Invoice Verification - Excess/Over Invoice

Hi All,
We have a client where most of the bills received are either under or excess of PO Quantity & Price. The difference could be from 10 to 100 value.
Not in all cases the user would like to do a invoice reduction. Some time he would and sometime he would not do so. When he does do it, system is posting entire difference amount to Rounding off difference.
Please suggest the best practice and configuration for handling the same.

Best practice are:
Fixing up tolerances for the users so that the users do not misuse their authority
Book the difference to Price difference account.

Game Center email verification problem

I can't send my friends email requests from Game Center because I my email address's never had been verified. I've tried requesting verification emails over the past several weeks I've owned my iPod Touch, but despite getting a notification that Game Center sent one, I never receive the email. I also checked my spam folder each time, but it's as though Game Center never sent any verification despite it telling me it did so. I talked to an Apple rep a few weeks back and they told me their Game Center verification server (at the time) was back logged and that I would receive the verification emails shortly. If by shortly they mean before I die, they might be correct on this one. When I initially tried this verification process, I had 4.1 but now I have 4.2 and this still doesn't work. Am I missing something here? Is this feature broken for anyone else? I should note I am able to add other people by their Game Center name, I just can't sent Game Center requests by email. This is really frustrating. Am I doing something wrong?
By the way I sent verification emails to my gmail, AOL, and my Comcast accounts all with the same problem.

I am having that same problem, and as far as I know, I'm not doing anything wrong. They need to get this fixed.
I am also having trouble setting up my FaceTime on my Mac because it's saying my email is already being used. Hmmm... Nice try. It's not.

Apple id verification email not being sent.

I am trying to create a new iCloud account by creating a new apple ID. I have sent all the required information (using a @gmail email as my primary address), but I am not getting the email needed to verify me address from apple. I have requested the verification email over 10 times with no luck.
Anyone facing the same issue? Any clues on what I could do?

Have you tried requesting another verification e-mail.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

Adobe email will not accept verification key

Hi, I use photoshop elements 7 and have been using adobe email for sending attachments. I recently changed my email address and for the life of me cannot get adobe email to accept a verification key for my new address. It's always invalid. In organizer I went to edit, preferences, sharing and was able to change the address. I have put in my verification code over and over and it will not accept it. What am I missing? I turned off my firewall and that didn't work either. It worked fine with my previous email. This is getting so frustrating and adobe.com is worthless in getting any help. Please, anybody, do you have any suggestions with step by step instructions? The steps on adobe.com did not work. I am so frustrated!

4. Relaunch Organizer and now try

Credit Approval/Releasing

Approval Path Credit Analyst > Credit Team Leader> Credit Manager > Sales Director>Credit Committee
There should be an Approval Workflow for a blocked SO to be released and then invoiced. The approval hierarchy should be based on the Excess over Credit Limit % or amount and Past Due % or Amount (computation by Credit).
Is this possible?

This is possible and you will have to use Work flow Program for this. You take the help of a Technical person who has knowledge about work flow programming and he will be able to help you.
To maintain the Approval Hierarchy and the Credit Limit % or amount based on which OR upto which a Approver can release and the details of next approver in authorised to release etc can be maintained in a Z Table which can be maintained in SM 30 Transaction.
Work in coordniation with Technical person with work flow knowledge and this can be done easily.

You have posted down payment, so this amount remains in separate recon. a/c with special GL indicator.
First of all you have to transfer/clear this amount to normal GL account through transaction F-54.
If you have received full inv. amount as advance, you can clear both Inv & Payment line items.(F-44)
Otherwise you have to clear these line items when you receive remaining bal. amount of the invoice.

Where do you go for help when the customer service rep keeps hanging up on you saying your phone is breaking up and I am on a landline where I bought my verizon plan

I sign up with Verizon on 08/04/2014 new plan new phones switched carries. It has been A nightmare. First I purchased one plan with two phones. They set up two accounts charging me for both on two different account numbers. On August 11th I was told it was fixed by a local Verizon REP. Said it was a computer glitch. Now . Today I received two more bills , still two account and they even contain extra charges as if I was moving my telephones back and forth. Excessive over billing and still two account. When into store where I purchased because they knew I had this problem. They has me call customer service from the store telephone. After 1 hour on the phone with a rude person, the rep. at the store and me both talked to her. She started saying your phone is breaking up hello are your still there. I was on a land line then she put me on hold until I finally hung up. about 20 minutes. because I was already late going back to work. I have spent hours trying to get this fixed and now I have had the service for 30 days so I can not cancel. Does anyone know where to go for some help.

Or take them to court for the over billing and your loss time from work to file and go to small claims court. Include the filing fee.
Either way bring all your paperwork to have the judge look at.

Material Receipt tolerance

Hi all
I am facing a problem in receiving the material thru MIGO transcation as my schedules generated thru MRP run are appearing in future dates . Now there is a tolerance limit for excess & over delivery in terms of quantity but in terms of delivery dates there is no tolerance as such (or I will no be able to trace that)
By example it can be better understood ,
Suppose there is a schedule of "x" item apperaing on 15-08-07 but we want to receive the material in advance , there system is throwing the error message and not allowing us ,
Can anybody help us in resolving this issue ?

When you post a goods receipt or a service confirmation in the backend system with reference to a backend purchase order, the system checks the tolerances defined in EBP customizing under "IMG: Enterprise Buyer Cross-application settings - Set Tolerance Checks" as well as the document tolerances defined in the purchase order in the backend system.
In the R/3 backend system you have the following options to maintain default values for the preassignment of document tolerances:
1. Material master record (per material)
2. Material info record (per material and vendor)
3. Material group info record (per material group and vendor)
4. Purchasing value key (per material group) under "IMG: Materials Management - Purchasing - Material Master - Entry aids for materials without a material master"
For text items, in particular the maintenance of material groups - info records and the maintenance of the purchasing value keys is relevant.

Does Trend Micro Web Protection add-on work with Firefox 5??

negotiating the screen changes just to ask a simple question took me through 9 screen changes already!!! why the "screen testing"? I am not trying to get a part in a movie. Simply, when I checked "help", "forum",and now prompted to ask this as a "new" question although I saw in forums 450 or so users complained that their FF4 was not compatible as the last version of 3 was. Without taking 6 hours of searching 25 more screen changes: simply does anyone know if this will crash/hang/send error pages or damage our PC's to have FF5 and this TM security add-on together? thank you for your consideration of my question, and I apologize if my fonts show up on your side and are bothersome. I need them for my vision impairment

Problem while starting outlook 2010 - standard

on starting outlook, the outlook is frequently verifying data integrity.it takes about an hour till the verification gets over.
This problem has started recently.

Which type of email account are you using? POP3, IMAP or Exchange?
Based on my research, this issue may be caused by the Outlook data file corruption. Please try to close all the custom pst-file opened in Outlook and then use the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe) to scan and repair your Outlook data file to check
the result. If you are using an ost-file, just rename the ost file and restart Outlook to sync a new one. See:

J2EE Facade pattern necessary?

I've created a CMP entity bean, deployed to a OAS 10g standalone OC4J instance and have a servlet accessing the EJB which make a read-only query against a view.
The question is this: is it necessary to add a Stateless Session Bean layer to my design if the volume of concurrent user access is expected to be low.

Not so much a question of if you have a low number of concurrent users but how you want to maintain your application. The session facade is to help reduce coupling between layers. If your application isn't going to grow very much in complexity, and the ejbs aren't called excessively over a network, I'd say don't worry about it. Add it when you need to.
Of course, if you use ADF, all that stuff is done quite nicely from the start...

Unable to redeem free skype minutes

Hello all,
My accoutn got hacked a some time ago. I reseted my password but my account is blocked. Recently I subscribed to office 365 and wanted to redeem my free skype minutes. But I cant since my account is restricted.
I filled out the verification form 10!!!! times. Gave them my email adress, registration date of my account, more then five contacts in my list, and still im getting the automated email to fill out the verification form over and over again.
The funny thing is I could link skype to my microsoft account. But I cant unlink it now.... Im totally screwed. Mycrosoft wont help me unlink my account, they say only skype can do it. So I cant delete, unlink skype and I cant register a new account for my two used email account.
Im so pissed, I could even send my ID cant to support but no. Still they cant verify my identity. This is aboslutely ridicules. Im stuck and cant do anything...

On the Chromebook you should be able to go to http://drive.google.com/redeem and it will validate and add it to your google account.
There are a few restructions such as 1 per account but they'll have that spelled out on the site.

Why am I NOT receiving the reset emails for my security questions?

I've forgotten the answers to my apple id security questions, and am now unable to puchase any new music or apps because my settings require two step verification.
Over the span of several months I have requested multiple emails to allow me to reset my security questions and I NEVER recieve them.
Yes I have checked my :Spam, and Apple folder.
I requested resets for both my apple id password and login and recieved those emails without problem, but not once have I recieved the reset email for my security questions!
Can anybody help me with this, or do I really have to call and or go down to an apple store to sort this out?

They are going to your Rescue email address, which is not the same as your Apple ID address. It is whatever you set it to be when you set up the account. You can contact Apple's Account Security Team as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

You should check your date of purchase against the manufacturer's warranty
or guaranty since some of those better brands have some recourse should
they fail within a specified time period. A good reason to save dated receipts.
Since solid-state USB drives probably don't (all) use a wear-leveling software
to equally utilize their recordable space evenly, it is possible that some of these
may exhibit a failure in some sector areas due to excessive over-writing. If the
ones you use do not have such a technology or an undercounted total capacity
with a means to automatically write in other sections, you may have to consider
manually using a disk utility to zero-overwrite and reformat them occasionally.
Even so, that may only help a marginal flash or thumb drive work a little longer.
Should a camera memory card fail you still may be able to attempt with margin of
