Invoice PO issue in BizTalk Map

Hi All,
I did get below error while I was testing the map. I have reloading the map so many times still I'm getting below error
Invoking component...
C:\somepath.btm: error btm1023: Exception Caught: The map contains a reference to a schema node that is not valid. Perhaps the schema has changed. Try reloading the map in the BizTalk Mapper. The XSD XPath of the node is: /*[local-name()='<Schema>']/*[local-name()='']/*[local-name()='']/*[local-name()='INVOICE']/*[local-name()='POSITEID']
Component invocation succeeded.
How can i fix this error could you please assist me on this.

Hi Vasu,
1) Try "CLEAN SOLUTION" and then try,
2) If that doesnt fix. Choose the properties of the map and disable the “Ignore Namespaces for Links” like this:
Refer: Two nodes on same
level with same name but different namespace
3) If that doesn't fix the issue, Refer this link. FIX:
Error message when you validate a BizTalk map in BizTalk Server 2006 R2 or in BizTalk Server 2009 if the map and its schemas are in a separate project

Issue with heat maps refresh process in EID 3.1?

Issue with Heat Maps in EID 3.1? Heats maps don't refresh unless you go back to home page and then again go back to the Endeca app.
In Oracle Sample app if we open the Map tab we will see that Milwaukee is really hot in the heat map. now if we filter the data to just show data from 100 miles within Orlando, FL then the map will get refreshed to show that area but the colors on heat maps do not change.
Now if we keep the refinements same and go back to home page and again go back to sample app and maps tabs then it will still show area of 100 miles within Orlando, FL which is good but now heat map would have updated and it would show us correct color.
Now if we remove the refinement then it would show complete US map as hot which is again wrong.
I have observed this issue in chrome browser as well as firefox.
Is there anyway to overcome this issue?

This issue was resolved after applying latest patch from Oracle.

MIAL RECIEVER CC -- ISSUE USED XSLT MAPPING

I have a Scenario in which IDOC is a sender and Mail Adaptert is reciever .The Xi is supposed to sent the Email notification to the client . Mail adapter is SMTP configured correctly ,Reciever Mail CC is up and running but Error is :Delivery of the message to the application using connection Mail_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 0
The Mapping here is used is XSLT mapping and in SXMB_MONITOR , Error shown is :

I checked in ATOVA SPY XML Check , it seems to be the issue in XSLT mapping .
Part of XSLT mapping Error line:
when test="//IDOC/EDI_DC40/RCVLAD = '3157411730014'"> --There was a single qoute missing
Tested in Atova with payload , it worked

Issues in Value Mapping...

Hi Experts,
I have an issue in Value mapping. For 2 to 3 target data I have assigned same Group ID of source.
1) It is not allowing to segregate based on Group ID in the target area.
2) If I want to change the group Id of one of the assigned target data, it is throwing error saying that group ID already exists.
Please help.

hi Praveen,
As far as i know Value mapping in XI will not allow you to have duplicate values . I mean different source cannot have same target values .. in case of you still want to implement the same you can use some logic like
source -- target
x---1
y---1
then save your values like this in VM
x--x~1
y---y~1
in code u should put the logic to split and take the value.

Issue in adapters mapping in OIM 11g

Hi,
I am having the issue in adapters mapping in OIM 11g.....
I had created an Entity Adapter using utility task in OIM... and I had attached it to post update of users form in data object manager.... But when I am trying to map the adapter variables.... it shows me two fields in map to field (Literal and Entity field) and when I select the entity field.. I am not able to see any thing in qualifier field...as there should be fields of user form so that I can map the adapter variables with user form fields...
I am not able to troubleshoot why is it so....I had restarted the server again but no solution...
Can anybody help me to resolve the issue??

Actually my issue is not that entity adapter will work or not.... But issue is I am not able to map the adapter variables.... there should be user forms fields shown during mapping of entity adapter...... so that i can map the adapters variables...

I have already done the below enclosed config-
a) Map product ID-HERE_NORMAL

f) MAP LAYER STACK assignment- Here there are 2 values speciifed a) Default b) HERE which is marked as default

I have to count the distinct Entities based on ccx_immunizationid value & also I have to group the fields if both entity has same immunization ID. If the xml file (without namespace) and the field is <ccx_immunizationid>2323</ccx_imunizationid>,
I can use something like below,
<xsl:template match="//Entity/Attributes[not(./ccx_immunizationid= preceding::ccx_immunizationid)]">
but here, I have to look for the key 'ccx_immunizationid' and its value.

You need to get the distinct record filtered by "value" field whose "key" is "ccx_immunizationid" i.e <c:key>ccx_immunizationid</c:key>".
So you need to use the XPath with syntax:
/*[not(@name = preceding::*/@name)]
So in your case, the XPath value will be like the following:

In the Vin_Decoder schema create a "Decoder" Child Record and make it optional. Inside the Decoder" Record create the all the Field Elements like VIN, Year, etc. Create a map where the source and destination is the Vin_Decoder schema. Map to the field
elements inside the Decoder" Record.

I have the Biztalk Map logic as shown in figure
Discount Step and Loyalty both are repeatitive node structures
Sample Input Xml is as shown below

In the first Iteration Maxtrips="NumberOfTrips" and in Second iteration current element MintripNum + NumberOfTrips.

PO default invoice matching issue

I'm facing a PO default invoice matching issue. As we know, we can use the PO default invoice type to copy the invoice detail information from PO e.g. PO distribution. The following is the problem details:
Oracle Application Version: 11.5.10.2
1. PO distribution (PO Charge Account) 01-110-1570-0000-000
2. Receiving Option (Expense AP Accrual Account) 01-000-2225-0000-000
3. Item destination type is Expense.
When I create the PO default invoice, give the po number and click the match button, Match to Purchase Order form comes out. And then I give the Qty invoiced and click the match button. Ideally, the invoice distribution account should be same as the PO distribution account e.g 01-110-1570-0000-000. But the invoice distribution account is 01-000-2225-0000-000. Could you please explain my doubt on this?

this is a general rules. invoice distribution shows the Debit entries. and AP Expense Accrual A/C is debited in Invoice while it is credit in Receiving.

Then go back to the source and explain to them that this is not valid XML, and you cannot consume it. Have you tried opening this XML in a web browser? or have an XML Disassemble Pipeline Component consume it?
It should be
<ns5:TermsConditionText>Terms&conditions</ns5:TermsConditionText>
From the source, otherwise you will not be able to parse it as XML.

Biztalk Map create duplicate target node

Using biztalk mapper, I need a target node to be duplicated.. I have created a simplified version of my issue. Please see below map
link for source and destination schema.
I need the target Option node to be duplicated for each OptionNotes. The value of OptionNotes is to be split by a pipe ("|"),
then map to target Code and Description.
The input is as below:

@Nadeem We have already tried the solution on the blog, but it's not quite the scenario we face. The issue is the OptionNote is in the same layer as OptionID and OptionName.
We have used another tool, which has done this easily. We then get the XSLT and import it as part of Inline XSLT scripting functoid.
The XSLT produced was as below:

External Assembly Call in BizTalk Map

Hello All,
I am trying to call an external assembly as below from a scripting Functoid:

return eaidbconnection;
But when I do so and test the map am getting the below error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
When I deploy the application and then use the map as inbound map in the receive port I get the error as : Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
The external assembly is gaced in assembly too.
What is wrong with the code?

Even when I change the code of the method to just return a string it is not working :

I am using a databaselookup functoid and want to keep the database name input as configurable. so want to fetch it from a table.. but that is not working so in the above code am simply returning the connection string from the method and that is also not
working. But, when use this connection string directly in the db functoid it works. There seems to be something wrong when I am calling the external assembly from sricting functoid. I think this is a server issue ? so is there anythign I can check to
confirm the same ?
