales order accounting tab in exchange rate field which gets passed on to the invoice. Now on converting the value to local currency the accounting entry is passed in decimals. the business wants that a rounded off value should be passed to accounting.
Ex: Invoice for 260 USD with exchange rate 1 USD=46.71INR, and the accounting entry being passed is value INR 12144.6 whereas the requirement is for 12145.
Will appreciate your response on this.
    Thanks

    Hi
    Reason and Prerequisites
    u2022Your tax country is Slovakia
u2022You billed an order with several items in foreign currency,
u2022where the exchange rate factor between foreign currency and local
u2022currency is very large or very small.
u2022The accounting document created during the billing has a tax line item that contains incorrect amounts in local currency
    Solution
The solution is using the same solution as note 832477 and 32477 with the difference that the country is Slovakia. For other countries you should put the variable L_LAND1 to the string that represent the country.
    Limitations:
The solution will NOT lead to a recalculation of taxes in local
currency. However, it will serve to minimise any rounding differences
which may arise from converting the individual tax lines which are
transferred from SD to FI. In most practical cases, this should fulfill
the legal requirements, even though rounding differences may occur for
    individual documents in special cases.

  • Round off in Invoice Postings

    Dear Experts,
At my client site when the end user is posting invoices the total invoice value differs by a very small value ( As per there legacy system they were rounding of it Eg. As per there legacy system the invoice value is 190576 and as per SAP it is 19575.800 or 19576.400) the want it to get rounded off ie. If the value of the decimals 19575.800 it should be rounded of and should show 19576 and the 0.200 sholuld go to some other account or If the value is 19576.200 it should reduce by by 0.400 and the entry of -0.400 should also go to the G/L for round off. Is there any provisons in SAP for such postings?? can any body help me ?

    In OMR6 Pl.set Tolerance limit
If you want to round off the Values in the amount field at the time of invoice posting in MIRO.
There will be a small difference amount positive or neagtive in the Balance field.
System does not automatically round off the values. It is manuall rounding only.
Maintain the Tolerance key DIF for the Compnay code . Mainatin the Toleransace values says + or - 0.50 USD in OMR6. & selec the Check limit boxes

  • Payment batch shows some invoice amount in rounding ....in AP

For a supplier a check of 1000$ is applied to 10 invoices containing standard and credit memo type. But the total amount for all the 10 invoices were 1400 including the standard invoice amount minus the credit memo amount. 400 were in the rounding line. There was no rounding account assigned or rounding rule applied and when checking the options for supplier, the calculation level: none and rounding: nearest for this supplier. Previously the supplier had no problem and is currently active. What might be the problem and how to solve to this issue? Please show some light on....thanks in advance....Andrea.

    Dear:
Go to OAYO and do the do the necessary configuration there. Field Arithmetic Rounding
Using this indicator you specify that rounding should take place according to the rule: tenths up to and including 4 are rounded downward to the next whole number, starting with 5 they are rounded upward to the next whole number.
This refers to the decimal places of a currency.
Example: 4.49 is rounded to 4
    4.50 is rounded to 5

  • Condition amount less than 1 rupee rounding off to "0"

    Dear Experts,
We are creating sales order using a BAPI, when the price condition type (PR00) gets the amount less than 1 Rupee (say 0.20) the system is rounding off the amount to ZERO and hence the net value of the item is becoming zero.
Please help us with any solution available for this issue.
    Regards,
    Sandeep Kulkarni.

    Hi,
Check the condition type PR00. Normally if there is a rounding rule set or a formula assigned for rounding then this issue occurs. You can check in Tcode v/06 for PR00 if 'Round Rule' is commerical rounding then it should work fine. If it is A (Round up) or B (Round Down), you will happen to hit such issue.
You can also check the if an Alternative calculation type has been assigned to PR00 in the pricing procedure. This also may have an effect...
    Hope this helps...

  • Rounding off Miro Values

    Hi ,
I having problem in VAT round off during MIRO. We have created PO  +VAT. VAT amount has been rounded off. After GRN, we
are trying to post the Invoice in MIRO, the VAT amount shows with Decimal
We are using ZTAXIN , in the tax pricing proceedure i have made requirement 13 &  call type 16 for VAT condition type.
If i am doing 13 and 16 then vat is not calculating in PO
I want the decimal should be rounded to the nearest cost.

    Hi,
What I understand that you want to roundoff the amount during invoice posting. If my understanding is correct then please set  tolerance limit for BD. While posting  invoice fill the Invoice Amount (Basic Data) as 100 instead of 100.13
Now 0.13 will be posted to GL account maintained in OBYC-DIF
