Invoice not received for replaced handset

I was experiencing touch issues with my mobile and thus submitted it to customer care unit. They had sent it to Bangalore for high level testing. Yesterday I did receive an email stating that my handset is ready and asked me to collect it from care unit. One of my friend collected it. But it was a handset with different IMEI number.  Seems they have replaced it with new handset. But I haven't received any invoice stating that new IMEI handset belongs to me. What should I be doing? How do I confirm ownership of this "replaced" handset?

  • Accounting entry against Excise invoice not created  for Service Tax sales

    Dear all,
        I am facing one problem related to accounting entry against excise invoice not created, for service tax sales scenario in SEZ plant.
    Accounting entry against billing document is generated,which contains revenue account-Debit entry,service tax 10% --Debit entry,ECS-Service tax 2% --Debit entry, SECess Service Tax 1% --Debit entry & Sundry Debtors (Reco)  - Domestic(Customer receivable reconciallation) account-Credit entry.
      But after generating excise invoice, accouning entries not generated for clearing of Cenvat suspense entry(i.e.service tax 10% ,ECS-Service tax 2% , SECess Service Tax 1%) which is generated during billing document.
    Plz. suggest step by step guideline to resolve this issue.

    thanks for your reply and support...I checked all the entries/accounts maintained correct.. but the Accounting entrys against Excise invoice not created..
    Now i am geeting error as below at the time of saving Excise invoice,

    Message no. F5670
    Diagnosis
    No account was specified for account type "S" in item "0000000001" of the FI/CO document.
    System Response
    The Financial Accounting program cannot process the document.
    Procedure
    A system error has probably occurred in the application you called up. Check the data transferred to item "0000000001" of the FI/CO document.

  • Apple Claiming my Battery is not eligible for replacement????

    So I have a Macbook that I purchased back in 2007 (warranty expired in Feb 08)...anyway I only just realised last week that my battery had become deformed....so onto the web I treak to find that Apple was running a +"MacBook and MacBook Pro Battery Update"+ which as it reads in applicable to my situation.

    Now while this update was posted back in october 2007 there is no date to state that is program has ended or that there is any cutoff date for claims. The site also clearly states +"you will receive a new battery, free of charge, even if your MacBook or MacBook Pro is out of warranty."+
    So off to my local mac service centre in Newcastle where the helpful staff (who I have been dealing with for nearly 15 years) tell me that they suspect that Apple will replace it no problems....so here is the problem...the staff call me today to tell me that Apple have decided that it is not eligible for replacement...why?, the service centre was not told.
    What I want to know is, why would Apple say it is not eligible when the website clearly states that it should be??
    I am going to ring Apple tomorrow personally but was wondering if others had the same issue, if so what did you do ? and did it get resolved??

    It would actually appear that the website "clearly" states that it would not be eligible:
    +*This program extends repair coverage on the battery for up to two years from the date of purchase of the computer for Intel Core Duo-based MacBook and MacBook Pro computers.*+
    The program was also, as indicated, for the original Core Duo machines, not the later released Core 2 Duo machines. As your signature indicates you have a Core 2 machine, I expect that you would also not qualify under that section.
    You indicated that your warranty expired in February of '08 which would mean it was purchased in February of '07. If the program extends the battery warranty for two years from the date of purchase, that extended coverage would expire in February '09.
    While Apple certainly can choose to replace your battery if they wish, they are under no obligation to do so. Even if you were still within that period, there is no guarantee that the battery would be replaced as stated by:
    +*An Apple technical support representative or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will determine if the battery is eligible for replacement, free of charge.*+

    Diagnosis
    Excise rates are being re-determined. This is becuase you have not received the Concession form for the delivery document & yet from the customer &

    System will apply the normal excise duty rates and generate an excise invoice
    Procedure
    In case you have forgotten to record the receipt of the Forms please do so in Forms tracking for the Sales order and delivery.
    Please analyse and let me know what is possible solution.

    I feel the process what you had narrated itself is wrong.
    It seems some zee table is developed wherein, the users should maintain data related to some concession forms which I feel should be applicable to domestic sales.
    Apart from the above, for exports, I dont know why you were generating proforma copying billing type JEX.  You were supposed to copy F5 (order related proforma) or F8 (delivery related proforma).
    Since in your case, you have indicated that you have generated against a delivery, you should copy F8 billing type and maintain copy control accordingly in VTFL.
    Last but not least, the message number also seems to be not a standard one.

    All the Import cycle has created three documents.
    1. MIRO doc for custom duties and CVD .--   MIRO posted in USD .  I can see the doc in both currency -  INr and USD via accounting doc - display currency.  I do not have any issue.
    2. MIGO doc - for custom duty and Freight -   MIGO posted in INR , I can see accounting doc in USD and INR both via accounting document-  Display currency and even in the MIGO -- purchase order history tab.
    3. Excise Invoice - for CVD -  EX Invoice posted in diifferent way --
    In this document please note amounts for CVD is as per USD rate , but currency showing is INR , which is a mismatch.
    in Excise customization for company code setting - exchange rate type M is maintained. OB08 is also maintained for USD/INR
    Condition type JCV1 is also marked with currency conversion and accruals.
    Is there any patch or note I need to apply to getting this converted , or any process issue.

    Kindly reply why software "Track and Protect" is not applicable for W350i handset?  I had tried to download in my hand set by using link "http://wap.sonyericsson.com/fun/ ", but I did not find the application in list. If I can down load it, please send me how I can get the application. If this application is not supporting handset W350i then please make it compatible to W350i handset. In fact it should be supported by all handset.

    Same model, with same capacity. Only certain serial numbers qualify. If your iPod is registerred, you should have received an email from Apple.

  • Microsoft Exchange sending emails not receiving for a user

    I have a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2 we are using as our exchange server. One user that has been working fine for years all of sudden can send emails but not receive any emails.  I have checked outlook settings, use the HTML direct connection
    to the user in the same network I can access his email and send emails from either source but not receiving emails from anywhere. Can someone please advise thanks

    1) Do you mean that you logged on the mailbox via OWA but still can not see the received emails ?
    2) Just only this user , the others are working well ?
    3) Did try to send an email from the same server to this issue account ,still can not receive it ?
    4) Please try to send an email from an "external" mailbox , if the email can not achieve the target mailbox , the "external " mailbox should receive an NDR email  come with  some useful infomation .
    Also please open event log to check if there is any useful infomation .

    This explanation is not in detail and hence I am not clear about your configuration settings. 
    First go to IMG Logistics-General => Tax on Goods Movements => India => Business Transactions => Outgoing Excise Invoices => Assign Billing Types to Delivery Types.
    There ensure that you have assigned the billing type JEX (assuming that you are using the standard) to your delivery type NL.
    Perhaps, you can also try with "D" for your item category in Billing Relevance field but I am not sure this will solve your issue.  Try in development client.

  • Invoice not updated for Service and limit items

    Hi All,
    For service and limit we are not able to see the invoice document in the "Related Documents" tab in the Purchase order.
    For material I am able to find the entry in the tab but the invoice statistics data is not getting updated for service POu2019s and also for limit item POu2019s.
    Found a note for the same : 1462644 - Empty statistics in PO in case of Extended Classic Scenario but it works only for material line items only.
    Please let me know if any config change need to be made else if there is any SAP note that would resolve this issue.

  • Invoice Not Created for STO

    We have an STO between 2 plants where no invoice was ever created. GI posted, the GR posted, but now the GR cannot clear because there is no invoice.
    Also, it does not show in WE02.
    All other STO's work for us, it is just this combination of specific plants that is not working. Is there a setting we have missed setting up for an STO between these two plants?

    The truth is that I have some difficulties to understand your exact situation.
    the GR posted, but now the GR cannot clear because there is no invoice.
    Maybe it is a cultural difference, maybe because you are not using standard SAP terminology
    Do you know that using tcode MB5T you can display intercompany stock in transit ?
    Uncheck "stock transfer orders" and keep "cross-company-code" checked.
    That will tell you the missing GR for incompany purchase orders.

  • INVOICE NOT BLOCKED FOR PAYMENT QM CONTROL

    Dear All,
    I have a scenario where I don't want to process the payment if Quality lot is not cleared or rejected. I understand this can be done by using control key 0007 and ticking the QM in procurment in QM view of Material master. I have done this and did the MIGO.
    Now with out clearing inspection lot I did the MIRO, when I posted the MIRO I got the message saying Doc no:.......is posted (Blocked for Payment) But when I display this MIRO document in payment tab pmnt block field is in invoice verification status.
    When I list the Blocked for payment documents in MRBR t-code it shows this document.
    Also I is allowing me to process the payment for this MIRO document.
    I do not understand where to make the setting to stop payment.
    Please let me know if you do not understand the scenario

    have you activated the control Key SPRO>QM>QM in logistic >QM in procurement >define control keys.
    in your scenrio, it seems it is not defined.
    other wise when you posted the invoice, the status would be "the payment of the invoice is blocked with blocking reason I (I = Inspection)"
    please check the RSEG-SPGRC when you post the invoice. It should be X
    and not the reason which you mentioned, subject to invoice verification
    Also assuming that you have QM module in place.
    This is what I can make out from the issue which you have mentioned
